Great service, affordable prices, happy dog! Seriously, look how happy my baby is after I picked him up. He looks great, smells great, and his nails have a great shorter length. I wanted to find a local, small business to support and that would also treat my baby nicely and professionally. I have visited twice and each time I am very happy with the results. The staff is very friendly. I will continue bringing my baby here and letting my community know about this place.

I only take my chiweenie for a nail trim. They are fast and seem to do fine. I've been several times.

Went in for the first time today for a nail trim and ear cleaning. I got her back within minutes without her ears being cleaned. I let them know and they put her back in and I legit got her back less than 3 minutes and her ears were still not fully clean. I get that they are busy because of walk ins but at least take time to do your service right. Very disappointed.

I have been bringing my boys Jaxx and Mooch here for 2 years. Iāve had exceptional service every time! My boys have had from just nails clipped to baths to haircuts, you name it. Canāt find a cheaper place without knocking out quality!

Took both of my babies here and the experience was excellent! They smelled so good after and looked a hundred times better. I have two small Pomeranians, the price was reasonable for all the additional services they provide. I'm a new lifetime customer!

Not only are they reasonably priced and have walk in availability but the groomers are wonderful. I brought my three yr old pup in fire a nail grind and he had broken a dew claw a few days prior, they went above and beyond to help him. This in turn saved me a big vet bill and I so very much appreciate them and all they do!

It was my first time taking my baby girl to a new groomers. I was trying to find a place other than Petsmart for grooming because I've heard horror stories about Petsmart! I dropped her off, and they finished her pretty quickly. Initially everything was fine, until I noticed my baby scratching everywhere! So I started looking everywhere on her and found.... FLEAS!!!! Now, for the most part my dog stays inside and has NEVER had fleas!! I haven't needed to buy flea medication at my vet because she's never scratching. However, after taking her to this place, she now has fleas! I will never ever bring her back. I always tip extremely well because I'm in hospitality. So now I've spent more money to take her to another place to get groomed not even a week after! Keep your fur babies away from this place! My baby girl had black speckles everywhere (flea "dirt"/flea poop). Now I'm paying extra just to get this taken care of! A refund would be great, but I probably won't even get that. At this point I just want her to get some relief from the horrific service I received from this place! So ridiculous, these are our babies and for them to treat my well behaved baby girl this way just makes me incredibly livid! Stay away!!

I didnāt have an appointment and needed to have my foster dogās nails trimmed. I only had to wait a few minutes and the young man at the front made me and my dog feel comfortable. Not once did I feel like I was intruding. Her nails were trimmed nicely in just a few minutes and we were on our way! Iāll definitely be back in the future.

I've taken both of my dogs here now, on two separate occasions and both experiences were great! They text you to confirm appt and then text you when your pup is almost/ready to go. The prices aren't super expensive and the groomers did an awesome job!

My cat is very skittish but I never have a problem taking her here. I wouldn't take her anywhere else!I brought my St. Berdoodle here today. He had several mats and he has dermatitis, so I was worried about irritation. But there was none! They did a beautiful job of getting rid of the problem areas while leaving some fluffy spots. And he's so soft! ā¤ļø

I've taken multiple foster pups to see these guys and have never been disappointed. They are all very friendly, helpful, and do a great job with the pups. Their pricing is fantastic...I definitely recommend giving them a try the next time your pup needs to be cleaned up!

Love this place! Very friendly and always helping you out the best they can! My dog looks great when I pick him up plus they offer many services and products within the store. I really feel like they care for my dog on top of him being blind. To top it off they're very affordable! and often have coupons you can use as well as a point service where you can add up points for money off services or even free products! The first picture is a before and the last two are after pictures.

Such poor customer service. Antiquated website and poor booking system make it impossible to price out services or even guess how to book for multiple dogs in same time frame. So itās a guess when you turn up whether thereās time to complete what you actually need. They also donāt answer the phone ever. If I could give zero I would.

I took my 4 pound poodle there the first time for a bath and it was ok so I decided to give them another try since At checkout the guy told me he is due for a haircut next time so we did the appointment there and then . When I took him in today my dog was anxious since he just a puppy and as soon as one of the girl groomer came out she said ohh this dog wonāt stay still and donāt know let me go ask someone else now the second groomer comes out and immediately tells me ohAm sorry we wonāt be able to cut him today am afraid he wonāt stay still !!ā What give him a try the least!! Then he tells me next time give him Benadryl and bring him you can reschedule! Wow! So we rescheduled there and then get email confirmation 2 hours later I get and email that they canceled my appointment for no reason!! Never again BAD SERVICE!!!

I have been a customer of Riverview Grooming for quite a while. Both of my dogs get great haircuts and they don't hesitate to walk in, so I know they are treated well while they are there. The customer service is great, and I love the rewards program. One of my favorite things is the text reminder about getting in within 10 days to get the best deal. I can't wait to bring our newest little girl in for a pampering!

