I purchase Taste of the wild for my dogs here. They love it, grain free and high prairie like bison and roasted venison. Decently priced for all the benefits my Australian shepherds should get

I go to this store at least 3 times of month for my animals food or aquarium things. Leonard is amazing. And the guy that looks like him as well. But I am tired of every time I go in and I have to have Suzanne as my cashier. She always gives me an attitude or doesn’t know what she’s doing. Today this morning I told her it should have been cheaper with my $15 rewards for vital care. She said I was wrong. I go to the car and she only applied $10 not the other $5. Each time I always have an issue with her if it’s viral care issues or just her attitude. The store itself is good. Clean. Great fish selection. I just know as soon as I walk in and see her there’s going to be an issue and I almost want to walk out.

Oh boy, my baby girl got a bath and I get her back and now she is having eye problems! Absolutely unexcepectble. Update, took her to an emergency vet and she has a cornial abrasion on her right eye. Great job staff.

Disappointing experience would be an understatement. Went in simply to buy a bag of food for my dog. At checkout the cashier(Shane) become very confrontational when I asked if he could look up my account because I had a rewards bag of food. Snapping that I had to do that on my own and login to the app. I excused myself from the line to make a phone call and try to log myself in (because again apparently Shane can’t do it). After getting logged in I stepped back in line and because it got busy I was set to be help by another employee (turns out to be the manager (Brian)). As he is trying to ring me out Shane has to come over to my register making rude comments and being confrontational. Just looking red and angry over something that he had no need to involve himself in. It wasn’t until I asked the manager if Shane could step away because he kept escalating the situation, that he finally did. After all that Shane proceeded to stand by the door so that he could tell me “bye”. Again very confrontational.Brian the manager did a poor job of attempting to de-escalate the situation.Shane 100% needs a refresher on customer service, and if he is having a bad day. Maybe just ask to go home.Please resolve this staffing issue.

I usually have a great experience at Petco. However, the ongoing issue with the online orders is becoming cumbersome to the point where I may cancel my membership. For literally MONTHS, each time I place an order, I receive a confirmation. Then, 5 minutes or so later, I receive a notice that my order was canceled! I run a Rescue and this has become so inconvenient.

I called and the customer service was excellent. The same man waited on me in the store at check out and he was so positive and helpful. Very professional well definitely come back and he has a big reason why

It seems that in today's world there is not much time to realize that as an employee you could make or break a customers day. Customers, on the other hand, seem to be very quick to complain instead of thanking those who deserve to be thanked for a job well done.This evening I had an issue that could've really made my evening difficult. I called the store and was helped by a woman named Aleisha. She listened to my issue which was completely my fault and she could've chosen to say "sorry, but you'll have to wait until tomorrow". Instead, she said "let me see what I can do". She came through for me and she made me feel as though my business did matter. She had no idea that just by her making an effort to help me made me realize that some employees truly do care.Aleisha, thank you again for being so kind and helpful! I hope the upper management team realizes what an asset you are to them. When they find out how much my puppy eats, they will probably give you a raise lol!

We used Vetco this time for Finn's shots. They did a great job and were so quick and easy. Much easier than full service vet. He's going back Saturday to Katie for his grooming. She is his absolute favorite and totally rocks!!

This team of techs and Veterinarian was truly loving and very caring to our needs and our pups. We are going back this weekend for a follow up and last immunizations. We bought our Royal Canine puppy food, treats and a toy for the puppies also. Everyone was so nice at this Petco!!!

Easy to find the items I was looking for. Saw a roach in the fish area, but with all that food and such everywhere that's probably avoidable. Some of the staff were really helpful with the questions we asked, but then the clerk at the front just talked to another employee pretty much the entire time we were checking out.

Absolutely so sick of this store if I could give zero Stars I would have... This is the third time we've placed online orders for same-day delivery and then had to have refunds processed 3 to 5 days later because products were out at the store... It is never stopped and when you have to call and inquire about why you didn't receive your items people are incredibly rude... Asked for a discount for the inconvenience as this is literally the third time it's happened and basically they said they couldn't compensate us because we didn't have the products I don't even understand what she was saying if we had the product we wouldn't need compensation 🤦🤦🤦 and honestly if it wasn't for the person on the phone being rude I probably wouldn't have even left a review but it's obnoxious when they say they have items in stock and available for same-day delivery and for the third time we've had to wait multiple days for a refund to my card because magically there's not in the store even though online says they're in stock....I will drive to spring Hill every time I need something to go to PetSmart I will not deal with Petco at this location ever again.

Store and staff are okay, its the only one in the area so really…what is there to compare to. My irritation lies in the store hours, open at 10am…seriously. So, I would suppose if you are a working person you will have to stop when you are on your way home to purchase what u need. Just what you want to do after working all day. Just a quick thought, adjusting store hours may help raise revenue, add convenience, and make and overall nicer experience for staff and customer…hmmm imagine that…giving real thought to the overall customer experience…what a concept. Literally, I watched 6 people walk up to door and leave because the store was closed.

I love this store, and so does Echo! They have a huge selection of food and supplies for EVERY pet, warm- or cold-blooded. Their prices are comparable to other stores, and there's one in just about every large town or city.
