WORST customer service for the pharmacy, had my depression medication ORDERED 4/26/2024 it got “delayed” because it was to early. Totally understand that. So I waited a couple days, went on the APP, RE ORDERED IT, a couple days go by I check the app because I’ve gotten NO update or notifications about it, now it says “action needed call pharmacist”. I call, the LEAD TECH says “I don’t see anything for you” I said, huh? I ordered it on the app a couple days ago. then TRYS to dodge WALGREENS MISTAKE and says “we had to put it back on your file” blah blah can I talk to someone ABOVE you. She said ok, puts me on hold before I can even say thanks. the rude LEAD TECH trys lying saying I JUST re ordered it, no ma’am I placed the refill a couple days ago. After all that I was told, they “didn’t see it it didn’t get updated”…… If there isn’t enough workers then please close this hell hole “pharmacy”. These problems just make people more aggravated and triggers anxiety. Causes stress, it’s not good customer service AT ALL. I guess I gotta start calling in to check on them everyday to see if there ok or need me to update them with refills since they obv don’t see the orders… not to mention when they LOST my anxiety medication 2 months ago and I was sitting in drive thru for an hour an half waiting on them to “find it”

If I could I would go to a different pharmacy. EVERY TIME my prescriptions are sent in it either takes them a full day to fill 4 prescriptions, they lose my prescription, or they tell me it won’t be ready till a certain time then after hours I get a alert saying it’s ready for pick up but the store is closed… VERY rude staff. I ask about one prescription and they tell me it won’t be ready till the 1st of April but I last picked it up FEBRUARY 29th so I HAD to call back to HELP them the “pharmacy” with there confusion which idk how or where the confusion was. They lost my anxiety medicine last month as well let’s not forget about that.

has good selections. the problem with this area is expect to get shaken down by beggars. just walk past them do not engage with them. strange how a few blocks towards over the bridge the beach the riff raff is not to be seen.

Appalling customer service from the pharmacy, listen to all the reviews, don't go here- save yourself. This has been my family pharmacy since I was born & I will never step foot in here ever again. They are so rude I am in shock how Walgreens can allow it. Rude being an understatement. The lady named Mia LITERALLY THREATENED to not sell me my medical prescription, while she was already holding it in her hand, and ready to be paid for (is this even legal??). Simply because she didn't like that I had some simple questions I was trying to understand and I wasn't getting the clarity from her that I needed, so how dare that I continue to try instead of just going away unhelped like she wanted. The audacity of her to retaliate by trying to deny me my prescription speaks volumes, and I hope Walgreens looks into it.Even the two pharmacists there Mia and Kayleen were also arguing with each other as well, not letting each other speak and getting frustrated and rude with each other! Never seen anything like it. Major attitude problem & toxic work environment that they feel it's ok to project that onto the customers and think it'll just be tolerated.... Their "customer service" approach is basically to take on a hostile attitude to gaslight you and try to dismiss you, the customer, in hopes to make you just go away so they aren't bothered by you. Honestly, I had even called when they first opened at 9am to ask same exact question I had before having to go there in-person later, but it was same demeaning exchange over the phone with the other person there, Kayleen. Wouldn't let me finish any sentence & was quick to yell over me anytime I tried to get a word in.This terrible experience could have been avoided completely with the smallest amount of effort or consideration. 100% unnecessary and 100% uncalled for.To top it all off: Before exiting the store I stopped to share my experience with a manager because I was in shock, and when I turned around to leave I see the lady Mia who had come over from the pharmacy that was across the store, overheard, & was LAUGHING directly at us! Quite literally laughing/mocking me for going to speak to a manager, as if my complaint or experience wouldn't be taken seriously either so it's all just so hilarious to her that I had even bothered.Aren't there certain standards required by law for "professionals" who work in the health care industry?Walgreens- seriously, you need to hire better and quick. The manager who is an older white man by the name of Gload is extremely RUDE! It’s ridiculous for these people to keep their jobs and still be miserable and make the customer’s experience there so unpleasant. If you run into him, check out his customer service skills. 🤣

Love the store clean and the staff is on point never saw them off from there task . The assistant manager Ali is so kind and constantly trying to make the store the best it can be . Overall I love going there it’s definitely 100 percent

Karlene in the pharmacy is extremely rude. She needs to be re-educated on customer service. She claims she was rude because she was the only one in the pharmacy working by herself, but that is not the customers fault. Half of your customers is sick and in pain, she showed no compassion with her rudeness. She was not sorry and she does not care about her job at all. She should not work in a pharmacy if it’s too much for her. She needs to be retrained immediately

Disrespectful cashier and manager. The cashier act like she is not getting paid enough to do her job. The manager is a young female with a unpleasant attitude and facial expressions. They’re very impatient and hostile. Don’t plan on returning back there.

