Interesting location middle of a parking open later so that's nice they do mixesThe main problem I have is the one of our guests had a pink lemonade that tastes like burnt cotton candy coffee maybe and she just wanted like a replacement or something else and they're like oh you have to buy a new one and she just took one sip.The waffle taco was reported as being pretty good you happy with your waffle taco? Pretty good all right.

I been wanting to go to this place for months and when finally I can go.this store tonight, my emotion went from 100 to 0. Went to buy a cone with hard chocolate on top, but instead I got a cone dumped in a cup and the answer of the server when questioned that is not what I order was: I’m by myself that’s all I can do. His actitud was not right at all. I do not recommend this place to go.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience when I came. Leah was very rude and had bad customer service. She was rushing me to complete my order and seemed annoyed when I mixed up the name of the twirl products since I could not see the sign.Understandably, they were short staffed but that is no excuse for poor customer service. They refused to do a dipped cone because they were short staffed.This was my first and last time visiting this location.

I came here and went through the drive through about an hour ago and I must say the young lady jaylonnie and her co worker treated me with amazing customer service!! She made sure I had napkins and utensils for my ice cream! They’re so lucky to have some one up there with amazing customer service to keep the customers coming back! I will definitely be visiting again!!

came early in the morning yesterday, but some girl with blonde hair was EXTREMELY rude, and disrespectful. i came in, trying to get some ice cream for me and my kids, and the blonde lady kept rushing me and when i came to the window my ice cream was melting so i asked for a remake and she slammed the window extremely hard, then gave it to me with an unneeded attitude. extremely unprofessional!!! so disappointed.

Great ice cream my kids loves this place. But overall I paid 23 dollars for a kiddie cone, small cone, and waffle cone and a sundae I don't know what the prices are for these ice cream. But I didn't get my sundae after waiting and watching everyone else gwt there meal I ask a young lady she said it wasn't on my ticket for paying for it. And I need to pay. So now I'm hot and yes over an ice cream because it was only 4 orders.

Who doesn't like ice cream??!! This is a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth. Young and old will love it! Get your favorite soft serve ice cream and put a smile on your face! The staff always greets me with a smile!Parking: Plenty of parking is available if you do not want to go through the drive-thru.Kid-friendliness: Kids will love it here. We came 23 minutes before closing, so we were warned of a lack of functioning machines. We proceeded to order soft serve ice cream cones but were up charged (for the flavor?). Then we received our ice cream in a cup and had to ask for a cone. We went to try our dessert- it was inedible. Drenched in artificial flavoring and tasted toxic. We would’ve turned around but there was a line forming. Poor, unfortunate souls. Drove to Culver’s instead.

I went here in the drive thru with my mom yesterday, and the person who was serving me was incredibly rude, and had a really bad attitude. She was very dismissive, and essentially told my mom to hurry up when we were ordering. When I pulled up to window, my mom paid and she handed us our food and then proceeded to shut the window without saying anything. Incredibly unprofessional and very very unlikeable, she had blonde hair and wearing a bright shirt.

They should improve their costumer services. We went yesterday with my family and we were standing waiting while the girl were sitting down just scrolling at their phones that’s really rude and disrespectful. Not planing on coming back ever again!!!!

Don’t pay for the large here. Both of my pictures are for the large cone and large sundae. Service sucked and the guy didn’t say hello nor thanks or anything. Handed card back while not looking and then shut the window. This location went downhill fast.

This was our first visit to a Twistee Treat. The servings were VERY generous! We got small twirls (their version of a Blizzard or McFlurry) and they were too big to eat for one person. The twirls were well blended with a nice ratio of ice cream to candy in every bite. The ice cream is very smooth and not overly rich. My husband thought is was frozen custard but the signs said ice cream.They definitely have peak times. We went at 7:00 on Sunday and the line was about 6 deep at the walk up window and ten deep in the drive through. Even though the line was longer the staff was very efficient and we only waited about 5 minutes for our ice cream.We will try this again in the future keeping in mind the portion size.

This place is at very good location, atmosphere is good to spend sometime with family.Problem is with attitude of employees, price and ice cream itself.Paid $12 for 3 kiddies, It should be fine, if you are ordering plain vanilla ice cream, any other flavor is total garbage , filled with chemical, artificial taste and specially color. One of the so called premium flavor on their menu is pistachio , I could see green color partials making strong green line on ice cream of cone made me feel like i am in chemistry class eating lot of green stuff 🤮. Had to throw it, when I complaints about it, I was told all ice creams are like this, i agree with that guys this place do have all the ice-cream filled with Chemicals and Color.

We had a fun family time getting and eating ice cream here. It is so so good and there's many choices for the whole fam!! We will definitely be returning.Kid-friendliness: The kids love coming here for a special treat. So many choices that can suit a van loaf of kids. :)

I went through the drive thru on Thursday and this very rude blonde girl average height took my order and she just seemed to be so agitated with me. As a mom myself, that girl needs to learn some manners. Friday this very kind young man named Pablo made up for my previous experience. He was very helpful and patient. I just would like to applaud his mama for raising such a great young man!

Very cutely place with super amazing treats. There is an outside sitting in the front as well as drive thru. The person who took our order was in training but was very nice. Hid manager was close by to answer any confusion. Ice cream order was made when ordered so no presale ice creams. Bathrooms are located outside

There were a lot of options to choose from! I thought it was really tasty. The only feedback I have is the cleanliness outside could be kept up better and a bathroom was out of order. Seemed like there were a lot of people working, maybe get an employee to check up on the outside and bathroom cleanliness every hour on the hour and get in a routine of it. Other than that, I thought the ice cream was great, the employees were happy and nice and the location is good.UPDATE: 9/1/18Came here tonight and was greeted with a disgusting fowl odor the whole time... is it the bathroom that’s still out of order? SO BAD- made me question even eating here. There was a kid outside cleaning up which is an improvement from last time. Seemed like there were too many people working there. I type this bc There was an employee chatting with some really rude teenagers outside of one of the windows distracting the guy taking our order. They weren’t even there to buy anything they were just there to chat with friends as they had arrived at the same time as us. They were cussing and saying the F word many times while children were around. I would suggest employees not have their rude friends hang around. And please fix that awful smell.

I came to get ice cream at twistee after a long time of not coming and I was handled with so much care from Jalonie and another coworker they gave me napkins and made sure my order was made correctly 10/10 will be coming back!
