Prices are good but their points reward system is hard to set up there should be a physical barcode physical card given at the store I believe this is on purpose to keep people from retaining or retrieving their points to use

Great place to walk your dogs. They have 2 size washers and they step up into so you don't kill your back while waking them. They supply entitling, from towels to shampoo & conditioners and oatmeal shampoo for sensitive dogs. Nice open area.

I like it here because it's conveniently located by me, it's a small stock store so you'll find small areas for every animal. I would say it's best for your typical dogs and cats, the reptile section is lacking BUT I've been able to purchase things in a pinch. My animals basically survive off of this store but if I need something extra I can shop online somewhere else etc. Coupons used to be amazing and have since REALLY sucked. Coupons were the biggest reason I shopped here, so congrats for getting me hooked on the convenience of your location and not giving a hoot about the coupons anymore, please bring them back. I wish they didn't have some of the animals they do, like birds and ferrets cause that's sad. Also there's a dog grooming station where you diy groom your dog, tub, soap, a mess you don't have to clean and a dryer, fun times. Also live bugs that are hit or miss depending on the day.

They have great sales with a rewards program! I also get coupons every week for this store in the mail. The employees are very helpful and have helped me make excellent choices such as which brush to get for my dog. I love coming here and do come often. You can bring your dog with you. Now the store itself is a little pricey but again with the sales and wide variety of selections I can't really complain lol.

I love this store! The associates are extremely helpful and the store is well organized. They're always running sales and emailing coupons which is very nice. It makes my wallet and my cat very happy.

The staff was very helful and there's a huge selection of items. Dog and cat food, freshwater fish/supplies and reptile supplies. The staff actually asked if we needed any assistance (something lacking in a lot of businesses lately)

If you're looking for a place to wash your dogs, just go up the road to Paw Park Place. They used to be great when it actually worked not anymore. Water pressure is so low it’ll take you 2x as long to was your dog than it would normally. Water is literally leaking all over you. On top of that the blow dryer is so low basically useless. After finding this out wanted a refund and of course they wouldn’t. Should tell people the stuff barely works before making them pay for it. One of the employees even said they have told the owners multiple times, and they seem to not care so coming from your own staff that’s pretty sad. Paw park place up the road is amazing definitely recommend for self dog washing

I LOVE this store and the staff that runs the place. The manager and staff are extremely knowledgeable in so many areas. I know if I have a question they are more then willing to help me. I have dogs, cats, chickens and a lizard. The large selection of products makes it easy to get everything for all my animals at one place. Prices are a little high but when they have a sale going on it makes it well worth it. Extremely clean store every time I walk in! I’d highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus but make sure to get the rewards card....You’ll get extra savings!

I was at the store yesterday evening to get my animals some bigs and mice and i noticed 2 deceased young bearded dragons. I informed the animal person on the floor know about this due to children being able to see this and they were arguing with me that i didnt know what i was talking about…. I let them know i used to work here about 8 months to a year ago and they still fought with me… the animal care needs to be better handled by experienced and properly trained animal care takers instead of random staff members… this is not the first time ive told their animal care takers about this matter either…💔💔

Walked in the store and they kept watching me every isle I went into. Just got our new puppy and was excited to get supplies. We ended up going to petco instead. Much happier with our welcome.

Just watched as two leopard geckos attacked each other and the staff was extremely slow to react to the attack. Thankfully the bite was on the tail and not anywhere serious but without us being there, I fear what would've happened to the smaller juvenile gecko.

We just stopped in for crickets and meal worms last night. I got to meet a friendly ferret and this awesome acrobatic chameleon. The manager was friendly and helpful.

I love being part of their rewards program. Just today, I spent my earned $15 and the $10 coupon from the store to buy the food I need for my cats and dogs. I drive to Sanford from Deland because I can't get this deal anywhere else. Love the savings.

Great pet store! Has CBD products that have helped our elderly pet get relief from her arthritis pain. We are so happy, as the prescription meds were making her nauseous, which made her uninterested in her food. Her quality of life is sooo much better! Pain-free and eating normally again!

10/6/23 I visit these self bath station in Sanford, Florida and it was the worst experience ever when I pay $25 card. The stations in the back were so filthy. No mats on the floor. The towels were all over the dirty floor the bowl center was filthy a there were many employees talking . I approach 3 of them and told them if they can handed me some towels to clean up because it was so filthy and Full of hair They’ve never apologize or neither came to help me to clean up .

I came in because my dachshund Daisy wouldn't eat in more than 2 days. I wanted something that would entice her to eat without hurting her sensitive tummy. Everyone that helped me was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. You can tell they really love what they do and the animals they serve. They pointed me toward a wet food I've never tried before since my brand was being discontinued and some pumpkin to coat it in. She LOVED it. She ate 2 helpings that day and has been eating daily as normal. I am so glad I stopped in, my only regret is that I didn't get anyone's name to mention here. I will definitely be back for all my pup baby's needs. Thank you!
