I went there on 12/31 the manager that was working the evening shift was very very rude I been coming to this store for a couple years and never experienced the customer service I received yesterday he is new to this store and has a nasty attitude

I shop there 4 to 5 times a week it's clean the staff is kind and helpful and I'm glad we have a wonderful new manager, she's good to all, the customers, staff and the homeless in our community 😀

Will never set foot in this store again. I have seen an employees cuss out and get in screaming matches with other costumers in different occasions until today it happened to me. This is the manager of the store. Worst costumer experience I have ever had. Manager should not have this job, she does not know how to talk to costumers, she is disrespectful and vulgar.

The person who was checking the items at the checkout treated me poorly, all because of a broom without a code since I had lost the label and I only said that I was going to take a photo of the label on the shelf.

This manager is the worst! Needs to be fired! Talks very nasty to customers and staff! Store is very unsanitary inside and outside! Doors and windows at the entrance and greasy and dirty! Floor is very dirty and unsanitary! And they sell food! The frozen food section is extremely unsanitary! I will not shop in the store again until it is thoroughly cleaned!

Good deals but read sale signs closely as item may be for their own generic brand or may require purchase of an amount like $10 in products similar. Branded. Staff okay for Lake Park but I felt a bit awkward as not a local there. Good deals to be found of certain products but NOT a true Dollar store as in Greedbacks or, 99 cent only chain. Store fill with g so many boxes and carts used to stock items in that I couldn't reach many products.I won't go again but seems like locals were recognized and enjoy it.

I always love the deals. My experience depends on the time and day. There are peak hours like most businesses but the deals are definitely worth it. Way cheaper than family dollar.

Staff was extremely rude and cussing because of customers coming into the store with no mask. There are no signs posted stating that masks have to be worn. Michelle, the cashier, was complaining the whole time we were checking out. Another employee was playing extremely graphic music while stocking shelves. Disappointed in this because I love shopping at Dollar General but will not be returning to this particular one.

I give this store 5 stars because of the cashier on duty around 3:30 p.m. on November 1st. While the store was busy and check out had a long line, the cashier was amazing. At first I was upset that a guy cut in front of me in the line. As I was about to say something, I noticed he was in pain. He had thrown up on himself & was trying to buy some pain meds (that he couldn't open after purchasing). Although the cashier kept talking about her long line, she took time to open the bottle for him. He was able to take medicine. My sisters and other people in line noticed the compassion the cashier had for the gentleman. If I could find my receipt I would have completed the DG survey to report a kind act from an employee.

Why is an employee's child who is under the age of 16 in the store everyday begging for money, moving shopping carts, using foul language and wandering and loitering around the store? Why do the new employees use nasty language at the register in front of customers? Not only has this place went down the tubes as far as quality employees and Management but there's too many people loitering in the store that have no business being there. I'm quite upset considering I use DG nearly every day from milk, cleaning supplies, etc. Looks like I'll be telling everyone to go back to FAMILY DOLLAR.

The hours of business start at 8am I go to the store at 8:05 and the owner says he is not open for another 30mins! Yet he he took one customer in and said no to me, he said he had no cashiers there but he rung up some bread for a customer. This is false advertising, wasted my time. Going to family dollar they open on time!

This Particular Dollar General was built and modified in a unique way. It was built in 2017.The entrance is no touch opening and once inside, the experience is great. The service is great, also.

My first time ever going in this store with my kids and was accused of stealing.She ask to see my purse found nothing my kids don't have nothing on them.We don't steal I raise my kids right they have everything they need plus more.

OUTSIDE IS HORRIBLE THEY GOT BUMBS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE STORE ASKING FOR MONEY THEY THROW TRASH EVERYWHERE THE GIRLS BE SCHEMING AND THE BOYS LET ANYONE COME IN AND STEAL THEY HAVE ONE IN THE STORE WATCHING YOU WHILE THE OTHER PERSON BE OUTSIDE LOOKING IN YOUR CAR IT TAKE FOREVER TO GET OUT OF THERE BECOUSE THERE EITHER FLIRTING OR EATING OR ON THE PHONE, LOUD ,RUDE , TALK TO ANYBODY IN THE STORE NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO THE STORE NOT PUTTING IT A PRIORITY FIRST NEW STAFF PLEASE . THEN NOT TO MENTION ONE OF THE GIRLS GOT A FAKE BILL KNEW WHO THE PERSON WAS AND DID NOT CALL HER BOSS SHE JUST WAS TALKING TO ANYONE WHO WHOULD LISTEN I WAS STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY SHE DID NOT CALL THE BOSS THAT GAVE ME A HEADS UP THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED OH LAST BUT NO LEAST DONT LEAVE ANYTHING YOU PURCHASE IN THE STORE CAUSE THEY WILL TAKE IT HOME AND ALWAYS WATCH YOUR CAR. This place has the worst customer service my 75 year old mother and myself went here .She needed to use the bathroom and was told she could not use it due to people stealing..Need less to say I told the store employees to open the bathroom before the have a accident to clean up ..after my came out of the bathroom the manager told her next time if she needs to go to do it at home ... This store needs to stop this kind of treatment to customer ..
