Dog was matted and needed bath. Groomer was nice and she groomed skout.. He 10.5 months old. Bought him in at 8. She called said he was done by 10:30 am.. Nicely groomed yorkie owner was happy with it

Katie at Petco grooming is amazing. My lab (under a year) Aeries loves her! She does an amazing job and I love the bandanas they put on her after every visit. My Shepherd Angel (10 years old) just went today for nail trimming to start out small and Katie was absolutely amazing with her. She's been working with us over the past few weeks to get her comfortable as she is very nervous around people she doesn't know. Such great service! Highly recommend this location for all your fur babies grooming needs!

Luci, was incredible and did a fantastic job grooming our husky Thunder. He smelled amazing, nails were trimmed, and undercoat fur was gone! As we dropped our dog off another customer picking up his dog even commented he was in good hands and that was very true. The staff was also amazing providing treats our dog enjoyed. This was the best customer service! Far exceeded Pet Smart experience. This is the only Petco we will go to for Thunder.

I have a lovely golden retriever who just needed a quick nail trim. From scheduling my appointment to of course cutting her nails the staff was exceptional. I dealt with one person I believe her name was Katie. She was upbeat and so happy to see my dog. You can tell she genuinely loves animals, which is so relieving because I know my dog gets very anxious about grooming. It took her maybe less than ten minutes to cut Winnie's nails and they notified me when she was done. Her nails look so much better I'm very happy with the service and I will be back soon probably for a full spa treatment. Thank you!

This was the first time I have taken my girls to get baths. I usually do it myself. I was nervous about taking them but when I got to the store my nerves went away. From the first moment I had contact with Luci and Katie it was amazing. They put me at ease. They were so kind and loving to my girls. When I went to pick my girls up they looked great and were happy. Thank you Luci and Katie!!! I will be back

good service and a very good job on my dogs, always. My dogs love to get their bath and groom. That makes me feel good about leaving them there. I know they are in good hands and not scared or nervous while they are there. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Katie is the greatest, my dogs love her and enjoy their grooming.

Luci has been grooming our dog for 4 or 5 years. She does a great job, but mostly you can see how much she likes dogs. They share hugs and kisses when we arrive and she checks our dog over thoroughly. We highly recommend Luci and Petco's grooming salon.

Lyndsey was so sweet to my Dolly and Dolly looked so nice when we picked her up. It's not Dolly's favorite thing to do, but all went extremely well. One thing that set my mind at ease was when I was checking Dolly in with Lyndsey, I could see another groomer in the grooming room behind Lyndsey. I don't know who it was but I watched her pick the dog up and place it on the table and as she was putting the halter on the dog, she kissed the dog. That spoke volumes to me. The groomer didn't know I was watching but it certainly made me feel good to watch the loving way she treated the dog.

Lindsey is very good with Stash. Always very caring and loving, they have developed a very strong friendship. Stash looks for Lindsey's when ever we visit Petco. I as per owner just love the enteraction between the two of them. Stash is always very relaxed after her visit with Lindsey.

Lindsay the groomers personally was upbeat, positive, and was always reassuring. My 13 m old Zelda Husky mix is very hyper and attached to me and my daughters. I was very anxious and had bad anxiety leaving my fur baby. Lindsay made me feel better about leaving my baby with her. When I picked Zelda up, Lindsay explained what she could and couldnt do with Zelda and why. Because of Lindsay we will become a reg client. I only wish there was a way to have tipped Lindsay out when I paid with my card.

I thought from the moment I walked in the young lady helping me check my dog in was super sweet and professional. Very welcoming. She had outstanding customer service ability and my pet looked fantastic, she even had a pink bandanna on and some treats to enjoy when she got home.
