Don't get me wrong, Publix is always my favorite store, but this one is not up to Publix's standards. Managers are unfriendly and have even stood in my way talking with other managers while I'm trying to get by them. Said excuse me and they didn't even acknowledge me. The produce doesn't look fresh - bananas are always very low stock and bruised, other produce just looks old or wilted. Went to pick up a cake I ordered from the bakery - 5 employees saw me and ignored me standing there. Wanted some steaks that were in the weekly add but not in the case - the only available person was in seafood. He went back to get someone from the meat department,instead of coming out and talking to me about what I wanted, they sent him back and forth with questions. I've only had one cashier talk to me during checkout...Come on people! You all need to fix this and bring this store up to what Publix is known for - friendly, helpful service and top quality fresh food!

I'm going to keep this as specific as possible. I talked to the manager a few months ago and no improvement.Check all of your goods to ensure that the packaging is sealed properly and canned goods don't have dents.You need to check the expiration dates of EVERYTHING - meats, cheeses, cold goods, especially tortillas and cans.You need to THOROUGHLY check packages for mold before you purchase - prepackaged tortellinis (I've purchased and when I've gotten home when I rip open the package they are green and fuzzy and a month before expiration date) clear wrapped prepackaged vegetables such as zucchini, all berries and fruits, especially strawberries and figs.We have gotten sick from the Publix unsweetened iced tea from this location as well.It's a shame because the location is so convenient for us.July 28, 2023:I've added some pictures from the past two shopping trips to this review. Pictures of the berries were taken during the first shopping trip, both containers of berries with mold or sitting on top of other berries in plain sight. Pictures of the tortellinis were taken today, July 28th. Notice that they have not yet expired, but there are several pieces that have mold. As well, there were a colony of fruit flies flying around the peaches.Bakery seems to be great, no problems there.

Publix does a lot of things right. Making mobile orders in a timely fashion isn't one of them. It's not exclusive to this location. Multiple times I've arrived at a Publix at or after the time my order was expected to be ready and only after asking them if my order was ready do they start putting my order together. I know Publix can do better...

Sadly I have to put one star but if I could it would be none at all. More so towards the pharmacy. Their pharmacy tech, Dawn, is rude and ignorant. So humiliating to be asked why I am taking a certain prescription, if it was for “weight loss or real issues”. It wasn’t only what was said, it was how it was said. Prior to going, I was told they didn’t have my prescription, until having to explain my reasoning for my dosage and prescriptions. I think it was really insulting. And have partially felt discriminated against because this was not the first time. They need to train or find better techs.

I honestly don't know what's going on with Publix deli I ordered a sub a Cuban Sub to be delivered the other day I asked for the sub to be pressed when I got it delivered it was not pressed it looks like it might have been toasted but it was really gross and I had to throw it away then I ordered some of their pre-made tuna and my God how dry it was no taste whatsoever I had to add more relish and Mayo to it they're tuna used to be one of the very best pre-made this one tasted so much like the one they use at Subway

Every time, this Publix is out of half of what I want. Today? (A Saturday, when you'd think they'd be stocked up) Out of quiche, macaroni salad, bakery sourdough bread, Arnold Italian bread, no oatmeal raisin cookies in the bakery, out of the brand of black beans I wanted, and out of the two wines I can sometimes find there. I drive a few miles more and can find EVERY SINGLE THING just listed. And more. Now that I think of it? I should have known and am annoyed with myself instead.

It's about 2 miles from interstate but a straight shot & worth it. New area with quite a bit of construction going on. Store is clean with the deli, sandwich, and cooked food in a center area verses a side wall. Drink bar tucked near the flowers. Service counter in front near flowers but a little on the slow side. Nice selections throughout. Cashiers very friendly and quick.

Brand new Publix with new layout. Has an island in the produce area that has pub sub station, hot food, deli, salad and soup bar. Noticed issues with not enough sale items in stock if you go on a Sunday. Two weeks in a row with sale items out of stock. Overall very clean and friendly staff.

