We have been taking our dog, Pocket, to Vicky for years. I can't imagine taking him anywhere else. They do a fantastic job. Also, Pocket adores them there. They are very talented at grooming, professional and friendly. I can't say enough good things about them. Oh, and their prices are very reasonable. In my opinion, too low! That's saying something these days. Pocket always comes home feeling great and happy to have visited.

We went there to get our dog’s nails trimmed - made an appointment for the next day and when we came there at the time of the appointment were told she can’t do the dog. After asking about the appointment, she hesitantly agreed at first. But then as soon as it was time for our little guy to go back there, she brought him back out immediately, saying that the other person in the back had been bitten by a chihuahua before and they refuse to do it. Also while there we heard another dog crying and when she came out she seemed extremely petrified. Don’t go there if you expect them to treat you and your dog with respect.

I have been a customer of this pet grooming service for almost 10 yrs. I trust them with my dogs and have never had any issue at all. My dogs are beautifully groomed and in good spirits when they come home.

Our little guy is nearly 14 years old. He is skittish and becomes anxious, if not picked up properly...can't grab him around the waist, for instance. We made that perfectly clear, but you should have heard him yelp when they ignored what we had said. When they were done, they took our money, then very abruptly told us not to bring him back because they choose not to deal with "dogs that behave badly." Wondering how they stay in business. We had no intentions of returning anyway. Do yourself a favor...bring your dog to someone who treats both you and your dog with respect.

Traumatized my dog. He came back with his eye BLOOD SHOT red from them getting shampoo in his eye. The moment he stepped in the door he was angry at the world. This is not my dogs first rodeo, yet this is the worst experience we have had.

Vicky was very nice when I dropped off my dog as well as my Mothers.Unfortunatly when I picked them up her daughter couldn't have been ruder and more unprofessional.She acts like the 110.00 I'm paying her isn't worth her trouble and as if she's doing me a favor.I don't mind spending money to have my dogs done,but I refuse to give my money to someone as obnoxious and out of line as this woman.There are plenty of other groomers and I suggest you take your dog to one of them.My cairn terrier always acts a bit funny if she wasn't treated well and low and behold she was shaking and petrified.No thank you
