I’ma HUGE fan of Dollar Tree stores but those store is a disaster area. Plenty of staff in the store to unpack and straighten up but they just accept the mess. We bought what we had to have and left. I works have bought more if it wasn’t so horrible.

This is most disorganized store I’ve ever stepped foot in. I could’ve even find what I was looking for. Everything is all mixed up in disarray & looks like a disaster inside.

Be Aware! This store is a health hazard and dangerous. Stuff all over the floors including wet spots of spillage that never gets cleaned. The lighting is out and its hard to see in there. There was an illegal dump of crushed rock in parking lot a month ago - still there. Filthy Dumpster area full of rats.They complain of no help. Ever try to find application on line? Another cluster.Management: Please clean up before someone is hurt. This store appears to be a loss leader for tax purposes, but clean up before u have a lawsuit.

This is the worst store I have ever been in. This store makes the worst Family Dollar look like a nice store compared to this. Merchandise in disarray everywhere on all over the floor. Carts with boxes blocking many aisles. The shelves barely have any product on them because it’s all over the floor over the store. My expectations aren’t very high for a dollar store but this place really is something else. I didn’t take any pictures but the ones that other reviewers have posted tell you all you need to know. Many of those pictures are from months ago and it hasn’t gotten any better - actually worse.

This store is an absolute disaster. What has happened to taking pride in your workplace? The aisles were so clogged with new merchandise that you couldn't get by. And yet there were employees sitting up front chatting.

This dollar tree has lots of arts and craft supplies. I wish the ones closer to me in the panhandle carried more of these items.Looks to me like they are understaffed… lots of stuff in boxes … not making it to shelves. But, it’s a dollar store, can’t expect too much! Love the huge selection of “unnecessary plastic objects”Is a great place to put together a little “happy” gift basket/ bag.

I never again go to that store disgusting dirty boxes everywhere the employees looks like they don't care on the phone I didn't see nobody trying to do or clean that store that store is accident to happen I will like to know what the franchise have to say about that store they need to go there undercover and see that rat hood store smell bad too 😡

It was clearly delivery day. I'm not going to knock them for the mess. Staff were okay. Didn't seem to want to be there. For being in a nicer area it was run down.

Place was a mess. Shelves in disarray. Goods falling over each other. Such a huge difference from other Dollars Trees. Not much pride evident in keeping this store clean and organized.

I love this dollar Tree, we’ll stocked. I always find what I’m looking for, clean, organized the cashier a young man was very professional and friendly. Unlike the manager at Dollar Tree on University Parkway, Sarasota. She was very Rude, unprofessional.

Today was bad day at this Dollar Tree. They had 1 cashier open. The Manager and another employee was standing there trying to see how they was going to setup while customers stand waiting with the one cashier. Now I understand when you have 10 or more customers standing to be waiting on, I feel you need t ok stop what you doing and get the customers out of the store. Then once I my turn to cashier which it feel like forever in then one of the employer come over and asking who next. When I mention to Ron wow you just now coming over his Reply I was talking to my boss and I said you and your boss saw the lane and just Ignored us. I know this might not do anything for this store but I guess that how the Dollar Tree run there stores.

This dollar tree was 90 degrees inside. Two employees says they have been working in these conditions for weeks! It’s smelled bad too. The employee at the register said they had a rat problem and it’s hot because they took the insulation out of the ceilings. Clearly the ac doesn’t work. I will not being going here ever again!

Always like the dollar store for quick things when we are traveling however most staff was awful at this location. Spent 10 minutes looking for regular towels or beach towels to go to the ocean. Couldn't find any so spent another 10 minutes trying to find staff. .Finally found a lady and she told me they didn't carry towels. So went on up to purchase my the other items I had and the lady in front of me had towels. I asked her where she found them and low and behold they were located literally right next to where the employee was who told me they didn't carry towels. Wish I would've looked harder in the first place. Lady checking everyone out wore plastic gloves that were black with dirt was slightly gross and was not very pleasant attitude. Other girl came in and was really nice and polite. However, they only had one register open on a Saturday which was frustrating because I had to wait in line for a while when there was two staff members just standing behind the register area.

This has got to be the worst store I have ever been in. Boxes everywhere day after day it's the same dirty empty shelves. The outside garbage cans were overflowing onto the ground. You couldn't buy the Easter stuff because you couldn't get to it and don't even get me started on Ms. Personality ( Doris ) the cashier who thinks that she is doing me a favor by ringing me up. Go to Dollar General or the other DT about 3 miles north on Tamiami.It's 1000% cleaner and friendier

The Women on 3rd shift(Closing) are very beautiful with customer service techniques.. When you have someone conversation with you during your shopping visit, It really does make for a better experience for sure!You never know what that customer may of been going threw when they walked through those doors... One word can mean the differance.. We all need to think before we speak. And just ask someone how is there day going! Thank you to my mother in heaven. You made me the women I am today. The store smells like a dirty litter box. Idk if they have cats living in there somewhere??!! They claim to NOT know whats causing the smell?! Shelves are never stocked theres never any product in stock and the lines are long and usually only one cashier. I sent my daughter in one time to purchasr a few things and the cashier shorted her 5+$ in change i had to go back in and argue with them until they counted the till. I dont shop at this location anymore, which is sad since its right by my home! I'd rather drive to the tuttle store instead!

This is the cleanest and tidiest Dollar Tree in the Sarasota Bradenton area. Nothing - no toys, books, or anything - strewn about, shelves are well stocked, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about where even the most obscure items are located.

First time I go to a Dollar tree where I was asked to leave my bag at the front just like that, unattended and not on a designated place, not comfortable to shop thinking that someone might run with your bag...Just like they think you're shoplifting!Well put more cameras and secure more or whatever but stop making people feel bad just to be there with your signs.Not coming back at least not @ this location.

Looks like a disaster struck. I understand we are in a pandemic and i expect shelves to be empty.... But they actually had to post a sign urging customers not to use hair brushes as it is "nasty". Avoid like the plague we are suffering currently.

This dollar tree is DISGUSTING, from the moment you walk in you’re violated with the pungent odor or cats, I asked the manager if they have cats in the building and he insured me there’s not. When he asked me why I told him it smells like cats. The shelving is covered in what one can only assume is mud? Maybe that’s the source of the odor. I don’t know, I do know that I would rather drive an extra mile to the other location

Was not happy at all. There was boxes everywhere. The cashier was a hot mess. Will not be back. Very disappointed. There was one gentlemen that asked if i needed help finding anything but other then that worst experience ever at dollar tree

This is a good budget stop for essentials, but the options are often very limited and its utility in the neighborhood has gone down since the Walmart Market went in down the road. Store is decently well-kept, but there are better options nearby.
