Need a key cut? Ask for Austin. He made 2 copies of key remotes for me on my Range Rover and installed all the batteries in all my remotes. His attention to detail is priceless. Somebody give this guy a raise! He’s great at his job!!!

I am a couple weeks late with this, but went there on Memorial Day to get 6 small flags for a business. I was running late and did not need anything else. On arrival, I saw them immediately - grabbed 6 out of the display and they told me it was complimentary. I explained that it was for a business and was more than willing to pay, but they insisted on not charging me or others. Remarkable patriotic gesture on a day of remembrance.

Local, easy to get in and out of, they have most anything you need and some other really cool stuff you don't need but might buy. The color match paint, rescreen screens, copy chipped car keys and rent carpet cleaner to name a few services offered.

And who does like to save money? Thanks to the hard working staff, for all you do to help us customers. Will always come here over the big name hardware stores, simply because of how helpful you all are to the customers.

First off I do love Ace Hardware. They always have excellent customer service. They are able to answer every question and help you get exactly what you need. However this location I entered the store spent about 20 minutes in the unit and not one person approached me and asked me if I needed help. I could not find what I needed. So yes on that visit I did need help. I walk to the front and I was about to ask the cashier to help me however she was sitting down behind the counter on her phone. At that point it was a no-go for me.

I have always found the people in this store so helpful. Mark was great the other day. He helped me with the battery on my vacuum and it's working great . So much easier than going into the big stores.

Walked in with a small request. Both clerks, one apparently a manager, told me what aisle I would find it and said they would be back. Pretty sure the manager went to lunch. Other guy went back to register and left me standing for 10 minutes.I prefer to work we’re stores, so I always go in with a small order first. I will not be going back with my big orders.

Went in for hose connectors, found both easily. Great place to browse, found a couple useful kitchen gadgets including rubber type jar openers I had been looking for, picked up a few ideas for household embellishments, too. Staff helpful. Located on easternmost side of a small strip mall, easy access, plenty parking.

ACE Hardware is a great store. Went for three different type of screws and they had them, I didn't have to buy a pack of 6 of each type!! Also had the brown color chalking I wanted. Friendly helpful staff.

Sharon feels it necessary to spout her political rants at checkout. Customers come in to spend money at a business, leave your politics at home. If you want friendly customer service, take your money elsewhere. Disgusting.

I called and asked if they sharpened mower blades, the guy says yes for $5.49. I say okay I'm heading that way in a few. I get there and wait at the back counter for the guy, he finally shows up and with a bad attitude. He tells me he probably doesn't have time to do it today and gives me a couple of bad excuses then he immediately gets on the phone, I waited for him to get off the phone to ask if I could leave it and he could call me when it's ready but he just walked to the front and completely ignored me. I put down the $50 worth of other things I was about to buy and left, only after wasting a half hour of my time for nothing. I Won't ever spend another dime in that place, Home Depot isn't too much further and their customer service is a helluva lot better. In fact I'm heading there now for a grinder to sharpen the blade myself and buy the weed killer and light bulbs I was going to get at ACE.

I recently moved to Florida and thought it would be great to patronize a local hardware store rather than a big box chain store. Boy, was I wrong. I came in with a list of about a dozen things I needed. A salesperson greeted me and I started to tell her what I needed. She stopped me and said I better talk to another person. He led me to the area where the electrical items were and when I asked a second question he meandered away and never returned. I then found a third person who seemed to be in charge. I told him I needed a garage hook but I didn't think the ones he had would have an anchor that matched. He said, "YOU FIND A HOOK AND I'LL FIND AN ANCHOR. I found a hook. He spent 10 minutes looking for an anchor and eventually admitted he did not have one. This kind of thing went on with slight variations for everything I needed. I felt like I had bothered them by just walking in the door.Needless to say I won't be back.
