Yeah so I usually go here because the coffees are amazing when they make it right or have it in stock. How do they have coffee but not lattes ? Machine down or whatever it’s just weird and more often then not, but lately every time I get food there is a problem. This is what I usually get and they always forget somthing , they didn’t give me spinach and literally what is the portion for the price ? U charged me 2$ extra for veggies and this is what I’m given for 2$ up charge ?! Nah, and shorted me on the eggs when that’s the main thing I ordered . I’m honestly over it 😂 I don’t come here to spend my money to be jipped, so yeah done getting food here and might look for a new place to get my coffee the gas prices lit tho // UPDATE as soon as I took a bite it was all cold even the eggs my parmigiana borderline crystallized on this egg bowl, ridiculous and even better there’s NO BACON . Hilarious !

I only order two snack wrap and it took them longer than 20 minutes to make. Today there was only two staff members in the entire store. This white lady was stealing food and I was still waiting for my food. My boyfriend was getting the food and they felt bad that we was waiting for our food even though they said it was going to be done at 3:05pm. The manager gave my boyfriend the food and gave him a XL free drink for the wait. I took a bite out of my food and it was cold the chicken was cold.

Came here on 03/31/24 between 8:15-8:30pm, walked in all the kitchen staff was laughing, talking, getting orders out. I order 4 drinks, go over to the drink/smoothie/shake side, the women working that shift on 03/31/24 was complaining the WHOLE TIME about 4 drinks! She then says “omg these people ordered 4 drinks”. I didn’t say anything. One of the other kitchen staff working the same shift wearing a green shirt, on the sandwich side asked her if she needed help, SHE REPLIES LOUDLY “NO THEYLL GET IT WHEN THEY GET IT” so me KNOWING it’s my order and been there 10mins now, said no, I think she does need help!. The guy from the sandwich side and her then start talking quietly about me, the guy says, “I know you don’t need help!” LOUD, oh also she was CRYING. I move away and lean against the window near the got coffe and was on my phone on Twitter. SHE ASSUMED I was recording her LMFAO if I was I would’ve uploaded it! But, The guy starts just walking around talking to staff laughing like his coworker isn’t crying stressing over 4 orders, he then goes back to the sandwich side stands there and just looks me dead in my eye for a good minute as if he was waiting on me to say something to him? It continues, a manager I forgot his name, he was working the same shift, black collard shirt African American guy, bald, comes out ASK her if she needs help. He “helps” her. She then goes on to saying how she’s “done with this job seriously I’m done close it down” is her words. I’m still waiting for my drinks by the way.. no special request or nothing either. ANOTHER person came back to say they got a drink they didn’t order and one of her drinks she DID order was wrong. I finally get my 4 drinks, ALL FOUR ARE MISSING. 1st drink. Missing:the chocolate drizzle & 3oz cheesecake crumble.2nd drink missing: caramel drizzle & chocolate chips.3rd drink missing: cookie crumble on top, and chocolate drizzle.4th drink missing: caramel drizzle & chocolate chips.DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Whole staff thought it was a joke and the “manager” just left and went back in the back. Worst experience at a wawa. Next time the one by my house doesn’t have drinks, IM NOT GOING HER! Waste of 23$ to be disrespected and 4 wrong orders.RIDICULOUS

Dirty Wawa the dirtiest by far. All the employees are rude. Ordered a pánica de it wasn’t cut properly so I asked the girl to please cut it correctly and she got it out of my hand with an attitude and with the same gloves she was cleaning with grabbed the sandwich and cut it with a dirty knife then tossed it thru the window. I immediately threw it away. I basically threw up as I walked out from how disgusting she was and the whole ordeal. Will never support this business again. That girl need to go home and keep collecting food stamps. Wawa needs to hire good clean looking individuals with a sense of professionalism.

One of these worst Wawas in west palm beach area DUE TO EMPLOYEES!!!Doris is completely rude and so is Tyler the manager(unnecessarily rude) not friendly, Not approachable, no empathy or problem solving skills . no customer service skills AT ALL!! They hate there job. some of the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced they need some additional training completely unprofessional and have a attitude when simply asked a question. when I asked for corp number they told Kaygee not to give it to me .. so I’ve done some research and I’ll be calling Monday morning I spend entirely too much money with a company to be treated anything less then a human .. Stephanie has a sweet spirit and treated me with care and(separate experience.. I’m there every day) last night while I waited over 30 mins for a pizza that was made (they burned it so had to remake it ) Richard also was super professional showed empathy about the situation I truly appreciate the employee who show up.

