Please do not go here, we bought fudge and cookies. The cookies were burnt. The fudge had a layer of white mold on the top. My friend also got fudge, a different kind, and it was also covered in mold. 10/10 would NEVER RECOMMEND this place. We are on vacation, so could not come back to the store. They told us they don’t give refunds, but we could come back and get more (most likely moldy) fudge. Very disappointed in the service, and I wouldn’t have posted this if they made it right, but I just threw $10 worth of stuff away.

The service there was fantastic. Very friendly and welcoming. I got a pint of peaches and cream ice cream and it was good. My son dropped his ice cream in the park across the street and they gave him another one free. My only complaint is that it has a very small sitting area.

First, the website said 10 pm closed; we got there 9:28 and the door was already locked. The kid behind the door said they "ran out of ice cream". This was 3/27 or 28. A large group of people were also turned away. They lost a lot of business that night for wanting to close early.Went there again 3/29 and ordered a double cup of bubble gum ice cream. Looked all through it and not 1 piece of Bubble gum! I told the youth forget it just give me 1 scoop mint chip, and she would not refund the $2.00 difference. The ice cream was lousy. I was warned, but went anyway. Won't be back but would love to open an ice cream place that's good at this location. P.s. wanted to take my $2.25 tip out of the jar but didn't. I figure they won't be in business too long with that attitude, poor product, and policies.Forgot to mention it's turned into a flea market, too, with junk all over the place.

The young man that waited on my sons and me was extremely kind. He greeted us with a big smile as soon we walked in. In an age where customer service is nearly nonexistent, every time I have been to Sweet Treats it has been exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend.

If I could rate a ZERO I would. We walked from our resort to get ice cream. Arrived at 915PM to the doors locked and employees mopping the floor. Asked thru the door why closed when website says OPEN until 10PM. He said sorry we closed early. So we went to Castaways Sports Bar and Grill. They were open and had good flavors and had NO PROBLEM taking our business of of 7 people.

Sweet treats ice cream shop was wonderful! The service was amazing and the workers were so friendly. They were helpful and made our ice cream experience even better. The area is also cute and has a nice view. The ice cream was also delicious! I highly recommend this shop, so definitely check it out!

Very good walnut ice cream! Just 1 scoop was huge for us. Price was reasonable. In fact it is cheaper than other ice cream stores. Everyone was nice in there. Thank you for being so close to the beach.

Ice cream pretty basic, but the 5 stars is for the service. The two girls working on Monday night were outstanding. And the one was so patient with my son’s egg and nut allergy, she doesn’t know how much that’s appreciated.

The ice cream shop is in a great location near the beach, and has the classic appeal.The ice cream is average in taste.The cake cone was bad.The place was clean.The seating is limited, but adequate at the times I visited.The staff was average friendliness, which is worse than it should be.

I went in today for some butter pecan ice cream and it was horrible. It tasted very old and gritty. It also had big chunks of ice in it. Because I was in my car driving to a meeting I decided to call. The young girl I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant but dry. She said everyone usually likes there butter pecan ice cream and she would let the manager know. I guess this was a bad batch or something. She said she had just opened that batch up. Nasty

Went in tonight and ordered 3 small orders of ice cream ($3.99x3 = $11.97), 2 of which had a cone ($1 each... $11.97+$2 = $13.97 with 8.25% sales tax would be $15.12). Ordered, received ice cream, got to the register and was told they were only accepting cash because the internet was down. The young man said my order was $14 (I guess not including taxes) but I did not have cash and said I could pay in a moment... I just had to wait for someone to come with cash which I was told was fine. This was not made clear to us beforehand even though the woman (who I believe is the manager) got upset at me and said she told everybody. I waited about 25 minutes until a family member could arrive with cash, and while I was waiting I saw that now the woman was actually announcing to each person that arrived that they are only accepting cash which she did not do with us. I got cash, and the woman then told me my total was $21.35 which is not right at all even with sales tax. I asked why and she just said “I don’t make the prices.” I told her that was not right and she got frustrated with me. I said my total should just be $14 plus tax, which she responded with $21.35... which calculates to about a 50% sales tax! I said that could not be right, and she basically just said fine, whatever, just give me $14. Overall, the ice cream may be delicious, but the service was horrible and disrespectful.

I ask for a sample, the owner said they don’t do samples. Ok sweet so give me a banana whatever it’s called milkshake. The owner said you can only get chocolate vanilla or strawberry milkshakes. I ask why and the explanation was because I said so. The menu says shake in any flavor but they won’t serve it. No actual explanation as to why. So I decided f the ice cream I will try the fudge. It is measured as a square. I ask how big or what the weight is or how they measure and was told “oh we just cut a square and it’s $8.50. No actual size just however big they want the square to be. I have no clue how this place is even open. Terrible business practices and the owner seems to be a super control psycho.

The girl working the counter is Top notch make sure to tip well. The quality of ice cream is sub par not even at Baskin Robbins quality but it's on the island so that's a huge plus. Tables for sitting both in and out. The restroom says out of service??

Ice cream was not good. Had almost crystallized consistency and was not creamy, also had a very fake non-authentic flavor. It took 20 minutes maybe longer to get a strawberry and Nutella crepe and the crepe itself was burnt. Poor customer service as well. Just overall unfortunately disappointing especially since it’s such a great location.

Cute, small ice cream shop with about 16 flavors from classic to sweet. We came here on two occasions and ordered mint chocolate chip (good), coconut (good), brownie fudge nut (great), and the cappuccino (wouldn’t reorder). I suggest coming here for a sweet treat!

It was a very clean shop and they went out of there way to wash the utensils for me to assist with my food allergy. Everything looked so delcious it was hard to choose! I settled on the blueberry cheescake single scoop in a waffle cone with m and m topping. It was to die for!

It's okay cute little place in the strip mall. There was one young guy working. The place was clean but the young man was very neither unpleasant or pleasant. It was just me and my son, and for a tourist area you would think you would get friendly staff, a smile or something. Not sure I would go back.

My wife and I went for a bicycle ride and decided to stop for a couple of banana splits. Oops, we didn't bring our masks. At the door I told the two people at the counter that we forgot our masks but could we order from the door and they deliver to us outside. The young lady said no. I asked if someone could come outside to take our order and we pick up curbside. NO. I politely said I realize this is your job and I'm not upset with them but please explain to the owner what happened and that we locals will not be coming back ever again. The young man began to argue with me saying it's the law.... I walked away as he continued arguing with me.....The owner lost business but those two employees are still on the clock earning a paycheck.

Nice little shop. Great spot on Rivera Beach. However they need to hire more help. You can't run a store with only one person no mater how good or fast you are. When you rush, mistakes are made and customers are not always very patient or understanding.
