This is the store for you if you like to hear cashiers use profanity and throw around the Lord’s name left and right. I expected it to be a mess because all FD stores are but that’s just unacceptable.

I visited this store on 08-04-2018 for the first time. There was a young Hispanic man working so hard. That wasn't the problem. The problem was the young African American lady that was at the register. From the time I walked up to the register, she had a guest talking personal business, at the same time all she talked about was using the bathroom. As I'm walking up to the register she has her phone out watching videos on Facebook that was cursing and talking bad things. Shame on the manager on duty for accepting this. I've been a retail manager over 28 years and have never accepted my employees to be so rude and unprofessional. This young lady needs to learn or maybe not seeing that the company would accept such a thing.

THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!!Between the the potholes in the parking lot and the massive amounts of clutter in the aisles, someone is going to get hurt.Let’s not get started on the lack of customer service, a simple greeting would be appreciated! They speak to Who they want. I was on line and the customer in front of me complimented the cashier on her hair and that is the only reason the cashier said anything. Once it was my turn she was right back to looking like someone took a #%*+ in her cereal.What happened to basic customer service skills??? Why don’t people care about their jobs anymore???

Big selection of stuff wanted/needed. Not too much on variety of similar products. All employees working on tasks left them unapproachable and no greetings. But ues it was ok.

This store reminds me of a Dollar Tree plus Wal-Mart. Huge selection from cheap generic items to great-priced name brands. No need to go to a very busy Wal-Mart or grocery store when they have EVERYTHING here! Always quick and convenient.

I was here waiting on the store to open at 7am when I get to the door its close. When I look inside there was a lady inside I ask her what u open she look at me when turn around so I got in my car and she came out and went in her car and left. The people that work here are very rude and I will never come here again and NO ! I don't recommend any one this the family dollar

They are never open on time they are suppose to be open at 7am and the workers open it at 8am on their own time, while people are outside waiting and coming and going.I call but no one answers the phone. This is suppose to be a BUSINESS I recommend go to ANY other place beside this one.

I went to pick up a small item on June/16/2017 at 9:30pm and they would not allow me into the store. They said that they were closed and I told them that their business hours on the door state 10:00pm and that they had another 30 minutes. I was ignored and refused entry to the store. I will also be emailing cooperate and writing a Yelp review.

That Family Dollar is one of the nastiest Family Dollars up everything in the aisles are cluttered the floors dirty the bathroom is filthy and the people that work there are not friendly that including the manager Tina

This store is extremely junkie & dirty. You cannot walk down all of the aisles. Up side, friendly cashier but line tends to be long.

Family Dollar love shopping there sometime the one in Rivera Beach off of Congress Avenue is very dirty very the manager always on the phone when she checking you out very rude they need to clean up the store and the parking lot it is very filthy..

Aisles always filled with stock items. Only one register be open. Line be down the isle.
