My family and I spend a lot of time and money at Pet Supermarket. They have a great selection of Pets and supplies. There are a few very friendly and helpful employees. Here is a picture of Milo and his new cage he got for his birthday from Pet Supermarket.

We shop at all 3 Pet Supermarkets in town. Punta Gorda , Charlotte Harbor , and sometimes the Pet Supermarket off Peachland. Best prices and best staff in all 3 stores, of any of the big box pet stores in town. Friendly knowledgeable staff always happy to help. Carol ( Mrs Kevin :)

I went here to find a dog food as close to the prescription food I had been buying for nearly $100 per 17 #bag. The dog has GI issues and requires low fat content. The script food has 5% fat while the non script food has 7% fat. I explained the situation and I was brought right to low fat food. I chose a 5# bag to try. The fog loved it. Now I don't need a script.

The women working tonight acted really annoyed that we came in to wash our dogs. The cashier even waved both her hands in the air and motioned for us to hurry up with checking out. We finished washing, shopping, and checked out 20 min before they closed. So not sure why the gray haired older women was so rude while we checked out

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.. the dog bath is awesome.. clean and they provide everything.. for $9.99.. my dog loves to go In as everyone pets her and loves on her. The selection of merchandise is nice.. if u can't find something in that store..u will likely never find it.

Always love and support this store but for close to two years now the checkout process always takes forever. The cashiers never scan the items and put them in a bag when done, they just scan and leave on their counter which had and could cause them to scan one item twice. Also any items on sale has to be taken off the total by the store manager and it always takes a long time for the manager to come up to the register. Then for some reason it takes so much time for each item on sale to have the correct percentage taken off the price and I would think the store would have come up with a better system or buy a a better system so it doesn't take 30 minutes to check out. Besides that all the staff are very nice and helpful.

did my daily shopping per usual and as always, never dissapointed. even tho you cant see thier faces due to the masks you can tell ALL smiles. Marcy is so wonderful and informative. actually they ALL are. Maria, Sandra and Lawton you guys ROCK!! always pleasant and such a hard working crew!! the store is always clean and the animals are always so well kempt. I could honestly go on. so many great things to say about this specific location and staff but im running outta room! rock on guys and thank you for always giving me such a wonderful experience!

Nice pet store, has most dog foods, really almost everything you'd want. Also a $10 wash your own dog area. They don't have the aquarium filters I need, and the staff is very young and not always focused so I gave it 4 stars.

Went to major pet store to get a reputable inflatable dog collar. Took “Sally” along to assure proper sizing. Associate selected air collar from shelf and tried on dog. Assured me that this was the correct size. When I returned home I looked at the packaging. Size 10” to 14”. Dog has 16.5” neck. Took product back. Didn’t have larger size in stock! Surprise? Nearest store to original store 7 mi. Think she would check or recommend? No. Went there and bought the correct size.

During the height of the pandemic and business were open 25% ,then was my first time I shopped here. And man did I think it was terrible. They only had 2 kinds of fish no employees working(like 2). I visited a few weeks ago and I changed my mind they have more here in stock than other stores. And variety,too. You should come visit 1 tonn time and you'll be back.
