Find another pharmacy if you have the option. This CVS is always busy and can sometimes take forever to fill prescriptions. They don't notify you if there is a problem until you arrive at the store trying to pick up your prescription.The staff has always been friendly and helpful, but I think they have way too much business for such a small staff.

Every time I get my prescriptions refilled it takes hours and hours and hours when I call them they tell me they'll be ready at a certain time which today was 3 hours ago and none of them are ready yet. One of the staff members in the pharmacy told me maybe another hour because she don't know how long it's going to take. If I tell you that I need my medicine you should try to work more quickly my need may be dire. And if you tell someone that their medicine should be ready at a certain time then you should work on getting that medicine ready at that time so they won't be looking stupid when they come to pick it up. IF NOTHING ELSE IS RIGHT IN THE STORE YOU SHOULD AT LEAST MAKE SURE THAT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!

I asked them to transfer my blood pressure medicine after we moved down here. They forgot and then the next day I tried again. We had to wait at the window of the drive thru for 10 minutes for someone to just acknowledge us and then they didn’t have it ready. My wife also asked for her medicine to be filled and five hours later it still wasn’t filled. My five year old son was prescribed medicine and they said it would take two days to get it. It is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to!

I had been released from the hospital and my regular pharmacy was closed for weekend and would not open until Monday. The hospital called my prescription into pharmacy that did not take my insurance... Even though we called and ask if they took CHP. Dr. Gardner at CVS in Quincy help me get everything straightened out. She had to call the other pharmacy and requested them to transfer the prescriptions to her pharmacy. Then she had to figure out what insurance I had because my CHP card did not have an identification number on it because it was through a third party .I had no idea she researched it figured it all out. I was able to get my medicine that I was supposed to start the night before because of her due diligence. I appreciated it all greatly and would recommed this Pharmacy highly.

The CVS in Quincy Florida is very clean. The staff is nice knowledgeable and helpful. The pharmacy is always willing to help you out. And there is always a sale. Yes I will return love CVS in Quincy Florida.

Prescription was called in two days ahead of time. Had to wait. Finally start to get prescriptions they had me waiting again because they didn’t do something right with insurance. Still waiting.This is not the first time they have messed up on filling prescriptions. I don’t think anyone working here knows what they are doing. Would not recommend anyone to shop here. I will not be back.

If they would stop chit chatting about their personal life and have your prescription ready when they said it would be, then it would be great. They are very nice but I think things would get done a lot quicker if they would stop talking about their personal life. I know everything now about they’re mama, aunts uncles, baby daddy’s or baby daddy’s girlfriend.... please y’all are great people... as I’m typing this someone is very mad with one of the pharm text.... bless it

Not a good pharmacy. They lost my mother's medication and wanted me to let it go. I asked how could they lose the medication and I was told they fill hundreds of prescriptions daily.......and.....SMH. It was finally located.its like merchants in Quincy don't care to give good customer service.

I had an amazing experience getting my Covid shot. My helper was Samantha Dulak and she did an outstanding job, she was the best. People like her are essential to my positive experience at CVS. Give her a raise please she deserves every bit of it. What an amazing experience.

Horrible they lie about when prescriptions will be ready. They told me 12:15 PM I waited on the text to come pick them up. I never received the text until my sister when to pick the prescription up at 7pm. She still had to wait on them to fill the one that they did fill and she didn't know it was two prescriptions. They didn't even fill the second one. Sad part I was at work so my son will be miserable tonight. They could have called sent a mess or gave my sister the prescription back. I worked as a pharmacy tech and I k ow to check to see if you have the prescription before you quote a time. And if it was on back order notify the customer and let it be their choice to wait or go else where if this is the case. No excuse yall suckThanks CVS Yall are awesome yall need an award for worst pharmacy in Gadsden county

The one and two stars reviews are not lying! They don’t care about nothing or nobody! CVS pharmacy needs to do better! They move around like turtles until it’s time for them close! There customer service etiquettes are piss-poor!

My husband went to store to drop off a prescription. Was told by clerk that CVS does not take Florida Blue. My husband then explained to her that the CVS in Tallahassee takes it all the time. She fesponded ahain the CVS doesnt take Florida Blue but Walgreens across yhe road does. than can the clerk at the store please explain to me why Florida Blue gives us a CVS. Caremark card becuse they want us to use CVS. Gurss that wont happen and guess who gets our buisness from now on. Plus I will be makong a phone call to Florida Blie come Monday morning til.let them k ow that CVD does not take Florida Blie and they can handle it from there.

Had a great experience at the CVS in Quincy, FL getting my 2nd Covid vaccine!! Especially great experience with Samantha Dukakis who was super helpful with maintaining strict Covid safety protocols, helping us with answering questions, keeping the line moving, and just being a wonderful source of light and caring!! Thank you!!!

9/10 times my prescriptions either aren't ready or something goes wrong using savings cards through the manufacturer. Always frustrating and never had issues like this at other stores

No need in making an appointment they'll get to you when they get ready. Waited 25 minutes after appointment time and I was the only one at the pharmacy when I arrived.

Dont get a COVID-19 test here. I'm not sure why they require appointments because I've been sitting in line for 45 minutes (35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time)
