Went to the Tractor Supply in Sanford today. Very friendly staff. Was looking for a water barrel today then got talking to the fella and started looking at fuel cells LOL. Anyway nice clean store Friendly folks plenty of parking. Was able to find my plants and get out the door. They have a wide variety of plants as well as roots and Seed.

I just feel the need to inform you that I am not happy with your store in Sanford Florida. About a year ago I brought my Pyrenees in for a bath, I was informed that the hot water heater was broken, no problem, I live in Florida and it was summer for this one time I was fine, a few weeks later I called the store to see if the heater had been replaced, I was informed that no it was not because it was on back order. Unfortunately I lost my big girl shortly after. Fast forward to October of this year, I went with my daughter so she could give her dog a bath. I turned the water on, just the hot mind you and waited, to my disappointment there was no hot water. See went to speak to the manager who informed her that they turned down the temp so the dogs would not be scalded. That water never even warmed up. I decided to give it a try yesterday, since I had a rescue I wanted bathed. I am a rewards member, I have 3 emails telling me that I've been rewarded, a free bath,probably because I buy all my dog food there and I own Great Pyrenees, so I go often. Anyway, I pulled up to the store in Sanford, as I was taking my big guy out of my vehicle, an employee who was outside informed me that the hot water heater was broken and should be fixed this week, which I know is a complete lie at this point. So now I have a reward I can't use. I have had to bring my dog to Pet Supermarket to bathe. I will now look at what they sell for dog food, and whatever else I need for my fur babies. I am so disappointed, the store is not that old. I know nothing will get done, we are apparently in an age of the I don't care what your problem is age. Good chance you lost my business and we all know that a bad word of mouth travels faster than an good review

Store never has what I need out of hay every time I come. I normally go to Osteen store they are the best Tractor Supply I've been to and I go to all of them in Central Florida this store should model from Osteen the manager in Sanford is worthless. I told him my concerns and he said oh well. And to make matters worse when I got to my destination with the one bale of hay they had they charged me $17 for Timothy when it was in fact a $12 bale of coastal unbelievable

This location needs to look into the people they hire at this location. I own & drive my own 18 wheeler and was in the process of passing here last night. I have a dog with me and needed food & a few other things for him so I stopped here to they opened thus morning. Before they opened I was approached by one employee with a nasty attitude saying I was in the way of customer's. As you can see in the pictures it's plenty of parking as I told him & I was waiting for them to open to purchase a few things for my dog. I was then told I need to leave the property and I am not welcome inside the store 😒. None of the other employee's would give me his name and he covered it up. I didn't take his picture cause that's not completely legal without consent. He is the white guy with grey hair and glasses about 6 foot and slim. Hopefully this is seen by someone who can address this issue and I do plan on calling their corporate office.

This visit today was a wonderful experience. Tony helped me with everything all the ins and outs- he’s very informative. He went to the back multiple times and got things- and even helped me pack them. Elizabeth at the register was very friendly and even ran all the way outside to my car when I forgot my receipt. Everyone was very attentive to my needs. Thank you for making my day better!

Had to request a refund for an incorrect charge- Was asked several questions and they treated me like I was lying about my request/return. Very strange experience, John is quite mouthy being the “supervisor”. This location isn’t very friendly or welcoming at all, makes the shopping and overall environment sour. They are Quick to charge people wrong but overly detective scrutiny when using their own return policy. Not even worth the time if have to be treated this way.

Staff is tremendously knowledgeable and helpful. I went in for a feeding syringe for my sick pup and even though the store has 500 lbs of stuff in a 10 lb sack they knew right were the item was!This store is wonderful it’s like a treasure hunt of unique and useful items

Wow!!! Only wish we’d discovered Tractor Supply LONNNNG ago!!!The sales help are just phenomenal, sooo. Very helpful & truly know where everything is!Prices!!! Fantastic… absolutely this should be your store for all lawn & garden, wire fencing, farm equipment.. they’ve got it All!! ❤️❤️❤️

I walked in without a clue and Amin gave me so much information! I walked out with way more than I was expecting to buy, in a good way. I've never been to tractor supply but I imagine I will be dropping in more often now. The store was clean all of the staff were friendly. I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help, which I was happy to not have to search for an employee. This was one of my best shopping experiences. I can't say enough nice things. I was so happy I even did the receipt survey, which I never like to do. They deserve some recognition bc I had soooo many questions.

The Sanford store is incredible. We had experience with Vince, Bernie, and John. They were very knowledgeable to my husband as he was choosing the correct fertilizer for our yard. They were very personable and made our experience enjoyable.