Stopped into this nice modern store for deli items and produce. Used the self check out with very little problems. Store was clean, service desk personnel were ok. They don't talk much when interacting with customers

Deli personnel needs to be re-trained in making subs, especially around sanitation, proper use of gloves, cutting foods on clean surfaces, not reusing knives or other tools that were used for one type of spread for another, and the proper spreading of meats as I had it slimy one time when I didn't have it toasted. Aside from that it wouldn't hurt to improve how they put the toppings in the sub, poor spreading, they frequently put all the meats in the center, but do not evenly spread it throughout the sub, which forced me to open the sub, re-spread the ingredients around, and re-toast it for sanitation.

Always a great experience. Very friendly employees some of them even know me on a first name basis.Only draw back sometimes is the hot food line it can be on the slow side and that’s only because it seems to take awhile before someone realize that you are standing there. Once they do service is great.

This location definitely price gouges. Terrible prices for nearly every item. Will take the drive a bit further south to save as much as 50% for groceries. They marked up a bottle of champagne 100% vs what every other store is charging. Fruits are mediocre and they charge more than trader joes. Highly disappointed, kroger delivery here we go!

Publix as always is super expensive but all workers seem to be so happy and willing to help you. Although one lady (self check out) said I wouldn't be able rto get back to the screen to put my phone number in since it was already passed the screen. She basically told me I'd have to pay full price and come back to customer service and take it up with them. I couldn't believe her unwillingness to at least ask a fellow coworker and or at least try. I even told her I had about 15$ worth of coupons from using the app and digital coupons but she was still insisting I pay full price and customer service would have to deal with it. I then gave her a little lesson. All I had to do was push the back button and the card reader was taken back to the phone number screen. Voila, Karen.œl

This is my new neighborhood publix, and all I can say is, "Wow!" It's truly a lovely Publix, and the staff is so kind. I've lived in Florida all my life, and for the first time yesterday, one of the cashiers noticed I purchased the wings, and he informed me that every pound of chicken entitled me to a free sauce. It was a very small detail, and though many other people may know that, I'd never had that mentioned to me, and I found that so impressive that the staff took the time to inform small little details that could make whatever you were purchasing better or just a different option. Im also excited about the large assortment of options at this location. It was my first time seeing dried chilis and corn husks. I normally have to go to a smaller specialty market to purchase items like this. All in all, I'm happy to be in the neighborhood and have this be my go-to Publix for all my grocery needs.

I feel like this is probably the worst publix that I've ever went to I shop regularly at publix every time I seem to come here there's a problem, this will be the third time in A. Row that I have come to the store to get sliced deli meat and I stand in line why 3 employees are slicing meat that is for orders that are online if publix can't take care of their customers that are standing right in their face. Then obviously you don't want my business.

Decent supermarket, nice employees, my gripes is there is an upstairs cafeteria where you could maybe sit and eat but their food selection is limited and the price of products in general is expensive. If you are going to charge more, then let there be more!

I went to Publix with my family to go grocery shopping and we came across a cashier named Carol to scan our items and from the start she had an attitude. My brother grabbed a 32 pack of water from the bottom of the shopping cart to be helpful and he asked her does she want him to give her the pack of water bottles to scan or can she scan it while he holds it and she didn’t let him finish his sentence and raised her voice and said no with an attitude. I let that slide, but then my brother was doing a separate set of groceries and I tried grabbing the yellow stick to separate from the other customer’s groceries behinds us and she prevented me from grabbing it and gives me an attitude and tells me you don’t have to put it I already know where your groceries ends, that was strike two, then I walk away and she asked my brother are you paying with the same attitude and that’s when I had it. Publix wants to talk about where shopping is a pleasure and that was the opposite. I understand people have bad days but she doesn’t have to take it out on customers and ruin my day. Shopping was not a pleasure, shopping was going to make me pop off but I kept my composure and I left.

Don't go to this store if you're looking to buy fried chicken, or chicken wings in the deli. The case is always empty, and the staff is not interested in cooking it.
