I’ve never had a problem till today! I came in the store on Thanksgiving to grab s few things. No issues when i was shopping. I go to check out and they charge me for a bag of chips, i thought it was an error so i said hey you charged me extra not thinking nothing of it cause people make mistakes. They flat out accused me of stealing a bag of bugles and eating it in the store! With no proof what so ever. I was highly upset because i don’t steal and i can afford a dollar product. I told the manager show me your proof of me stealing! She couldn’t find anything and refused to look at the camera she said she saw me do and said i must of starched the bag somewhere. i was in the store no longer than 10 min in the phone just looking at things i might need. The only chips i had were the ones i bought. She tried giving me another bag causei was mad but i wanted my money back then she said was wasn’t allowed in the store again and i did nothing wrong. I will be contacting the district manager about this I’ve never been so insulted and angry in my life on Thanksgiving no less

The manager Debra was very rude to cashier on duty in front of customers. She was mad talking loud because another cashier wanted to watch her count his drawer. She was arguing and talking loud to the cashier from the office door that just came on duty. Because the cashier drawer she went to count said he wanted to watch her count his drawer. She thought the cashier that just came on duty said something about the situation, but he didn’t . Then cashier on duty was calling for help because the line was long. While the customer at the register said she promised me cash back to. The cashier just got on duty told the customer he didn’t have enough. Debra yelled and said “You could rang all you want to they just going to have to wait”! In a rude tone of voice! Yes all the customers heard her being rude! Whatever she is going through she shouldn’t being her problems to work! She has been rude on several occasions. Since she have been working at the store.Even the customer that wanted the cash back said “She so rude”! If had to score Debra on a scale from 0-10, it will be a 0. I never seen a manager so rude!!! I shop at numerous of Dollar Tree stores all the time and never experienced this!

This DT is much bigger than some others. And was much more organized and appeared less cluttered and dirty than others. Got a lot of Christmas gifts for the pets and decor for home and work. Will come back to this store. Just north of Blue Blvd.

Your employee David needs to be re trained or let go. He is rude and from my point racist. His demeanor is unapproachable and comments are insensitive.. what happened was I was on the telephone when I made my purchase an exchange at the cash register, no normally I like to address a cashier, but this time, because I was on the phone with a relative who has suffered two strokes I did not do so. Recognizing that I had not done so after leaving the store, I turned around we entered the store and apologized for not speaking, and being on the phone. At this time I said hey David, I do apologize I was on the phone and right from the cash register. His response was no you don’t you’re not sorry. It was then that I guess the manager came out and I told her I would like him written up and also report it to management for his insensitive, demeaning and non-customer oriented comments. Dollar tree you can do better. There are a lot more people looking for work, especially in a predominantly black neighborhood.

Ayyye I really enjoy coming to this particular dollar tree for many reasons, Such as the store closer to my home, you guys always have a large variety of products I can’t seem to find when need be at other dollar tree. As well there’s a few friendly staff that does greet and will engage inConversation with you, I don’t know here name but she works in back of the storeStocking she is very helpful as well makes suggestions to my Children and grandkids when they are with me. And there one gentleman at the register he’s friendly interact with my children schooling I really like that as well, someOf the other staff rude , don’t speak nor greet always on their phones or headphones in their ear. U ask them a question they say I don’t know or we don’t have it. But the lady in the back will go and look or bring u that actual item. So now we go on days that those two workers work. It’s bad at night u can arrive at 7:50 p.m. doors already locked and you’re being ignored. What’s up with that . Please train employers on being polite, and engaging with customers as the older guy does and the beautiful soul lady in the back does. It comes a time when an employee there for a check and when their there to make a difference.

This location is already on a bad start. I was not greeted or welcomed as I walked in the store by the manager Xymina. She greeted every black person or family but didn't say anything to myself or any white person or family that walked in the store. She kept giving me & other customers that are white a dirty look up & down at us. She also didn't thank us for our purchase before we left the store after she rung us up but I seen that it was the complete opposite when she rung up anybody that's black. I really think it's racist & I don't know where you guys hire these people off the street that have bad customer service. People like herself shouldn't be working for Dollar Tree anymore or any other store where they have to interact with customers. I been to other stores & I was greeted & thanked for my purchase nicely. This store didn't meet my expectations.

Horrible. Manager out of uniform, using profanity and issuing threats while having a friend shoplift at the same time. Unbelievable, I have never witnessed this type of behavior in a store

This is my go to dollar store. Not going anymore. Extremely long lines. And then, when you get to the top of the line, they shut their light off and tell you to wait and the other line. I’m all set. The older man has an attitude on the register.

Not sure who’s idea it was to hire the older vampire like gentleman. But I do not come here to hear “jokes”. And joking about someone not having money or being broke while retrieving their wallet isn’t funny. Apparently we “should’ve appreciated his sense of humor” about his little jokey joke. I walked out and didn’t pay for anything. Never again Dollar Twenty Five tree.

false representation I UntrainedNo signs for return policies. The only return policy they got is on a receipt. Even though you ask them what is their return policies. They say you can bring it back and get your money back. Lies in deceit.

Found what I was looking for. Asked to use the bathroom and was told it was not working and hasn't worked in 2 months and employees have to go to near by store to use restrooms