I ordered a panini with bacon and avocado but I did not receive avocado which ruined my morning. Also they don’t have sizzles for breakfast like the good Wawa’s do. If you don’t like working at wawa work somewhere else but don’t passive aggressively “forget” my avocado because I would rather be eating avocado then writing this one star review. Order 618 5/17.

I've been to many Wawas throughout the state of Florida and this is far and wide the filthiest Wawa I've ever been to. The outside is covered in trash and wet spots and the inside isn't any better. I didn't fear for my safety, but they could do better with bringing some more light into the area overnight. The food and matcha latte were good at the very least, but I'll be looking for a different Wawa.

Awesome gas station!! It's the best gas station I've ever been to! Wish I could use a kiosk to order my food at other restaurants! The place was super clean and the service was good, can't ask for much more than that! 😊👍

We stopped in and ordered sandwiches from the kiosk. My girlfriend had gotten hers but my order had got misplaced somehow. 10 minutes later they made my sandwich. When I opened it after we were back on the road it had nothing on it except for the meet the cheese and the bread, when I had ordered everything on it. I saved the receipt. I took photos of the sandwich. Someone needs to make this right, because tomorrow I'm going to start doing reviews on this on many review sites.

Order chicken salad , sub roll was stale, hard on one end especially! Ruined the whole sub, had to keep pulling on the hard as rock stale bread .Also, no toilet paper in the handicap stall AGAIN!!This location, would put WAWA, out of business!! Sorry to say, I hesitated to stop here, but was starving. Should of gone with my gut and went to FOREST HILL location OR any other location

I've stopped by a handful of times for coffee and lunch. Their team members work very efficiently together and communicate well. The check out cashier had a sweet smile and demeanor. I usually have a fast, simple and pleasant experience there every time I go. Prices are reasonable as well. Place is kept clean. Overall satisfied with my experiences there!

It’s a regular wawa but this 5 stars is for the beverage lady today (10/14/22 9:30pm). Thank you for making my day! Whipped cream was the only self care item I wanted today and she definitely delivered. I forgot to get her name but you know who you are extra whipped cream lady 😊. 🙏🏻

I will not ever get food from there again. The manager Omar obviously didn't care about the situation. Today was not the first time I had an issue there but certainly will be the last. I didn't get what I ordered once before, was offered a free hoagie for next time but never took Omar up on that. It took him over 5 minutes to come to the register and just seemed not to care. The staff at the sandwich station were too busy joking with people to pay attention to what they're making.

This store has some very disrespectful unprofessional workers who will tell what you can cannot order from the menu. I ordered couple of items last night and notice that eggs wasn’t warmed up completely and it wasn’t what I ordered from the menu. The lady that goes by the name (Slim) told me I should be at home sleeping instead of bothering her about something that’s not on her menu for tonight.A few other females suggest that I go to McDonald’s to order my food.This particular store needs to replace the entire night shift with more people like the older lady who makes the drinks to her profession and the young lady with the black and gold dreads who makes sure your sandwich or food item is correct.Management is terrible and you cannot walk into this store without someone asking you for money or someone offering to sell you something illegal . All in all I’m calling corparate to complain because this store needs workers like the women I described to you in the beginning. I’m no longer willing to come there for food service but only for gas.

Wawa is much more than a gas station. It is a place I'm able to get good coffee (I work at Dunkin' but Wawa is MUCH BETTER) and great service. I have nothing negative to say about Wawa, which is amazing since I can admit I'm a negative person. Wawa was the best new business to come to my Florida city a few years ago and still is. That's saying a lot since I live in a city and nowhere near the 'country' so we have tons of businesses.

I love the food and service. I would’ve given them a 5 but the Tesla charging stations are always taken by non Tesla owners and no one does anything about it in the store. If I get charge for idle time at these stations these non Tesla drivers should be towed. There is plenty of other parking spaces. It’s like parking a gas pump and not pumping gas .
