I am a new customer and had a great experience here. I’ve been searching for a good groomer for a while and am so glad I stumbled upon Earthwise. Sierra groomed my dog and did such a great job! She asked all the right questions and I can tell she took her time with my cockapoo while delivering exactly what I asked. He came back with a nice cut and zero scratches which unfortunately has happened with groomers lately.I highly recommend this place and Sierra as a groomer!! I will be back.

My dog Rocky absolutely loves his bath and grooming his buddy Richard Martlet is amazing he has been the only one in Charlotte County that can do an amazing job with my Australian Shepherd. I can’t wait to be able to get him groomed again. Thank you for doing a superb job with Rocky. He doesn’t like many people but you are one of his favorite people.

This is my Harley she needed her nails done and a good bath. Jimmy was so kind and thoughtful with her. Harley is my rescue baby & I explained to him I did not know how she would do as this would be the first time since I’ve had her. He told me he wouldn’t stress her out & if she seemed to be he would stop. At the end her nails were beautiful, her coat was soft, & she was a happy happy girl! She can not wait to go back & see Jimmy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a groomer for their fur babies .

Richard did a beautiful job on my schnauzer, Poppy. She’s a fussy dog, he was patient and kind with her. I will definitely be bringing her back next time I’m in town.

Richard is, by far, the kindest groomer I’ve met. He is patient and reassuring during the grooming process. My golden is not a big fan of any of it. Richard has an ease that is calming.

We are very particular with who grooms our senior blind yorkie. We have followed Richard wherever he has worked. He his so kind and gentle with our Axle. He will always be our little fluffs groomer. He is wonderful!!

We moved to PG in May 2019 at the height of COVID so a lot of groomers were not open. When they did start to open up, no one wanted to handle a dog larger than 35 lbs. I struggled for a 1.5 years bathing and trimming nails (never mind trimming her hair) for my 80 lb., 12.5 year old girl. Then, we spotted EarthWise. We stopped in and were relieved to discover that the size of the dog didn’t matter. We scheduled an appointment. We could not be happier with the service we got. Jimmy C called us 2 hrs into the appointment and said he wanted to take a break with our old girl because she seemed stressed out to him. He said he was going to walk her around the shop for a minute and let her chill out before finishing up. (Mind you it was a big job as she had not been to a groomer for almost 2 years) He called back and stated that he wasn’t quite done but he didn’t want to stress her anymore and asked if we would come get her and bring her back the next day. I explained that I had to work and it took both myself and my husband to load her into the vehicle because she needs to use a ramp due to her arthritis and past knee surgery. Jimmy immediately said, “Oh my God, I had no idea you had to use a ramp, I’ll come to your place and finish the job in a couple of days”. We were thrilled. As he promised, he texted a few days later and scheduled a time to come to our home. He finished trimming her belly and inner legs right on our lanai. He was so patient and gentle with our old girl. I’m extremely grateful for the extra care and effort Jimmy C took with our sweet old girl. We are customers for life.

I have been to 3 groomers. Jimmy is the best of the best my BoBo was new he took the first ,15 mins for bobo to get to know him. Jimmy kept me updated. If Jimmy felt like bobo was stressed he would stop and give him a break. Jimmy is the best. Thanks Jimmy for your outstanding service.

Outstanding experience with this place!They have everything and at a cheaper price then most other pet stores.You can’t match the quality we have a Yorkie. I can’t wait for the grooming to come here I’ve already booked my appointment for Caillou!!!!
