This store has the most professional, helpful and friendly staff. There were 2 ladies that waited on me. I think one of them was the manager. I wish I had gotten their names. I watched them greet and genuinely welcome every customer that came in. Pretty amazing experience to feel cared for when you are shopping. Anyway, both ladies were equally kind and serving to all the customers. Most they knew by name. This Goodwill store is top knotch, genuine, and I enjoyed shopping there.

Yesterday was the first day I have ever left this Goodwill without buying something. The prices seem to have doubled! In Gadsden County of all places, where the median income for individuals is $25,421. Shame on you, Goodwill. :(

Absolutely one of my favorite stores! I can always find unique items and really cute home decor items. It's always something there waiting for me even if I didn't plan to buy a it...lol! The staff is always nice and very helpful.

Goodwill prices has really gone up. I understand the purpose but why has the prices skyrocketed. When you look at the prices you would think that you were in a retail store. When I called to the main office in Tallahassee, fl the manager there was very rude and nasty. Goodwill alot of people feel the same way as I, alot even said they don't' even donate to GW anymore they would rather just take stuff to the Salvation Army.

This is supposed to be a goodwill. You guys sell used stuff like it’s new. I can go to another store and buy the same product NEW. This used to be a decent place for hand me downs. Now you guys don’t seem to wanna help people who are in need. Shame on whoever runs this mess. Took away the 50% off was the worst thing you could do for people who are poor. I hate giving you my donations. I’d rather give them to someone now.

This is a fun and unique thrift store in that it has the charm of “finding the treasure” aspect which keeps it interesting! Prices are pretty good, too. Will visit again!
