I bought a brand new cage for my dog. It is pretty big so I load it into my truck and get it home and set it all up. Once I set it up all the bars were bent on the cage. I call the store and they want me to disassemble it and load it and drive it back to the store. I said I can make this easy I will bend the bars back so I don’t have to go through the hassle and the manager said no. I will never return.

Do not buy reptiles from here. Today one of the baby bearded dragons clearly had an upper respiratory infection. He was coughing and hacking every minute. I notified an employee as it can spread quickly and can be deadly. He removed him to quarantine him. He was back in the cage with the other dragons within 10 minutes while I was still there! The manager put him back him. I’m so over this chain pet store not knowing how to take care of reptiles. (And doing stupid things like leaving reptile carpet in the cages when anyone who knows anything about reptiles knows it’s super dangerous. It spreads bacteria quickly and they can easily lose nails and toes on it) DO NOT BUY REPTILES FROM HERE. On top of all of that they also have a leopard gecko that is WAY TOO YOUNG to to be sold. He was smaller than the length of my pointer finger and super skinny.

This is where I’ve bought my dogs’ food from for years. They almost always have it in stock and the price hasn’t changed. Most people who work here are friendly but it can be a pain to get someone’s attention. Unfortunately, they are always busy and the line is often very long. Just be wary of that and give yourself some extra time to wait in line when coming here.

Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. The staff and management literally do no give dog poop about dogs. They will arbitrary cancel appointment and when you complain, they will give you an attitude and tell you to go somewhere else. Just Google Pet Grooming in your area, you cant do any worse then PetSmart.

They have what I need, but there is only ever one register open. I must be going at the busy times because I'm always waiting to cash out. They do always have what I need though.

I went to buy a hamster for my niece. The sales person was very informative and spent the time to instruct my niece on how to care for the hamster. The girl st check out was very pleasant and also took time to talk to my niece, who was very excited about getting a new pet.

The manager flatly informed me that he wouldn't accept 2 Halloween shirts (tag on 1) because "ppl let their pets wear them & then return them". 10 mo old boxer puppy, 1 shirt fit, 2 didn't, no sizing guide on the 2 that didn't, receipt good until 12/10/23. Nothing in their return policy about holiday items. Very poor customer service.

It's the people and product selection which makes PetSmart nice to shop at. Just wish the decor and atmosphere was better. My cashier was amazing as was the front manager. Spent way too much on my birthday pup but then again, don't we all ?

Not happy at all it will be my last time going there. My dogs face and eyes were not cleaned like the first and second time face was trimmed and paws but I don’t know what shampoo was used but she does not smell like she had a bath just the trim not worth the $42 I paid for her to be washed I wash her myself and she has a shine to her fur and a nice smell and I use chic products. So disappointed ☹️

The state of your beta fish is very distressing. They need gravel or beads in their tank and they’re all losing their color and look half dead. It’s very sad. I am literally never shopping there again.

Clean store, friendly workers. Petsmart is hit or miss with what products each store carries. Will price match the online prices at register (usually cheaper online) bring phone and show cashier.

This is for the Royal Palm Beach Store. Called groomers, took 6 minutes to reach someone, just to be placed on hold again when they heard I wanted to make a new appointment for a first visit to the groomers for my Shih pooh. Ten minutes later the phone goes silent and starts ringing again back to the main number, now I have to explain everything again. She said they are too busy to take my dog today. I did not want to go today, I said I wanted to make an appointment. Then I was told they are too busy to take appointments. Call back tomorrow. The first groomer threw me away, which is why I am throwing them away, and I am sorry I spent so much money with them and wanted to give them more business. My dog has groomers, I was trying to consolidate where I get my pet services and products but they don't want my business. From now on I will shop at Amazon for my products and go to Animal Palace for my dogs grooming. Amazon is very fast and convenient, the only advantage Petsmart had was that personal touch and it is not there anymore.It is robotic, so I am going with the actual robot and save myself time and money. Thank you for giving me the perspective to make a sound decision.

Very nice and helpful staff, although the entire store kind of feels small and it’s just the outside that looks big, it’s a good store where you can find almost everything you need for a pet

Absolutely ridiculous!! I bought a travel bag for my cat. Turns out it's DEFECTIVE and I couldn't get a refund because I didn't have a receipt. I feel SCAMMED! Unbelievable how a chain this big are not taking care of third customers. At Petco, there are no questions asked. If you're not 100% satisfied they will take an item back. Nevermind a DEFECTIVE item. I'll never go back to PetSmart! Good thing there is usually a Petco near by!

Whoever is the manager at this place is horrible. Does not know how to speak to his customers. Also dislikes when a customer is not satisfied with their service. He will make you feel like you’re in the wrong.

Great selection...If only someone would help us. The floor associates and manager are experts at customer avoidance. We were there a little over an hour before closing and they were more interested in preparing to close and go home. We were going to buy three guinea pigs and all the associated stuff, cage, toys, etc. Asked an associate in the back to send someone, but 20 minutes later we were still standing there and left. Staffed for low hanging fruit (pet food sales, etc). If you need help getting a pet... Avoid.

I absolutely love Petsmart grooming and Ashley, the groomer I have used for a number of years. She took care of my beautiful cocker spaniel until his death in 2019. Two months ago, we rescued a yorkipoo and I was so happy to see Ashley was still at Petsmart.She did a FABULOUS job with Cindy yesterday. This was the first grooming we had done. Ashley is an artist and both of my dogs have loved her. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Bought a tank a couple weeks ago Over $100 and the filter is horrible. 6 of my fish got stuck and died. Emailed pics and no response. Also the lid cause so much condensation that it makes the top of the water bubbly

The petsmart at Wellington is not the best. Petsmart is petsmart....but the employees make the difference. I have been to others in which employees are way lot nicer and friendly.

Luana is very compassionate with my puppy Milo. Not only is she very professional and knowledgeable, however, I appreciate the fact that she explains everything to my daughter and I. Even though his grooming visits are short, she is always very helpful and I don’t ever feel rushed or unsettled. Most importantly, I am very thankful that she listens to understand. Luana is a shining example of someone who value, respect, and take pride in their work meanwhile providing tender, loving care.
