Love this place! They are always so nice and helpful. Their selection is great and pricing is comparable. They are less expensive than Amazon on the items I purchase and you know if they carry it it is good for your fur babies. If you are local, they even deliver! I placed a delivery order today and it arrived faster than I expected. Thank you Pet Pros!

We have been customers since we moved into town in 2012. Janet and her team are truly genuine. They know me and my puppies by name. They are very knowledgeable about all their products in the store. Recently had a billing issue and it was resolved with one phone call. They went above and beyond to figure out what happened and called back with news that solved the problem. Took less than 5 minutes. My wife and I pride ourselves in investing our money in local businesses and this one never disappoints. Thank you Pet Pro team for doing what you do every day!

Not customer friendly at all.I purchased an automatic pet feeding dish, a couple weeks ago, and needed up not needing it.When I brought in the return with the receipt, unopened and unused, in the same raggedy box it was sold to me in, I was told I could not have a refund, but had only 7 days to return for a store credit.I accepted the store credit, as that was my only choice, and then the clerk had to call the owner, and left the room to speak with her.That is rude and made the whole transaction uncomfortable, and it’s just an impolite way to treat a customer.I then had to find $81 worth of cat products, as the feeding dish was so overpriced to begin with.This is why people don’t support small businesses.If I can find a more affordable item on Amazon, and have no hassle with a return, WHY would I bother with a local shop who has no concern with being customer friendly?I’m not going to put myself out, so that I can shop local, to put my money in a greedy business owner’s pocket.I am quite tired of the local business attitude of once they have your money, they will not refund it.I won’t support that.As I can see from some of these other reviews, customer service is an issue with this shop, and the owner also seems to have a history of responding to negative reviews with a nasty and unprofessional reply, which is also not very surprising but sad.Do better, people.

The groomers here are amazing! They love what they do and they are so good at it. My dogs look and smell amazing. These ladies really love dogs and my dogs were very happy with them. They could charge so much more for their services. The quality of their work exceeds their prices. You will want to give them a good tip when you pick your dog up. They are so sweet. We already booked for the next grooming appointment. We will be staying with them as long as we live in this area. Thank you so much ladies!

We absolutely love this store. They have all the products we need to our fur babies. The middle aged gentleman is always a pleasure to deal with and very friendly. I would recommend this store for all your fur babies needs.

All of my dogs picky eating habits are gone, thanks to Janet the shop owner. And addition my mind is at ease, knowing that they are getting the best quality food out there on the market. I won’t go anywhere else as long as this store is open.I would like everyone to know this is the best place to go to get your pets needs. It may cost a little more, however, you will not have to go to the vet as much as I was going.

This store in Rockledge is wonderful. The staff that works there are great. They are extremely helpful. We needed better quality food for our dog. The food she was eating (beneful) was giving her Diarrhea on a regular basis. It was time for a change. We went and talked to staff they helped us get the right food. We will NEVER buy commercial style dog food again. Are dog is feeling 💯 better. They also carry cat and small pet needs.

The owners are very knowledgeable about the various brands of pet food. They have a huge variety of pet toys, snacks + accessories. In the rear of the store is a trained pet groomer who is absolutely wonderful + whose prices are extremely fair. It's one-stop shopping at Pet Pro!🐕🐾🐈🐦🐠🐰🐢

The staff is very polite. They don't have much here for pet snakes or reptiles. Also not many options for cats, prices are higher than other pet stores. I guess it depends on what you're looking for. If you have a dog, then you may find what you need here.

They have everything that I usually can only find online, or at pricey not so nice pet stores (I’ll leave them unnamed) 😉The staff was so friendly! Went in today to get my babies nail trimmed. Because he was anxious and nervous, she took the time with him to make him comfortable. Even with all his dramatic screaming, she was so good with him. I absolutely recommend pet pros to everyone. Everyone in the store is helpful and friendly.

Brought my little pooch here to be groomed and everyone was wonderful. They took great care of my dog and were very knowledgeable about her breed and the type of grooming that’s best for her.Coincidently she was having belly issues a few days after and I went back to ask for help - they all went above and beyond and even asked me to text them about how she was feeling.Highly recommend not only the store but the grooming services as well. They love and care about the well-being of animals and it shows with the time they give to each customer.Thank you for being a wonderful small business in our community!

As first time puppy owner we are over joyed with the level of service with Pet Pros. From taking the time to meet our puppy, Maverick to giving him a treat helping us control his excitement, to helping us choose the right food, and even trying on almost every harness available to find the right one. I just want to take the time to thank the staff for being so friendly and welcoming. We feel that much more confident every time we leave there. We now look forward to coming in and being greeted by the staff and seeing what new thing we can learn today.

The people here are always so helpful and fun to chat with. Due to an injured foot I was needing a lot of assistance buying food for two large dogs. They found and brought the food to the front and then walked it out to my car. They're also very knowledgeable with questions around pets, have a wide range of options for food, treats, toys, and all the care things pets require. Highly recommend this store.

This store is amazing it's the only place I shop for my picky kitty. The staff is knowable and friendly without being overbearing. I was dog sitting a very picky senior dog with very specif dietary needs and not only did they recommend great products but he loved everything.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Love Pet Pros! Janet is super cool and a sweetheart. Super knowledgeable about pet foods. And the variety is the best I've ever seen in any pet supply store. I still purchase prescription foods and kitty litter from Chewy but everything else I get at Pet Pros. Love love love the new location!! Great job Janet! <3

While the groomer does a good job & cares about your dog, it shouldn't take over 6 hours to get your dog groomed. This isn't a recent development either. This has been a consistent issue since we started going there in the fall of 2017. It didn't matter how early our dog (later dogs) got dropped off, they were typically the last ones to have their grooming completed and occasionally, we would need to bring them back the following day to have the work completed. After trying other places we continued going back because the dogs liked it there. No more. When I tried to talk with the groomer the last time, she said that she didn't have time for it & then complained via text that I need to take up any issues or complaints with her instead of calling the store owner. Additionally, the store owner evidently doesn't care about how their customers are treated. I left a message for the owner to call me back over a month ago & have received nothing. That is fine since we can get our dogs groomed & their supplies at places that care about customer satisfaction.

My older cat had food allergies, then her kidneys started to shut down. The veterinary clinic wanted her on a special diet, but could not accommodate her. With an older cat with very special needs, Pet Pros answered the call. They were able to help me and my cat out with everything we needed all ready in their store. This is one of the best small pet stores in the area. Very knowledgeable owner and staff. They carry nothing but the best foods and treats for your pet. Store is always clean and well organized. Pet Pros has some great "Frequent Buyer" programs as well. They do not sell live animals and are great supporters of all adoption programs. Stop in and check out the store. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Janet and her staff have been a godsend to us. Milo, my oldest dog, had been very sick for many years. They helped me find the right dog food for him. Very educated staff. He is going on 10 years old now and the vet said he’s never seen him so healthy. We owe it all to Pet Pros, Janet and staff. I would highly recommend Pet Pros to everyone who loves their pets.
