Love the customer service and how caring they make my pets experience and knowledgeable on my concerns for his skin. This location has been the best one for both of us. I took him to a different location and returning home I could tell my dog did not have a nice experience. And for me, the vibes did not feel welcomed going in or leaving that specific location. But Sandord is definitely the winning location for us!

My pup is such a different dog than what I brought him in. He has shave shock and it is advised that his breed should not be shaved after some research. He does not want to go outside and is itching/biting himself and his skin is pink. Thankfully, he is eating and drinking. He’s my first dog so I’m at a loss of words that this could happen. The reason he was shaved was because he was “matted” underneath, but his topcoat was fine from my understanding/conversation with the groomer. I also expressed that I loved his hair long and that he we loved his man bun that he no longer has. Now looking back I can’t help but think that if I would’ve been more assertive, or if Petco had more education, this would not have happened. I just feel like I don’t have my dog, and he seems to be most uncomfortable and not himself. He didn’t have an issue his first time at Petco in Orange City.

Lauren & Dr. Gallagher were awesome with Birdie and very informative . Couldn't have picked a better Vet to bring my dog to. My daughter drives from indian harbor to bring her dog here to the Sanford vet, that speaks volumes!

Took my dog here to get a mini paw and nail trim. The ladies that work at this location are awesome. My Shi Tzu does not like for anyone to touch his feet and I get frustrated taking him places and not being able to see him and his temperament with the groomers. I love the fact that the windows are open and I can see everything. They were super patient and gentle with my dog. I will return in the future.

Very accommodating woth schedule but they didn't shave the dogs paws and the hair is so long it covers the pads on their feet.

I am leaving one star because you have to put one star in to leave a review. The first picture is 30 minutes before my dog was dropped off for a bath and face feet and Fanny. The second is after she was picked up and was charged 52.00. Do take your dog here.

Emily is a great groomer. The other groomers apparently are incompetent. Emily was not available and it had been too long for our dog so we had to book another groomer. They called and said they can not groom our dog because he's "used to Emily" ? Lol. After talking to their groomers they said the dog is difficult and used to Emily. So I must have the only "difficult" dog. Emily always got the job done. She did say at times he was difficult but she got it done. They refused my business if not scheduled with Emily. So apparently their groomers are not good enough to groom a dog that had been with someone else. Don't go here go anywhere else. Emily start your own business cause this store is garbage.

Great experience for 6 month old puppy's first time at the groomer. They were patient with her, took extra time to make sure she was comfortable. Her white fur came out sparkling clean and she smelled so nice without it being too harsh or strong. When I picked her up she was very happy and didnt seem stressed at all

They do a great job and make sure my dog is comfortable. She freaks out with other groomers, but for some reason has no troubles at Petco. They do an amazing job and their prices are reasonable.

My Coco came out looking fresh and fly. The lady who took him in was very nice and understood why I'm not pursuing any dental work and she said he was awesome when I took him back. Very nice :)

Gerald is fantastic and always does a GREAT job with our 13 yr old Bella!!!! He listens to our instructions and always nails it........absolutely wonderful......we are so pleased with him.

My dogs head and tail was cut so uneven. He was still wet when they brought him out to me. Wish I could have seen him before I paid. I would not have given a tip.
