We live in Florida and these things are falling off of people's trees into their yards and Winn-Dixie is trying to get two and a half dollars for one LOL someone would have to be out of their mind to pay that

I'm really trying to like this store but it's not happening. It is always a project and NEVER quick. Digital coupon signs on the shelf that you literally spend 10 minutes trying to find and can't. Tell the cashier and her response is "tell me about it". No help just confusion. Bogo signs on a display that when you get to the register "oh this product isn't bogo". Well there's a display with a sign on it..."let me get the manager". I'm over it! Very poorly managed.

This store is ATROCIOUS. I've served with the government, military, and education, and the management in those seems like a GODSEND compared to this store. I'm not usually this angry at a store, but this Winn Dixie is something else. It would be a ONE-star review if it weren't for that ginger boy, I believe his name is Owen, who made this experience any bit bearable.

Would shop at Publix over Winn Dixie any day! Winn Dixie is always under staffed and the shelfs are often not stocked.

This is my Winn Dixie... it used to be the best prices, but since the pandemic, prices went up some as much as three times as high. The eggs came down a little tho. I still shop there.

Always helpful and nice staff... except one manager. I love the crab legs steamed and seasoned. They cook and season your seafood that you purchase there for free. Count me in lol it's delicious!!!!

Cashiers don't know how to do that with job out of all the cashiers only one knows how to do to work and that's the girl named Christine The rest of the people don't know a thing I would never recommend Winn-Dixie for any food because the service sucks

Worst deli I've seen in a Winn Dixie. Chicken leg portions were small and dry. Things in the hot food display and wing station, were empty or looked old and the cornbread dressing was a glob of grease. The person behind the counter ignored a person in front of me in line and took her time before asking me " what do you want.?

If I could leave zero Stars I would. The third time I didn't get all my bags of groceries because of the cashier. Someone else got them for free. I went to the customer service desk and the young girl behind the counter was goofing around and playing games with the other older lady Shelly it was so annoying like do your job ...if you want to play games go to an arcade. Groceries are expensive enough. I will never go back to the store again I'd rather bag my own at save a lot at least I know I'll actually get my groceries.

It’s crazy they are “open till 10” but when I need a gallon of milk at 9:55 they can’t unlock the door bc they already “shut down the registers” and they are “closed” while people are paying for their things and walking out 🤣 I get the employees don’t want to be there but man if your store hours say one thing what do you expect when customers come before the store closes. Told the manager at the door I needed milk he says too bad we are closed and I proceed to let him know I know where it’s at and I can still be out by 9:57 and I get ignored. Great customer service obviously

I deliver with UberEATS and the cashier ..majeta... Told me not to put the water up on the counter that she didn't need to scan it. I did as I was told and at the end of the order she said she didn't scan the water. It screwed up the order and made a delay in my delivery. It affects my tips. The manager ended up helping and resolving the situation but that cashier/customer service has a bad attitude. Thank you to management though for resolving the situation.

Always friendly service. I love that when I use my app I get higher bonus points. I love that my points accumulate so we always get money off our future purchases. I love the bogo sales and great prices. I never had a problem with outdated products or not so fresh meat, seafood or produce. Every person in every department is helpful and courteous.

Locked the doors 20 minutes before closing at 9:40pm, refused to open a register for the many customers inside and I was forced to check out my cart full of groceries with over $100 worth of items at the self checkout. Employees refused to help and a manager even shut down a register and told a customer "I'm not open"

7-17-23 @7:43pm MANAGER MIKE is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, BELITTLING AND CONDESENDING man. There was a spill and instead of calmly explaining the urgency and importance of cleaning it up quicker and redirecting people- he decides to LASH out at two employees;  after one employee was reduced to tears and had to excuse herself Mike was yelling about how he has a current Morgan&Morgan lawsuit against him right now for the same thing. Then he sarcastically asked an employee "you think I'm gonna win that one? Yeah right!There goes my fricken bonus"SHAME ON YOU MIKE AND DONT HALF A- APOLOGIZE TO THOSE STAFF LIKE YOU TRIED TO AFTER YOU GOT THE UGLY LOOKS. WINN DIXIE DO BETTER AND LET THESE RUDE OLD WHITE MEN GO AND GIVE MORE HOURS TO STOP UNDERSTAFFING.

I've been shopping here for the last 2 years. They always have what I need and the staff is always helpful. The managers I have dealt with over time are always eager to assist. I always say I'm going to leave a review but like many of us, we are usually quick to do a review with bad experiences. The manager Mike is extremely professional and polite. This week is the first time I've dealt with him and he always picks up the calls and helps anyway he can. I have seen customer service change so much since the 80s especially in grocery stores. Everyone including the managers are attentive and kind. The ethical mannerisms, professionalism and assistance is clearly noticed and appreciated. Thank you Elfers Winn Dixie.

We like this store and frequent it quite a bit. Winn has pretty good prices and a nice selection of groceries to choose from that you don't always find at the blue W store or the green P store. Give a winn-dixie a try...You'll be pleasantly surprised I'm almost certain.
