This place is so much fun, we stop and shop every Sunday we are here. The fresh food is amazing, and the variety is too. Lots to choose from, and most of the vendors are happy to discuss their products in depth if there is time. It's crowded and there are lines, but worth the trip. Ride a bike if possible, easy to get up close parking.

Really the best farmers market I’ve been to. Take a bike. Parking is fashionably inconvenient. Lots of people there who think they are starring in their own reality show which can be entertaining.

What a fantastic experience. High quality produce. Very clean! You can buy what you're going to prepare for dinner that night. There was one food truck to head such a long line. I wanted to stand in it just to see how good the bread was. Parking was a bear

A must go on Sunday. SOoo many vendors, so interesting, great products. We loved 3 little birds for breakfast & a married couple selling italian food that was so good, especially the meatballs. Great fresh produce & a french pastry chef too. Parking could be a problem so bike if you can, bring bags.

UPDATE: Jan 2024- LOVE the Mangiamo Italian meatballs! (Can get frozen with their delicious homemade sauce- we took them up north for family Christmas!) AND ALSO really like the BBQ place Herbeque!-now we’ve had the brisket, ribs, and pulled chicken- ALL FABULOUS, they are so nice to chat with also! Highly recommend! From 2022: Great place - have loved it for years. A NEW vendor this year - Chef Sebastian Mazzota- his chef prepared frozen dinners are FANTASTIC!!! We give an A+ to dishes we have tried: beef Wellington with vegetables, short ribs, shepherds pie, corn soufflé and bought more this week to try. All the meals come with vegetable sides and are easy to prepare. We miss the German lady with veal schnitzel- but this MORE than makes up for it! Highly recommend. We also especially love the incredible display of the fruit/ vegetable vendors in the center.

Wow!! We had a great time!!! Best Farmer's Market ever. 30+ Gourmet Food Vendors,,,Huge Cultural selection. Crazy reasonable prices. We bought a huge basket of fresh produce for Less than $20. We ate Thai spring rolls, Fresh Tamamles, Armenian Meat pies, Gaucamole made fresh in front of you,, delicious doughy flat bread treats (I may be boring with just the cinnamon sugar,,, but it was the best "Elephant ear" I have ever had. Boutique jewelry and clothes. Our family got 2lbs of Smoked Brisket and a rack of ribs to take back for lunch for just a fraction of eating out. This is a MUST GO!!!!

We had a really great experience!Tons of local food options (all very high quality). Lots of free samples and pleasant vendors that want to share stories about their products. The only challenge was parking. Get there early and you should be OK.

Wonderful farmers market - lots of variety of vendors. Not necessarily bargain prices, but it’s Sanibel. But that also means the quality is high! Great French bakery truck, fruit and veggie booths and cool specialty food shops — everything from homemade granola to paella to Polish to chicken salad (and a lot more). Highly recommended Sunday morning trip!

My visit was not pleasurable. I got bites all over 😩 either from sandfly or sandfleas it was disappointing to see there was no information on what to use for this type of situations we are looking into it besides our visit Sanibel is an awesome place to visit THEY SHOULD HAVE SOME KIND OF LITERATURE ON SANDFLY AND SANDFLIES they made it seems like it was a normal way of living just dealt with it as time go by it will pass not cool because of that we could not have enjoyed the Market

First time going to the market on Sanibel and not disappointed. They had everything from unique air plants, fresh flowers, produce of all kinds, German food, chicken waffles on a stick. Heading back over the bridge and a quick stop to soak your feet in the sand on the causeway is the perfect Sunday!

10/10 we make sure to go to the farmers market on each yearly vacation to ensure we have fresh fruit and great premade food to make our lunches or dinners easier.

The island is overcrowded. No parking, average was 5mph as we tried to get to other end.

We've never been to such a diverse farmers market before- so many vendors and an amazing selection of fresh produce, interesting take home foods, flowers, spices, pastas, etc. Lots of bike parking. This will become a regular stop for us on Sundays when we're on the island!

Farm fresh produce, bakery, teas, BBQ, sandwiches, flowers, dog treats....the list goes on and on. Local folks selling locally made foods, sauces, spices. A great place to spend a Sunday morning with neighbors and friends. You'll meet some of the nicest people!

Nice selection of local produce, products, and food vendors. Some of the produce stands were a little pricey, but not outrageous. I didn’t appreciate the employee going around scolding people for not wearing masks...in the warm sun, outdoors, with the breeze blowing....oh and I’ve already had the vaccine...you can’t get much safer than that! But it seems they are lacking common sense.Otherwise, a nice little market, but not sure if we’ll go back.

We were not peak season so I don't think the review is comprehensive. A fair amount of produce (3+ stalls) as well as baked goods. Lots of local items, some organic, many without certification but grown organically. Good fruit selection. The watermelon green tea was quite good. Friendly people. Bike parking front and center. Worth the time especially if at the start of your visit.

Amazingly friendly people, amazing selections, good prices, and worth the visit! You can find just about anything you'd look for here, veggies, fruits, seafood, meat, cheeses, bread. Also, lots of grab and go meals to eat in hand or at home. Make sure to stop by!

We always love the farmers market. Plenty of food vendors for breakfast, coffee and shopping for everything from guacamole to triple tail and everything in between! It is a "must do" when visiting the island. Great place if you want fresh fruit and veggies too!

Great Farmers market with many good choices. Highly recommend. Is a great place to grab some yummy snacks / fruit before heading to beach. The young couple selling home made pretzels had some excellent treats and we're so friendly - definitely worth the wait in line to get a chance to try their treats
