At 7:40 tonight went into the store my wife needed dog food, a large 64 pound bag of Purina or 47 pound bag of Purina chicken and rice. She says to the the guy that do you have this chicken and rice Purina she says I see two bags up top he goes I don’t know, our truck comes in tomorrow come back tomorrow well I need dog food tonight not tomorrow and the lazy kid would not go help my wife and check to see if the two bags of that she saw up on the top to get them down to help her in anyway what an awful customer service and awful help this kid needs to be fired from this store because they just lost the sale and will never go back there again totally ridiculous this type of service

Great store staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have burds, bunnies, guinea pigs, kittens, and a cat to adopt. I nearly bought a fish I wasn’t even in the market for. I just went there to pet the cats. I’ll be back for the fish and rank setup when I’m ready. Definitely give this independent store a try.

I love how close to home they are. And the staff are most helpful. But, I pay for that convenience cause they're a little more costly than Petco down in Wellington on 441. And this P.S. doesn't always have feeder mice. So I may end up in Wellington, after all.I'm a regular in both stores.

Both locations I go to, the employees are the sweetest young people. They are so helpful and will chat with you about their/your pets. They are truly passionate about animals ❤️

This is our favorite pet store to shop at!! The team members are very helpful & knowledgeable especially David and Rudy. My puppers and I always have fun doing our shopping here.

We just got our second (yellow) parakeet from here. Their staff is knowledgeable and the birds and past hamsters I purchased in the past were all healthy and lived a long happy life. My daughter absolutely loves animals and asking 100's of questions is normal.... Whomever was helping us at the times of purchasing each animal were very polite and were more than happy to answer her questions and mine... They're fully open at the time and I order all my pet essentials for pick-up. Great place, great people.

Unfortunately the time I go to shop now on senior day and they conveniently are out of all I want and will not let me pay ahead and order to get the needed 10% senior discount they offer 1day per month, and then won’t let me pick up the next day or so. They say its only for the one date and too bad if they don’t have the products I want. So,,,,, I will not shop here again. That’s just BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS!!

Clean store and ridiculously knowledgeable staff. Reed was super helpful with our selection of fish. Came in for some gold fish, left with some pearl leeri and nepn tetras lol. Very good experience thank you. Oh and I came in 20 minutes before closing and still received great service.

I have been in this sore before, and let me just say it is a very neat, beautiful store, I went to buy a pet fish for my brother since he’s been really lonely and the employees attended me with acceptable manners and were very helpful, today I’m going back to buy myself a rabbit, I’m not sure if you sell them but for what I’ve seen and heard, they do so just wanted to say this is a very nice shop.

Stopped in before Christmas for bird food and shopping for a few bird toys. They had a good selection of food at reasonable prices, some better than Amazon. They apparently raised their prices on small and medium bird toys for the holidays because when I was in the store a few months back they seem to have been more reasonably priced. I noticed the parakeets chirping happily and a quaker parrot in a cage beside them. Cages appeared clean with food and water available. The store is nicely maintained as well. Employees greet you as you walk in and appear happy to help if assistance is needed.

My only complaint is how loud they keep the music on in the store. I went I yesterday and I felt so bad for the animals. It was unusually loud and annoying. Turn it down, this is animal abuse. They rabbits couldn't escape it but I sure did.

The staff was super nice and approachable from the moment I walked in! The store is clean, stocked with product, and well-organized. The toy section (for dogs) is really cute and there's so much stuff to chose from.... and for me, the prices of the toys were reasonable compared to stuffed animals I usually buy from Walmart Grocery. They also price-match which is great if you want to save a few dollars. :)

Great selection and awesome help! I called and asked about their current stock of ghost shrimp, and they confirmed what I needed. When I arrived, they already had packaged the ghost shrimp that I called about - just in case I stopped by! What amazing service!

this store used to be okay for a corporate chain pet store with plenty of knowledgeable pet owners working there, but with recent change of staff/management it's turned into a mess. i dont blame the staff, they're very kind, but they're clearly lacking guidance. lots of things arent labeled or are labeled incorrectly on shelves, there was a finch loose in the store in addition to a conure they couldnt contain so they were throwing a towel over it, fish tanks are overstocked with several dead or dying fish even for a pet store. i dont believe the ferrets or rabbit in the store had any sort of toys or hides. overall everything felt kind of chaotic and i believe they were understaffed.

Went in and clerk had me come to the lane where Someone right next to me was checking out. She had her mask hanging on one ear and did not seem happy to be there. They are always very helpful and friendly there.

I was looking for my pets' specific needs, and Alice stopped her shelf work.. , and offered help.She reviewed products, and their uses..my pets eye is improving rapidly..(I'd tried other products, Ng.)I am pleased at all the time, help and suggestions. Nice employees, clean store, nothing really bad but I give a four star because their stock seems to be pretty limited. Like, some stuff you can buy anywhere, even Walmart but they don't. Example: not a wide variety of dog clothing at all, and then they only carry small to large sizes.. but I need an XL and a XXL ... whats up with that? Pity, could be 5 stars, but they have no variety in many areas. Aw well, it is what it is. If the store changes, I'll of course change my review.

My daughter went into this pet store to get a hamster. She got there at 8:45 pm. She was going in late, however, all she needed was the hamster. She has all the other supplies at home. When she entered the first thing said to her is "We are closing in 10 minutes." She said okay and went straight to the hamsters. They knew she was there and no one came to help her. They waited until 9pm and told her to leave. I will be calling corporate about this!

Hey corporate why don't you try getting some dry dog food on the shelves, like Nutro and Science Diet. I don't know who's ordering for this store but there's never anything there, I had to get my food from Amazon ,came in 2 days.

Amazing customer service! Employee on his day off facetimed with my husband to find the product we needed.I noticed my fish showing signs of a parasite infection, and sent my husband to grab some medicine. He got to Pet Supermarket around 30 minutes before closing. A very friendly and helpful employee tried to help him, but admitted he didn't know a lot about fish. He tried to call the employee that normally works in the fish department, since it was his day off (I have had several pleasant interactions with this individual, and he is indeed very knowledgeable about fish). The employee didn't answer at first, but shortly called back via facetime. The helpful employee explained the situation, and the off duty employee suggested he hand the phone over to chat with my husband directly. They discussed the fish problem and determined I was already on the right path for treatment, we just needed the actual medicine. He then "walked" my husband over to the shelves and helped him find exactly what we were looking for.Most people don't answer their phone when they're off work, these two employees really went above and beyond for us, and have made long term customers.

I hate dealing with Cindy the new manager at this location, she is rude and doesn't know anything. I am a fish customer and more recently the tanks have looked fantastic but I almost don’t want to come in when I see Cindy.

I had to walk out because your cashier is holding a snake while surviving customers. Some customers have issues with animals. Really weird experience. I'll stick with PET SMART.
