Had a young man assist me over the phone, hunted down the tire I needed and held it at the front for me. Out of all the business in that area this store was the only place that had the trailer tire I desperately needed. Thanks guys for saving my family camping trip!

Love the employees. the product is a hit and miss.For sure, don't order enough to get through the week of Rabit,Pig, and Chicken food, egg cartons, Garden Grains..After reading the response to a lot of reviews, all Tractor Supply is saying is "Thanks for the review," no solutions, no apologies, no accountability... I think I just might start driving to another TS where they do have a manager who knows what the community is needing and actively tried to solve issues, not just say "thanks or Sorry"Plant City and Bartow are far better than Big Bend in having products that are bought week after week after week..Big Bend TS, the feed for rabbits, the purple bag Rabbit Hutch, they order like 3 to 5 bags.. and by Monday they are gone. What does that tell you?Garden Gains have not been in stock for months now, but can find elsewhere WHY?PIG.. 2 OR 3 BAGS... really.. sow and feed is the main food and there is hardly none there by Wednesday..or broken tapped bags that are left..which they sell at the same price no discount..really?Chicken feed.. same as the above.. getting to the point where I don't want to go to this store anymore.Hardly ever any egg cartons.Very disappointed in the responses...I also agree with the guy and buying the baby chicks.. I've had the issue too, but I hatch my own now and don't buy from anywhere

Went to this location to purchase a trailer after many issues with renting from Uhaul. Nichole was amazing in that she let us bring our bike and test it out on the trailer (to make sure it fit) before purchasing. Once it worked, she helped with the selection of 2 spare tires and provided a quick and easy check out process. Couldn't have happier with this shopping experience (great customer service) and will definitely return in the future.

It has been years since I've been to a farming type store. I used to go to a store called Quality Farm & Fleet when I was younger. Now that there is a local Tractor Supply Company near by I can get big bags of wild bird food on the inexpensive side.This store has a little bit of everything from feed for your horses, a do it yourself dog bath, gun safes, and many different types of ducklings & chicks to choose from.If you are doing yard work or even want some candy this is the place to shop.

Title: Disappointed with Tractor Supply Company’s Misleading Poultry Sale (Big Bend)I recently had a rather frustrating experience with Tractor Supply Company when I purchased what I thought were hens, only to discover that they were actually roosters. This misleading sale left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the company’s practices.First and foremost, when I went to the store, I specifically asked the employees for hens. I provided them with the purpose of my purchase and emphasized that I needed female chickens for egg-laying. Unfortunately, it seems that either the employees were misinformed or the company knowingly sold me roosters instead.Upon realizing the mistake, I immediately contacted Tractor Supply Company’s customer service to express my concern. However, I was met with little sympathy or assistance. The Manager Justine I spoke to seemed disinterested and offered no solution or compensation for the inconvenience caused she clearly don’t need to be working in customer relations. This lack of accountability and customer care was deeply disappointing.Furthermore, the misrepresentation of the poultry sale raises questions about the company’s integrity. Tractor Supply Company should prioritize accurate labeling and ensure that customers are provided with the correct information about the animals they are purchasing. Selling roosters instead of hens not only wastes the customer’s time and money but also shows a disregard for their needs and expectations.In addition to the frustration of ending up with roosters instead of hens, I now have to deal with the challenges that come with owning male chickens. Roosters can be noisy, aggressive, and will require separate housing arrangements due to the fact my HOA doesn’t allow them. This unexpected burden could have been avoided if Tractor Supply Company had been more diligent in their sales practices.Overall, my experience with Tractor Supply Company’s misleading sale of roosters instead of hens was deeply unsatisfactory. The lack of transparency, unhelpful customer service, and the inconvenience caused have left me with a negative impression of the company. I would caution others to be wary when purchasing poultry from Tractor Supply Company and to double-check the accuracy of their purchases to avoid similar disappointments.

Management doesn’t have any standard operating Procedures, or they choose not to follow them. Thought tractor supply was the working man store, but don’t bother. There’s no integrity with the leadership here. would rather shovel dirt in the Middle East again then step back foot in this discriminatory establishment.

Standardized like the other stores of this chain; you can expect to find the same items in the same place as their other stores. This is a good thing, not bad. The location of this store is great for people in southeast Tampa and nearby suburbs, as it eliminates a longer drive to Plant City. So far, staff have been good.

Another great store in our Riverview area, I needed a set of 50 inch cutting blades for my Toro lawn tractor and went to four different stores and they did not have it, came over to Tractor Supply Big Bend and not only did I find my blades, but all the tune up parts needed.

Loke coming here for gardening tools and pet supplies. I love walking around looking at other items they sell and the adorable little chicks. Customer service has always been good and they always have what we are looking for.

Chicks, whatever hatchery supplies you be sure they're vaccinating for Mareks disease, I had 50% I purchased in July die in the worst possible way losing all motor function, now I have to wait and see if the rest of my very healthy flock is infected as it's very contagious, also there were males mixed in the "female only" batch, I purchased here thinking a large chain would have better quality control, I have never had a worse experience raising chickens in 17 years, will never purchase from TSCo again.-One of the chickens I nursed four weeks trying to save it.

