So happy we found this place. Such a warm welcome and our dog, Milo, did great. They did an amazing job. He slept most of the day from playing with the other dogs and becoming handsome!! Definitely going back when we are in the area.

Kelly & Mary are the best! My Chihuahua is terrified of getting her paws touched. Mary is able to do it with no issues. I've taken her to other groomers and she's screamed and had to be muzzled . Mary has the magic touch

Mary did a great job on Boomer while we were on vacation in Safety Harbor! She was recommended by the owner of the house we are renting and with good reason. She seems to have a lot of patience with dogs and takes her time doing a good job and making the dogs feel comfortable. We were more than satisfied with his haircut,he looked adorable when we picked him up,many thanks to Mary and Kelly!

I left a message with them because I found a senior dog wandering with no identification and out of date microchip information. The dog had recently been groomed so I was trying to see if the groomer's in the area had any record of her as I searched for her owner. They were kind enough to go through their records, call me back, and let me know they didn't have any record of her. They could have just ignored the message as there was really no reward in it for them. They are professional and clearly genuinely care about animals. Highly recommend :)

We just came from our first visit to Mary! This was a terrific first experience. Mary is so welcoming and loving. My dogs were very relaxed while she clipped and dremmeled their nails. I will definitely come back for grooming! Thanks so much, Mary!

Mary and Kelly do a wonderful job on my Chiweenie’s nails. Given the breed, she’s a bit difficult to groom; however, they are more then accommodating to her feisty attitude. Kudos to Harbor Pets Grooming.

After reading the reviews I was excited to take my dogs to Harbor Pets. My first impression was not good. The place smells, hot inside the facility, disorganized, and dirty. After I explained how I wanted my dogs groomed I was informed they only take cash or check. No debit or credit card machine. This would have been ok if they had informed me of this when I made the appointment. They also informed me I could mail them a check if I didn't have the money to pay. Strange way to do business in this day and time when people are paying electronically with phones and watches.When I picked the up dogs the one looked OK, the other one was not groomed as requested. The quality of groom was substandard. To be exact...his tail and legs didn't look like they had been touched, his feet were cut uneven, and the dew claws were not cut as requested. They attempted to fix the issue but not successful. In addition, I asked them to trim the nails for my 3rd dog and I informed them she was very sensitive and would yelp if not careful. I took the two dogs outside and my husband stayed in while they trimmed the her nails. She cried and yelped while getting her nails done. I could hear her outside. My husband brought her outside and said we will NEVER take the dogs back there again. I went back in to pay, and the woman said she did great. I told her NO she did not I could hear her outside yelping, and my husband heard and watched her. They tried to dispute the dog did fine, and said she only yelped once. A bold face lie. Beware if you take your dog here. If the dog will cry in front of you...what will take place when you are not around.I paid by check and left. I WILL NOT go back there again and do not recommend that anyone else does either.Their prices are high for this area...Most groomers charge $45.00- $50.00...not $53.00.12.28.19 After further examining the dog that I said was groomed ok, she was not. I asked for her mane to be left longer and body to be evened up with her other hair. Her mane is too short, uneven, and the rest of her body is uneven as well.I have groomed both dogs before and do not consider myself a professional. I understand how difficult it is to groom animals. That is why we take them to a professional. However, I have done better than what they did. They should not be charging premium prices for non professional work. This business is not professional and appears they have not been trained on how to groom animals.I would give them no stars if possible; however, I wasn't able to post the review without posting at least one star.

For the first time i switched my precious Booboo over to harbor grooming they are FANTASTIC! I am so happy I tried it out! They took very good care of him and did such a good job! They don't lock your dog up in a cage, they have a little spot for the dogs to interact and play with eachother they also have a system to ensure that if your dog is unfriendly with the others your pooch will have its own area to make new friends from the other side of the gate! When your dog is finished they add a free bandana or bow! I love it definitely recommend😍😍😍🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🐶🐶🐶❤❤❤❤

We use Harbor Pets for our dog Stanley regularly - nice little shop with wonderful owners who really make you and your pets feel welcome. Our little dog is a neurotic mess most times when he has to go out of the house but they manage to work with him, and the results are always wonderful. Five stars.

Mary and her husband are both wonderful at their job!! They are very professional and I can definitely tell that they truly care about my furbaby Koda. They are extremely accommodating and will adjust their schedule to meet yours. Koda is never nervous and loves spending the day with them! They do a great job as Koda comes home extra shiny every time! They have really helped me keep up with his gorgeous coat!! Will continue to bring him and my future fur baby's to harbor pets they are the best!!!! Definitely recommend!!!!

Yesterday I brought two of my three dogs there to be groomed.All I can say is wow!Kelly and Mary were so caring and friendly.They were truly concerned about my girls haircuts.Afterwards my dogs were calm and unstressed.Usually they are so upset .Also very reasonable pricing.Thank you Lara (my neighbor)for your fabulous recommendation!