Absolutely love Riverview Grooming! Our pups are rescued from bad previous owners so they're a little skittish when in new places. Now that we've come here a few times, they Absolutely love itā¤Our boy Tucker has Demodex Mange so we have to use caution when using skin products. They smell and feel so good when we pick them up. They are excited and running around. I feel comfortable leaving my babies with them for the couple hours it takes to give them a soothing bath, facial, nails trimmed, ears cleaned and teeth brushed. The staff is amazing and love how you can choose a toy or tie for your pup after their bath! Makes it fun and they go nuts for their little ties when done! Than you Riverview Grooming for treating my babies as if they were yoursā¤

I love price transparency and online booking. Communication via text is cherry on top. I shouldāve specified more of the type of cut I wanted but they cleaned up my old lady crusty dog very well! I will return!

Twice we've taken our dog to be groomed, and twice she's been groomed wrong. They were told to leave tail and ears LONG AND THEY ARE GONE AGAIN. Had to quit using 2 other groomers here already because they don't know how to follow instructions. Guess we won't be back here either.

Took our border collie/blue heeler here for the grooming and spa package and it was $40 with tip and she was BEAUTIFUL! She smelled amazing, looked amazing, and was a very happy dog! Plus we got a free treat for doing the spa package!

Theyāre fast & friendly! Told them to cut a half of inch off and they shaved all of his hair off. Luckily, itāll take a while for his hair to grow back meaning he wonāt need a haircut for a while. However, they should implement contracts and ask more appropriate questions to cease any confusion. Iām still debating if I will returnā¦

Best groomers weāve ever used. Will use them again. Easy to book appointments on line. Friendly service and took less than 2 hours. Cut was perfect. Our dog Bella seemed to like it too.

I am very pleased with my dog haircut. Very reliable and affordable. Most places you can't get an appointment till 3 weeks out. I was able to get an appointment with Riverview Grooming the next day. We'll be returning for sure.

Edit: went to a diff groomer this morning, they said weren't surprised by this, felt Cali and said wow say no more! Go to Paradise Pet Salon.Riverview Grooming is terrible! I've never been disrespected & spoken to so poorly by a business owner, especially since I'm supposed to feel comfortable leaving my pet with them for a short period of time. We booked 2 appts online 9/14/18 for 9/21/18. FURminator at 10:30am & haircut service at 2:10pm, called to verify both bc online it says to "book a separate appt for a haircut" we did bc the FURminator doesn't include a haircut. That was fine w/us. 9/21/18 I went in at 10:30am dropped her off told the lady we have another appt at 2:10pm she said she'd try to move her appt up & let me know if she could get her in earlier. After 3pm I called to get her status, no answer, the answering service said to text w/any q's for faster response. I received a text back stating it'd be another 3-3.5 hrs after her 2:10 appt. She's been there since 10:30am why wasn't I informed when she was finished w/the 1st appt? He then called me & explained that she still hadn't even had a haircut. Went back & forth about why I wasn't called after her bath/FURminator so she could eat & not sit there ALL day, he said this has never happened before, I was wrong and it was my fault bc I booked the appts. Let me state, I wanted to know why I wasn't CONTACTED after she was done with her bath, NOT bc I was upset about having 2 appts, bc I wasn't mad about that at all. I booked those & received confirmation of BOTH appts, so yes I knew 2 appts for 2 diff services! After all this drama w/him, I looked up the appts online, they cancelled the 10:30am appt. at 10:42am! After I had dropped her off at 10:30am, but I WAS NEVER TOLD OR INFORMED! Why did they cancel it? We went there to pick her up AFTER 3pm, which I'm so glad we did, she was still damp, hadn't been brushed, which he said the 1st service was finished, that was a lie. Now it's 1hr after her haircut was SUPPOSED to start. He AGAIN said this has never happened before, it's our fault, we're just trying to get a free service! I most certainly am NOT trying to get anything free. Heck, I even tried to make him feel like he was right & said I booked 2 appts incorrectly, even though it was for 2 different services & their website instructs you to do so (see photo), but I wanted to see if his demeanor would change. I asked if that was the case, why didn't he contact me? He could open up the other slot for another customer? There's a printed list of appts at their front desk Cali was on that list twice for 2 different services. So why didn't he look over the appts previously? He wasn't understanding what happened or refused to take responsibility for the mix up, ignored what I said & again repeats himself. Btw it doesn't matter how many times someone says "this has never happened before", you'd think it'd be an opportunity for the owner to try and find a solution, after all, shouldn't customer service be a priority? Instead, the owner's arrogance was the priority. My husband told him we're going to call the Better Business Bureau. He called me a punk lol, said he was going to call the Sheriff's department, I told him to go ahead & call them! He became defensive & again said we're wrong, this has never happened & all we wanted was free stuff, I even said I'd pay bc that's not the point. He started walking to the back, told us to leave & get out, I was completely stunned on how unprofessional he handled himself. If all I wanted was a free partial bath service then why did I book 2 separate services? She would've been done w/her bath earlier, pick her up & pay then. No one told me she was done, thought she was getting her 2nd service (haircut), not sitting there all day. I just can't believe this whole situation. I see why his response to bad reviews seem 1 sided. I do not suggest going here, there are plenty of other groomers that are more responsible & respectful towards their clients. Plus be more than willing to have our business, money & treat our baby better!

From the moment we walked in was just greatā¦. My dog Fiji loved it, (you know when theyāre comfortable). The lobby has great music, owner welcome you and your furry friend with a big smile and they do great job with the services requested.Itās a must go if you wanna take your dog for grooming!!!
