Worst place to take your dog or any animal to get groomed. The first time when I picked up my dog he was barking and shacking so I picked him up from behind the gate and was greeted by being yelled at like I was a kid. I figured they had a bad day and didn't see the sign to not open the gate. Was explained after being yelled at that is for safety of other dogs not getting out, which my dog was only dog walking around. So could have been explained without the yelling. Took my dog back as they did do a good groom, received a call hour later to come get my dog as he was barking to much and same lady was rude and told me I need to get him now. I work and was on a company conference call and tried to explain that but she just kept up with he barks to much and she had other grooming going on and he was scaring the other animals. Again with the raising of her voice so I let her know and then they tried to charge extra for spa when he only came in for grooming. She then came outside and continued to yell. Never had this issue with getting my dogs groomed before here. Not sure how they are in business treating customers this way. Nice welcome to Florida.

I love how everything is open so you see how caring and detailed they are with all pets. Very inviting and very professionalism. I take my little rescue here and she always is so happy. I've also brought our large lab and Paula was able to keep her calm while trimming her nails. Highly recommend.

Aunt Paula and her staff are amazing and super friendly!! Coal absolutely loved his first visit and will definitely be back very soon (we already made the appointment). They clearly love their jobs there and the animals feel loved and safe. She made me feel very comfortable from the phone call to the moment I walked in her front door. Thank you sooo much for taking such great care of our baby boy.

Very professional. Very friendly! They do a great job especially sine my dog Raven is usually quite difficult. They even schedule us early so we can be somewhat exclusive to keep my dogs drama at a minimum. Highly recommended!

Love Posh Paw Pet Spa By Paula! Our doggies always look great, they are treated with such kindness, our oldest is around 17 yrs and they are just great with her! Lots of spa services for them as well, they always look absolutely fabulous! Also can't beat the pricing, PLUS you get 3 spa services with your grooming! You must give them a try, definitely worth it for your beloved fur babies!

We have been going to Paula for few months now to keep up with our Sheepadoodles crazy curly hair (sheepdog & poodle hair).. its a tough upkeep, and the last place we went to charged us a fortune and shaved her to the skin!! It was awful. We are never disappointed, but today was beyond an AMAZING experience. We took our pup to the beach and the salt water matted her hair SOO badly, and i told Paula PLEASE don't shave our girls pretty hair. This lovely women spent almost SEVEN FULL HOURS working on our Suki's hair. I picked her up, fluffy as ever, NOT ONE knot or mat on her. I am so grateful for the wonderful, hard work she did on our pup. Shes not only an awesome groomer but she's so sweet, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. Definitely recommend taking your pets to her!

My daughter took her dog here and I thought the owner and young lady working were amazing.As my daughter was handing the whole transaction they showed her full respect.NOW her dog.....This little mutt went in looking a mess.Came out looking like a prince and ready to be held. We will return and bring the now prince in.What a great experience.

I have taking my 2 Cavalier King Charles for over a decade. My dogs love going there. Paula is gentle and affectionate with all her furry customers. I would not trust my dogs with any other groomer.

Took my dog. He came home his eyes were super red. Never had that before and didn’t have a few days later. Was very rude. Will find another groomer. Update: Found another groomer I am happy with and she appreciates my big tips. I was never treated like a child so much as I was here.

My Bichon is hard to groom, but Paula gets the job done. First met her when she worked out of my vet’s office and My girl could be sedated for her grooming. As Paula was preparing to move out on her own she gained Suzi’s trust and was able to do her fine without sedation.
