Very rude young clerk behind the counter at 6:45pm on 2/13/24. No "thank you," no "you're welcome." Didn't even look at me when I spoke. Why be like that? Maybe he thought he was too beautiful. Or maybe he had inferiority issues because of his short stature? Whatever, his job should require a better attitude.

I'm pretty sure that as a avid 7/11 patron there is no way that I can not say anything anymore. The montra of 7/11 is supposed to mean 24hrs a day. That is what a convenience store is supposed to be. Convenient! Yet I walk into the store on 63rd and 15th in Bradenton, Fl.34203.And need to use the restroom. Prior to making the purchase i should have been able to make at this convenience store. So why do I walk through a make shift barrier by employee's that don't want to do there damn jobs because they are lazy as hell! When just like I'm sure many others have experienced. You can't use a restroom. I mean come on man! Seriously?! Then use the bathroom and get told by the woman that I guess is a shift manager, that cooperate told them a convenience store, to close the bathrooms which is extremely a part of the convenience that they are supposed to provide. Really? She refused the business that I give to the store because I used a normally functioning restroom that they wanted to keep clean! So I hope that this problem is addressed. I will regrettably not use this location if that is aloud under the 7-Eleven name. I feel like this is an issue that needs to be addressed from the top. This is my review....

I tried to contact on line to give the Real manager a chance to exchange my items. I had Receipt and they were not opened. I have been shopping here over 4 years. Purchasing same item.Today there were 3 new girls running store. One said she was manager. She wouldnt exchange. I will not go baçk ever. Your losing that already due to New 7-11

I went in when fresh sandwiches were being delivered. I Asked for a fresh sandwich to be pressed and she said she pressed some earlier. Take one of those.I didn't want one of those. I wanted a brand new fresh one.She didn't understand that and I left.As I was leaving, I reminded her that customer service is what keeps people coming back.By the way...I live around the corner.I'll do my business elsewhere from now on though.

7-Eleven has the best manager she's so respectful she is the best I know at her job and also she's the best cookie maker I give her five stars any day of the week a wonderful respectful manager there's not too many people in this world like that she's a keeper

It is my spot to get gas and cigarettes and lunch time food too! The food selection is awesome Hot food like pizza and chicken hot dogs and Taquitos. The have hot and cold sandwiches and Salads!!! I like some of the workers more then others but heck I like some of my family members more than others lol But really sign up for the rewards and save 11 cents per gallon when you get gas!Thank You 7 eleven for being my neighborhood store

The service isn't bad but not great. Almost always busy but I noticed in one of the mornings that I went both girls were working and one had her hair down , no big deal until I saw she was handling food without a hairnet And I told the other girl about it she said yeah..but we don't have hairnets. My first thought on that is why a place that handles food wouldn't have hairnets so that the person's hair doesn't need up in food and someone's mouth ?that's just gross.

I came in the store on my lunch break and received under cooked chicken went back after work and SARAH started screaming with the help off DONNA telling me I cooked the chicken and it’s not from there store they went on and on about why I can’t get $5 back that I didn’t care about... DONNA called the Cops!!! kicked me out the store and told me to call the manager and make a review i never experienced anything like this at a gas station in my life!!!!

11AM 6/12/21Walked into store there was someone who appeared under the influence hanging halfway off the in store counter unresponsive, outside about 15 homeless people. The store clerk was telling customers to leave, yelling at them being rude and disrespectful, but did nothing to the guy who was stopping up the line. that's your local 7/11

The employee at this location that works the late night shift is a Racist and Sexist. I have whiteness this foreign woman time after time again check ID's of fully grown, fully bearded, white men.. Knowing good and well that we are over 21 being repeated customers. At the same time she lets a little girl that looks barely 15 years old buy Cigarillos, probably for her pott, without even bothering to check her ID. The corporation of 7 - 11 needs to take action and stop their employee's from Racism and Sexism against White Men.Karissa Simmons review on here is FAKE NEWS. There is no WAWA across the street. All of the 5 State Ratings on her are is LIES! TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES!

Nasty relationship with a customers. They asked me to leave only because, while inline for 7 minutes, I said "please hurry up". I have been shopping there for a long time, as I work two blocks away. They knew that I am an immigrant, and they didn't like me from the beginning. That's why, I assume, I never coming back!