1) the dog wash has been out of order for 3 months now2) I owned 4 dogs, tractor supply is down the street from where I reside. We buy all our dog food there and Ofcourse other supplies. We tried to support our surrounding businesses. In all these years I have never return anything nor like the hassle to do so. I came to Store 2334 riverview fl on 7/24/23 at 8:30 pm to buy a specific puppy dog food. After being ignored by a passing employee, I walked to the register and a gentleman employee was there, I asked if your store carries the pro PUPPY Purina in salmon, the employee walked me over the dog food section and he said the store doesn’t carry it, but he suggested for me to buy pro plan Purina for ALL AGES, I explained to him that my puppy is very allergic and it needed to be pro plan puppy Purina salmon specifically, the employee said since the 1 left bag of dog food said “Purina ALL AGES salmon and other ingredients” it will work for my puppy unless I wanted to buy a different brand, I explained that I rather buy all my dog food same brand and all in one store. So I decided to get it. As I finished paying I asked the cashier since that was not the specific food I was looking for, in case my puppy broke out on an allergic reaction due to the food, how long do I have to return it? The cashier explained that they do not do any type of returns on open dog food. What?! I am getting a bag of puppy food 33lbs for $69.99 + tax total $75.24 soo if my puppy breaks out in hives after few days, or the first week, I can not return it ?!! She said no the store would not loose money on open bag of dog food cause they can not resale it, therefore no returns if dog food is open.I returned the dog food I just purchased instantaneously. I will order all my dog food from amazon or petco. I have never return anything and I wasn’t planning to return it unless my dog broke out in hives. I’m not loosing $75.24 neither. I will order all my dog food and dog supplies from Amazon, and there it is, this is how business loose sales and customers. THERE IS NO SATISFACTION OR GUARANTEE ON DOG FOOD IF BAG IS OPENED.

Today I went into Tractor Supply to buy PVC hose, as soon as I walked through the door I greeted by an older lady. I'm assuming she was the supervisor or some kind of lead. I just wanted to let you know that you all carry PVC "HOSE" just to enlighten you on your store. You also have PVC pipe too...educate yourself on T.S. inventory please. The cashier was Debra so she could tell you the supervisor name.

1st time shopping there. We were Looking for outdoor patio heater. I actually love the store's concept. Didn't purchase anything because the box on the last heater was damaged badly from what looks like water/shipping. We weren't sure if product had sustained any damage.

Dog Wash seems to either be out of order or not well maintained. It is one of the reasons I started shopping at TSC. Would not take much effort to maintain it.

We went to tractor supply to get a large order of cattle panels and posts (50 plus). We kindly asked one of the associates if we could price match and the guy walked away and didn’t want to help. We left and got a much better deal at rural king. Being a customer for over a decade, it was sad to get poor treatment at a store we loved.

1 Star due to customer service! Employee Megan who at the time was running a register and had no customers to wait on. I asked where the pressure washers were located. She immediately informed me that they don’t have any upon looking anyway, I found the pressure washers went to check out through her line and she said “oh” tempting to pay for the item with cash. She told me she didn’t have change and couldn’t sell me the item luckily the nice person behind me was able to break my hundred So tractor supply company didn’t lose a $400 sale. Then to add insult to injury I gave her $20 too much and she tried to set it on the side of the register until I asked for it back. Cameras should be reviewed. I almost never share an experience, but I was blown away by how much care and dedication these people have for their customers.I called this morning and was helped by Dustin in locating a chicken coop and once my husband came to pick it up Doug and Dylan were there to help. Incredible experience. What an amazing group of dedicated people !!Our chicken coop looks so cool, it's sturdy, and our chickens couldn't be happier 😊

Quentin is by far the most unprofessional, lack of manners, disrespectful staff member I have ever interacted with at any store. Absolutely disgusting to have that person as a store front sales associate. Should not be interacting with customers at all. Definitely needs coaching and training on how to be a decent human being.

I bring my dog for the low cost Pet VIP vaccinations. I do have locations closer but the dates on the calendar always work for me here.The staff is friendly, was greeted by two employees . Not sure about a previous review about rude staff because I've never had an issue at this location. And people need to stop leaving negative reviews in regards to mask wearing. Stay home, get vaccinated , get curbside or order online for delivery. Don't ruin a business reputation because your scared to be out after over a year..This is a great store

The Assistant Manager Katie is always more than helpful when I go into the Riverview store. I enjoy shopping there with my dogs. They love the environment and now due to the social distancing, this is the only outing they get. It’s a great store to shop for all your dogs needs.

For the last 3 Sundays between 4-6 I have been taking my dog for a wash. We have waited over an hour all 3 weeks. Please put a time limit when people are waiting. 11/14/2021 my poor pup had no hot/warm water. I have also had to ask for towels.

Jerry the store manager actually wanted to fight me, Jerry the store manager is the most unprofessional manager I have ever run across. A simple transaction almost ended in a fight because he does not possess the customer skills that it takes to be a true store manager. This poor excuse of a so called manager immediately after approaching me didn’t say “ hi , how can I assist you, he just got aggressive and the only word out of his mouth was NO!!! So I ended up asking him for corporates number and when I did he got really hostile and walked really close up to my face as if he was going to hit me, just look at the store video, this took place Monday July 18th, 2022 at around 1:30pm. He is a huge liability risk to Tractor Supply. No manager under any circumstance and completely avoidable, non emergency situation should confront a customer in the hostile manner that this so called manager confronted me. Again, jerry is a huge liability risk for Tractor Supply.

I went into this place to see what rabbit food they had, then left to check a few other places. Ultimately, coming back to TSC. When I went back in the food I wanted was gone so I asked a few people in the store if there was any in the back and was told no. Okay...went out to my vehicle and went online for this location, and surprisingly it's in stock and available for curb side. Hmm. I placed my order and what do you know, they must have found some in the back because 15 mins later its available for pickup. Same person that I asked brought the food out.Overall TSC isn't bad but some employees should take a minute and look rather than say no because they don't want to look.
