Nice little shop. Have about anything you want or need or they will get it for you. The owner was there working I believe when my fiance and I were visiting Florida. She was really helpful and nice. I will go back when we visit Florida again. Nice selection of small gifts and supplies.

It’s a cute store with wonderful offerings but don’t order online from them. I placed an order online when I couldn’t find what I wanted in store. This was back in June. There is very little communication from them about the delivery of the order. Finally after a month when I heard nothing, I was able to communicate with someone. She told me the order had gotten lost and it would be drop shipped within the week. Nearly two weeks has gone by and I tried to contact them by phone. I tried 2 times and still no one called back. I decided to contact them online through email and that doesn’t work either ( it said” internal error”). I sent a message to PayPal asking for a refund. I did not hear one word back from this company. Finally today the order arrived. I would not use this company again unless I was buying in the store! I spent a lot of time and effort trying to track my order because they don’t seem to care if it arrives!☹️☹️

What a great store! Found so many cute dog and cat at things. I wanted to take all of the stuff the animals home because they felt so soft and real. Had to settle for a pair of cat lounge pants… Love them and I know I will wear them. Really cute stuff I have not seen anywhere else

Really neat selection of animal items. Don't think pet store, but more of a novelty store that has pets on everything. High quality t-shirts and printed items featuring all kinds of nautical and pet images. Staff is SUPER friendly and amazing!! Definitely worth the hike in from the parking lot!

Very cute must stop pet novelty store for pet lovers. Great place for last minute Christmas shopping. Lots of choices of breed specific gifts from magnets to tee shirts and more. Grab some clothes for your 4 legged friend for New Year's Eve.

I appreciate Salty Paws going the extra mile when things did not go according to plan with my online order. Sometimes things happen but they did go above and beyond to reach out and rectify the issue. It doesn't help I am in a different country and time zone but they did everything in their power to get ahold of me and make things right. Would recommend doing business with them.

Wow - I am so impressed by their outstanding customer service! I ordered a collar for my hound for an upcoming trip to the Florida keys - - and by accident ordered a small, needed large he is 100 lbs! I ordered on a Sunday and did not expect to be able to reach anyone in customer service. Wrong! They answered on the second ring (human answered, not robot) and corrected my order right away, and knew I was the one calling. They also told me my order would be shipped the very next day. Needless to say I will definitely continue to order all of my dogs gear from Salty Paws. Quality goods and exceptional customer service is everything for me!! Thank you!

Awful Experience! The lady at the counter turned her back and walked away from me when I tried to pay, then started helping another customer. I waited another 7 minutes, trying to get someone’s attention to check out. Same woman comes back to the counter, ignores me, and rings up someone else (I was standing right there with my credit card out). When I had the NERVE to stand up for myself by saying “I’ve been standing here trying to pay before this other customer entered the store”, she told everyone else that I was “extremely rude”, and “how sad it is that SOME people have no patience”, and continued to berate me to anyone else who was there. I turned around and left. Maybe it was my t-shirt supporting the 2nd Ammendment that she disliked? No idea, but even if I was super rude (which I wasn’t), who talks to customers like that!!?!

Ordered a beautiful collar from Salty Paws and said it was delivered to may mailbox. Went to my mailbox and there was nothing there. Called customer service and they contacted the post office to start an investigation on where the collar would be. A week later my neighbor comes by and hands me the package I been waiting for and said it was delivered to his mailbox. By this time Salty Paws has sent out another collar for me. I have no problem sending this collar back until they tell me I have to pay for it. None of this is my fault or the company's but they need to take it up with the post office instead of charging the customer for it. I do not think I will be shopping here again.

Went in thinking it was a baby store . Was pleasantly surprised that it was a doggy store . What with strollers for your dog's and you could use them for your cats as well . All kinds of clothes for your dog's and coffee cups with what ever kind of dogs on them . they had all kinds of everything you can think of . Really cute store.

They have a nice selection of pet themed items. Mostly for dogs but there were a few cat items. Worth a stop if you're looking for something fun for your pet loving people.

So many unique gifts! Sun visor for your pup, treats, street signs for many breed's. I should have picked up one of the stuffed toy dogs that "breaths" while sleeping!
