Excellent pizza for lunch on our visit to Sanibel. With tip, the two of us had lunch for less than $20. The ingredients were fresh and pizza was very good. Service was prompt and welcoming. With so many places still suffering the effects from the hurricane, it was nice to see this local business up and running. I highly recommend trying them out, if you’re in the area.

Went here for dinner after going to the beach. Place was pack but was able to sit at bar. I ordered their famous jumbo wings and small pizza, wings were huge and tasty. Pizza was ok, wasn't crispy more soft but toppings were good. Staff was friendly and there was a man playing guitar. Really nice to see island getting back to normal and people supporting local businesses.

Great pizza and other options. Gluten free options. Take out or eat in. Lots of beer. Super friendly and kind!Sweet Melissa’s also does a few nights here from this kitchen since the restaurant is being rebuilt.

Perfect pizza place to eat at after spending the day on Bowman’s Beach! We were looking for a pizza sit-down restaurant to have a family meal and Island Pizza exceeded our expectations! Newly renovated after hurricane Ian, the restaurant had a clean, new feel to it. Service was amazing. Pizza was delicious. Thank you Island Pizza for the perfect end to a perfect day!

I have been hearing about this place for years, and many have recommended it to us. Glad we finally got to stop for lunch today on our way back from the beach. There was no wait, which was nice and plenty of close parking. Friendly service. Pizza was very tasty and the crust was nice and thin, crisp, and grease- free. Loved the Islander pizza and unsweetened ice tea.

Read a lot of negative reviews, ao if if they are true then Island Pizza needs to step up there game, but we stopped there about 3pm for a late lunch, pizza was good, love the crunchy crust, pizza could have been cooked longer for our tastes, bruschetta my wife said was excellent, ok for me. Kyal was nice and had a good conversation with.Come try this place, and if you like you pizza well done ask them to cook it a little longer, because the service was super fast, BUT we were basically the only ones ordering dine in at the time. Good job Island pizza!!!

We stopped here for dinner. This is a cute little pizza place. We both got individual pizzas and they were so good! Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Island Pizza is a staple of Sanibel Island. Is it the "works greatest pizza"? No. Is it a solid option for pretty much everyone in general if all you want is a nice meal in a cozy atmosphere? Yes!I'd come to Island Pizza many times as a child when my family vacationed on Sanibel. Skip ahead over 10 years, and I made it back on my own dime, brought the wife, and had to show her this favorite of my youth.She was pleasantly surprised and even wanted to go again on our last night to get another Calzone.I ordered the cheese pizza and had flashbacks to my youth.Since this was my wife's first time here and I am far too biased, I had her give it the rating, hence the 4 stars.

Good pizza and a family atmosphere. A be great escape from the busy island for a great pizza. They have a children's menu for the little ones. Try the Islander pizza. 18 inches is big pizza. Two for one beer specials every day. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

Very cute and nice place. Nice to see all these places opening on sanibel & glad we can support!! Kids definitely loved the pizza and we apologize for the yelling they did lol! Us adults the pizza was average. We did only get cheese but it wasn’t the most flavorful and wasn’t something I bit into and thought “wow what a good pizza” I would come back and try a supreme or margarita pizza for sure.

A few restaurants are open here in Sanibel and we decided to try Island Pizza and it’s very good! Highly recommend! Tammy was our server and she’s so sweet. Breaded mushrooms, calamari, and pizza were all great!

Please do yourself a favor and read all the reviews BEFORE ordering here.HORRIBLE! I paid almost 30 dollars for this pizza (large meat lovers). There is literally no sauce. All you can taste is crust. Someone in a previous review described their pizza as “a soggy cracker” and honestly I feel like that is a compliment. Save your money and get your meal elsewhere.

Save your money cause this is garbage. No effort at all, cheapest ingredients and you can tell. Not really a pizza crust, more like a soggy wet cracker. We have ordered from here a few years ago while vacationing on Sanibel and it was decent food. Feels like they are taking advantage of tourists these days.

Some of the previous posts on here are much too harsh.After all, everyone's tastes are different.Some people don't like a lot of sauce, some people like it swimming in sauce. Some people like a boatload of pepperoni, and some people don't like any pepperoni.So, to throw a harsh blanket statement out there just because it didn't meet your personal "likes" is too much.Seems to me the vast majority love it with only 2 or 3 that didn't. Contrary to today's society, the majority still rules.All that being said, me and my family loved it!! I personally love a ton of sauce on my pizza, so I ordered extra just like I do everywhere I order pizza. The outcome was exceptional!Very, very good pizza, very, very good service and all at a more than reasonable price.We will be back as long as Island Pizza is still in business the next vacation we take here, which is hopefully next year.

Went out for pizza with the team for a casual meeting. Our server Tania was super nice and helpful. We ordered 3 large pizzas to share and three salads. The food was good and came out fairly fast. Thanks Tania for your service.

Island Pizza is my favorite place to eat on the island. I've been taking my family there since 2016, we always make it a point to get there. The pizza is so good, lots of topping options and dietary options. The wait staff is always smiling and the owner is very kind! Don't forget to sign a dollar and put it on the wall!