Terrible customer service, was doing a doordash order around closing time & card wasn’t working (card works everywhere else) and they couldn’t wait 5-10 mins to let me try card again and just closed registers and store in front of my face and put items back while I was clearly waiting for the card to work.

I will never set foot in a Walgreens pharmacy again.They lied to me and we're hostile when I called them on it.I needed a refill a few days early, because we're going on vacation. I spoke with the pharmacist in person, was assured it would be no problem when I showed up to pick up not only did they refuse to fill it, but offered zero help to resolve.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, and it's in a really scuzzy neighborhood, so the clientele while you ALWAYS have to wait, is shady to say the least. I live on Singer iSland with no car, so I have to Uber there once a month to pickup 4 scripts. Two months in a row I got emails saying my scripts were ready only to get there and they were never processed and have to wait. Fine. But the first time I waited an hour and a half before leaving only to have to come back the next day because they are so slow & do not care.Today, after once again receiving emails that the scripts were ready, I arrive to be told 2 of them are too soon to be filled and they turned me away. I explained I received the email notification 4 days prior, and with no compassion for my situation, they told me there's nothing they can do.Yes there IS something they can do! They CAN be more accurate with their notifications, and if one goes out, call the patron and left them know it was an error. But that would take care & concern. They CAN be empathetic and apologize, but they all have dead shark eyes and do not care. They are ALL uncaring, going through the motions, and VERY FREAKING SLOW.Last time I waited so long I saw a heroin addict come in asking for syringes. She was filthy and her arms were ripped up and had open sores. If that is what you want to see when you inevitably will have to wait for your scripts, this is the place for you! Otherwise, if you dont want to get depressed waiting in this Walgreens that is a trash hole, find somewhere cleaner in a better area where the workers actually care.

Terrible pharmacy staff! I dropped off my prescription at noon came to pick it up at 530pm. Waited about 15 min in drive thru before being acknowledged only to find out my prescription was never entered and the bottle I dropped off had been thrown away. They had no knowledge of my prescription and the tech had the audacity to give me a nasty attitude, when the pharmacist came out she was apologetic and informed me there had been a change of shift at some point after I dropped off my prescription. NOT AN EXCUSE! So change of shift means toss all pending requests? Ridiculous... terrible experience.

All you have to do is let them know inside that people are asking for money outside and they run them off. Most of the staff is very good but like anywhere you have your slackers. I've been going to this Walgreens for years and have never had a problem. Sometimes you have to wait for your prescriptions because it is a VERY BUSY place. They serve alot of people. Be patient, they really do care about the customers they are overwhelmed with how many customers compared too staff. I do agree they need MORE HELP IN THE PHARMACY!!! All in all it is one of the better Walgreens around. The 45th Street store is horrible, they won't be busy at all and you'll be sitting there waiting forever. Till they get done on their cell phones or whatever it is they are doing.

I attempted to phone in a prescription to this pharmacy earlier today and was on hold for over 15 minutes...no one ever answered; this is a business model that will fail VERY quickly if all physicians are unable to reach a pharmacist or pharmacy tech in a timely fashion. As I am out of my office today, I will electronically prescribe this medication tomorrow. Extremely unimpressed with the service here...

Gave the clerk a $20 for $5 total she gave me no change and told me I gave her a$5 bill when I lam 100% certain I gave her the only bill in my pocket which was a $20. Careful its shady outside but the employees rob u once ur in. The manager came counted draw twice and agreed with his clerk. Thief's!!!

Dana jones messed up my cash transactions twice...when I alerted dan jones she responded by flicking me off with the middle finger!I alerted Aaron the store manager & he stated that he will rewind the cameras.I thanked Aaron for his compliance & am now writing this review.this was a horrible vacation experience from this particular worker

Pharmacy is an example of what a pharmacy can be. Extra care with responding to individual needs and following through. And patience with navigating our current health care insurance complications. Especially Carolyn. They go the extra mile as a provider. Thank you!

Terrible Pharmacy service. Staff were rude and very reluctant to to give me my prescription, they told me they didn’t accept foreigners ID and ended up only giving me half of my prescription. Highly recommend not going here.

Your website says that your pharmacy is open till 12 am but when you get to the location, your close. The staff there ignores you, management goes on a superiority trip. Walgreens picked that location, not me. I think they closed the wrong location.
