Bailey's Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast!!! What is it you might ask? $149 Traditional Thanksgiving feast for 6-8 people (we had 9 AND leftovers) It all started with us posting on Sanibel life asking where to take the family on Thanksgiving,,, since we are from out of town. A suggestion led us to a quick call to Bailey's. I will admit at first I was like "Okay, I had to leave a message for the chef to call me back",, He was super helpful,, I included a copy of our order form. I am a cook myself and normally spend $500+ on organic,,fresh,,etc at Turkey time. My family is super used to a full meal, gourmet everything. This is our first year not at home. We choose the Whole Turkey,,, Added sliced ham on the side. Mashed potatoes,, AMAZING Turkey gravy,,,seriously. Bread Dressing, mixed garlic roasted vegetables, Fresh Cranberry sauce, dozen Fabulous Dinner rolls, and a Punkin pie. I don't think they are going g to give me the space to tell you just how Fabulous our meal really was. When we picked it up at 730 Thursday morning,, The Chef was there in person,,, went over everything in our order. Please look at the pictures,, you can see the quality of EVERYTHING. It took me 90min to prepare what would normally be a 2 day process. DO THIS!!! It was Amazing.

Sheryl & Karen are the sweetest employees, just a pleasure having them help me when I visited... Great grocery store with gift shop, coffee shop and pretty much everything you may need... Plenty of parking, clean inside and out... Lots of tables and benches if you'd like to relax a moment...More cool shops here, so stop by!

The biscuits and gravy are to die for! One woman next to me said she comes every week for the gravy, for the last 30 years- that’s how you know it’s good. The pecan roll was so soft, gooey, and delicious. The lattes at the coffee shop were excellent. This is such a lovely little place.

What a great little gem tucked in to the center of Sanibel! They have everything you need and then some. The staff was amazingly friendly, all the way from the coffee bar to the bakery and deli to the checkout line! They came to our rescue as Bailey’s is the only coffee spot open past 3:00pm in September. We found ourselves strategizing our nightly dessert the day before and would raid the bakery every day! Thanks for being such a great part of our trip!

Great general store with a good assortment of stuff. I like that they let you mix and match a six pack of of micro/craft beers. Pretty cool screen showing their energy usage and solar power.

Highly recommend Bailey’s as our one stop grocery store on the Island.Great selection of, well Everything!Highlights, beer selection, great wines and cheeses to pair with.Also, a great stop for morning coffee and donut.Love Bailey’s! Don’t even get me started on the history of this family business, amazing!!

Great grocery store at the corner of Tarpon Bay and Perwinkle Way on Sanibel Island. Easy ingress/egress from either street. Plenty of parking.Store clerks friendly and helpful to this out-of-towner.Produce and Meat depts looked awesome. Deli and Bakery provided for a couple quick morning starts and a fine lunch after returning from a morning of Shelling. This grocery store was very clean and we'll definitely do our grocery shopping here on future stays at Sanibel. Definitely recommend this store. 👌

I wanted to send something to my daughter who was celebrating her 40th birthday in Santibel, Florida with some friends. I worked with Kathy in produce and Sierra in bakery. They put together a lovely gift basket that was delivered to the condo where they were staying. They were fantastic to work with! I highly recommend using them! I was very satisfied?

Ordered a slice of the red velvet and chocolate cakes. They were both just OK because both were very dry. My expectations were much higher. Maybe it was an off day at the bakery.

Store is huge and has a little of everything. The ONE stop shop for sure but I want to give Rod from the Deli/Sweets section for being extremely friendly and going out of his way to help me and my wife with our shopping. Very pleasant experience.

The original Sanibel island general store has everything you need to stock your condo with fresh foods, meats, bakery, groceries and beach equipment in the attached hardware store. Full service coffee bar too. Outstanding ready to eat take out meals, sandwiches and salads. Convenient location at Periwinkle and Tarpon Bay roads.

The owner called me today to apologize for the interaction with the wine rep.As it turns out, she has been somewhat aggravating to the store employees before, but never a customer until me.She also doesn't actually work at the store so it was unfair to hold the negative interaction against the store.He asked me in to shake my hand in person next time I am on Sanibel and I will happily oblige!Great ending to weird occurrence!

What’s not to love about Bailey’s!?!?! They have it all. Their service is top notch. Their croissants are up there with the best we had in Paris. The bakery staff is always sooooo sweet to my kids. We always appreciate supporting local businesses that care so much about their customers.

Love this place! Were very sweet at the bakery when they saw that I came with my small children and offered cookies. We also ordered coffee from the entrance and there was sweet lady that catered to our order and made a brand new drink my son when we accidentally ordered the wrong drink. Very cool small supermarket. Prices are very reasonable! Super polite staff! We've been going to Sanibel for 15+ years and this was our first time here. We will definitely be going back to this store.

Convenient store, better than average service and decent deli and prepared foods. Frozen selections are a bit weak. Unfortunately, they now make you ask for utensils when buying prepared foods which wastes a lot of your time since you have to wait in the deli line

If you are looking for grocery delivery for your vacation, this is the place. And, you must also make time to stop in and look around. This is an amazing store, and well worth whatever small increase in price.The deli, and bakery, have some wonderful treats, all looking just as fresh as a picture. The store is very clean, the staff is efficient, and friendly, with products of good quality. The produce was so fresh, it lasted through vacation, and beyond. I definitely recommend this store.

We’ve been craving some key lime pie recently and that made us think about Bailey’s in Sanibel. We go multiple times each visit to Sanibel and they had the absolute best key lime cookies the last time we were there. They went perfectly with the complimentary coffee in the morning. Great store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We especially love the bakery and prepared breakfast options. We’ve never had a bad experience there. Highly recommend you go to Bailey’s for your grocery needs if traveling to Sanibel Island.

THEY ARE THE BEST !!!You literally can get everything you need here. Everything is so fresh. They make a ton of home made things here that are so yummy. 10/10. The pineapple pico di gallo was one of the best i’ve had. They have such a wonderful selection of sides, and yummy desserts as well.

I love Bailey's, been going there a long time. They've always had a great selection, and still do, but it's feeling more cramped now and the prices are still high. (Not meant to be a complaint). I get it, and I know, prices are higher on the island, but for those of us who are visitors, it makes more financial sense to shop in Ft. Myers on your way to the island. But then you'd miss out on the local feel! Great place to shop, just know the prices are higher so you aren't shocked on your first visit.

Tori is an excellent server! Happy to give advice and help you find what matches you. Very studious with allergies and making sure everything is delicious! The kitchen is fantastic and accommodating as well. A large and varied gluten free menu is an amazing thing to find. I wanted to order everything.

I used to get our family donuts somewhere else but never again! I’ve been coming to the island for over 20 years and just discovered the cinnamon sugar cinnamon roll at Bailey’s. Never had a better donut! We love shopping here and picking up food and some fishing supplies next door!

This historical grocery store has great old Florida charm. They have everything you may need but if you go for no other reason, go for the bakery! I recommend the black and white cookie! You can thank me later.

This was a great little grocery store on the island. They have a lot of fresh produce the deli look amazing. The bakery was very very good. It was cool to see a little grocery store like this that had just about everything you could need. They also have their Own brand of jams jellies and salsas. I wish we had a little super markets like this where I lived. It's nice to come to a store like this after going and shopping at all the big grocery stores like Publix. The staff was very helpful and super friendly.
