Not only did they have what I was looking for they waited for me too! It was Saturday and I got hung up in traffic fearful I wasn't going to make it before they closed and my poor dog would be left to suffer until Monday, I called to see how much time I had. I told the lady where I was and omg! She said no worries I got you and will wait for you!! I'm happy to say I actually made it there with 5 mins to spare before they closed. Still who likes the customer who holds you up after a days work cutting into your own private personal time?? I was calmly greeted with a warm friendly smile, as she handed me what I came for. Asked if I needed to get anything else or had any questions didn't make me feel rushed, though I didn't take any more time than necessary in paying. Great experience.

I love these type of places... It's like a mini adult toy store. This location is well stocked.The staff... MEH... been coming here for YEARS and the staff is always MEH.This visit was rather annoying as we picked up a dog toy to purchase. The item had the usual sticker price tag that they put on the package of $11.99...upon being rang up the toy was coming up as $19.99. But instead of them honoring the sticker that THEY PUT ON for $11.99...he was just like "it's $19.99 do you want it"? My wife was going to purchase it but I refused... It was CLEARLY marked $11.99 so that is what they should have charged.

These guys are the best. Service oriented, and some of the best prices in town. Pick your product: propane, pet foods, hay/feed, baby chicks. Just stop in. I'm a customer, and I will be a customer for good.

I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff here. The man at the register was very nice and helpful and the guy who takes care of the Customer when it's time to pick up your feed and/hay was nice enough to pick up the 50lb bag of feed and put it in the back of my truck. THANK YOU All for helping me I greatly appreciate it as I am disabled and would not have been able to do it myself.

Bought a 5way shot.... went to give to my pup and the needle was messed up from the factory and it exploded... called to see if they would replace and said it's my fault for the checking it.... I'm not a vet and no where does it say to check the tips... they said it came from the manufacturer like that but will not replace it so here goes 20$ that wasn't my fault and csnt get a new one... wow

Buyer Beware - Terrible customer service. Very Rude. This company is inconsistent with delivery, billing and product. Make sure you check you receipts and delivery times. Owner flat out lied to me more than once. Don't do business with them.

We rented a budget truck from them and when their final price didn't match the reservation quote we got online, they called all the way up to coorprate to make sure we got the right price! Very sweet, helpful guys!! So impressed!

Literally the best feed store I've been to. I definitely always choose Remington over Tractor Supply unless I have no option on a Sunday and I need feed that day. They have the nicest staff and they're extremely patient even when I was new to chickens, goats and pigs and i had all the questions.

After reserving a 26ft Budget truck I went to pick it up and they did not have it. I was very disappointed and no one had a clue. Budget customer service had told me that this location has problems. I recommend not planning your move with a truck from this location.

I haven't wanted to say anything bad. You someone once and get bad service and you think maybe the person was having a bad day. I can now say, after having been in this store and called them on the phone several times over the course of the last year that I do not like this store. Bad customer service. Bad attitudes. Don't want to be bothered. I have worked in customer service for years, both in person and over the phone, and I would have been written up and eventually let go if I spoke to customers the way these people do. The feed store up on MLK has much nicer employees!

Very helpful staff.It was a bit pricey, and the rental truck leaked rain on me while I was driving, but that's probably not something easy to catch if you aren't specifically looking for it.Very nice dog also.

I have gone into the store looking for items for my dogs and some of the wild ducks. They have been very, very helpful and nice. I highly recommend this store. I have even used their vet that comes out every other week. Great experiences with this place and I look to see if they have what I need (and they usually do) before I go elsewhere.
