I absolutely love shopping at all if these stores. Everyone has at least one thing that the others don't. This particular store always my strength in reading glasses but there is always only one cashier checking people out and a long line waiting and no other employees in sight.

No customer service skills. Staff stocking the shelves were cussing at each other. No greeting or eye contact during checkout. I know it's Dollar Tree, yes, but at least acknowledge that there are customers.

This is very sad this is A new business in Quincy.. The parking lot is is filthy the garbage cans are overflowing. The cashiers are or not very good at customer service. No one takes care of the store keeping it stocked and cleaned.

When this store opened, Quincy was so glad to have a Dollar Tree. People was excited. The store was well kept, nicely arranged and enough cashiers to keep the flow. Now you fight your way down the aisle....boxes stacked up with goods waiting to be put on the shelves and they sit there for days. The store is lucky no one has tripped and fallen and filed a lawsuit. One cashier and one other if you can find her.Dollar Tree you need to shape up or ship out!! People are really tired of this!!!!

This Dollat Tree had a great selection, only complaint was many items still in boxes but put out on display. It wasn't as organized as well as most dollar stores, but the selection, friendly staff and convenience make it worth the trip.

The cashier's are pleasant and do what they can to help you and make you feel at home. The manager on the other hand is very rude. Never seems to be happy to help the customer. Not people oriented at all.

My mother had a rat come at her in the store and when the employees were informed they said they were infested with them and weren't concerned. This place is very trashy with stuff scattered everywhere and it's no wonder why they have an infestation.

LOTS of new items! VERY large crafters section . See photos I posted. Unbelievable for this store. Hope the rest of the stores are pumping up inventory!

Please get someone that can keep up with the store because every time I go they have everything in the boxes they need to hire a better management we’re wasting money there and they’re never keeping up with the updates

Most visits the line is really long-with one cashier! I spent 37 minutes in line after selecting my purchases.

I only went to see if they had a screen protector for my phone watch and they didn't but I still will visit them another time their are no love lost.

No help always boxes In the way and cashier wants everyone to take out their stuff cause it slows her down of ringing people out. Thought that was her job
