I love this veterinary clinic, and my cats and dog ADORE the doctors and staff!I rescued all of my pets from abusive situations, and the staff all recognize their individual needs and fears and work incredibly well with each of them."The Kids" have had appointments with each of the doctors and we've worked with all of the nursing staff as well as the receptionists/billing reps, and they're ALL wonderfully friendly, loving, caring, considerate, and SUPREMELY professional. They know all of us, and my pets love all the attention they get when we visit.There's no other veterinary clinic I'll ever use; I trust them implicitly and recommend them 100%!Thank you, Pet First Veterinary. 😘 We love you all.

Sadly our English bulldog came to a point we had to make a tough decision .. I called Pet First and Lynn was caring and accomodating .. I can’t say enough about Dr. Dale who made us feel we were making the right decision for our sweet baby .. she guided is thru the process and took our feelings into consideration at every moment .. ty for making a terrible day bearable ..

We love Pet First! We have 2 giant dogs and 2 cats. Never had a bad experience there in 5 years. They are most affordable around and can almost always squeeze me in during an emergency. I also love that they don’t try to “upsell” me. They will tell me, “this is what is necessary and this is just extra recommendations.” Everyone from office staff, to techs to the vets are great.Love Moose, Bear, Daisy and Binx.

Honestly this is one of the best veterinary offices we have experienced. The front desk staff is compassionate, timely, and savvy with scheduling. Their team of vets always seem to be professional and truly care for the pet their examining. They’ve always done a great job with educating us, providing after care, and even just general grooming help. So I think this is more of a Thank you than a positive review! Dr Banks and Beth were great with my scared monster, Great Dane- CoCo. Beth did everything she could to be sure CoCo stayed calm, even trying to tempt her with some peanut butter. Dr Banks got on the ground and formed trust with my girl- and although she was still scared, she was much more trusting. Thank you both very much! Excellent veterinary service at affordable prices.

Dr. Banks is awesome. Not many Vets that I know who get down on the floor with your dog. He takes care of my Cane Corsos like they are his own. Highly recommend this Dr. and clinic to everyone. I appreciate you Dr. Banks and will see you again soon.

Dr Tony and Rachel are the dream team!! They were both very professional and caring. Myself and my pet were treated with respect and courtesy. Grayson loves Dr Tony and how he compliments Grayson’s coat and grooming! Dr Tony always treats us himself and takes care to do the procedures himself even a simple shot. We love Pet First!!

I strongly recommend Dr. Supow! My sister and I had took Daisy my cat in to see Dr Supow because she had a virus. Dr Supow was so “gentle” and kind and treated Daisy like she was her own. She is a very intelligent veterinarian! The medicine was very effective and Daisy was as good as new and playing after a few days. I highly recommend this vet because she cares about animals and people and it truly shows!!

I am very grateful that they took my dog in without an appointment. My baby dog Kenzie Mae was very sick and I was trying to find a vet office close by to take her in. Called few places but they told me I needed to go to an emergency vet. When I called Pet Fist, they did not hesitate to take her in. They were great from the beginning to the end of the visit. Kenzie Mae got back to normal the next day! I am really happy with the way they managed to get my baby back to feeling good. Thank you all!

Technicians are awesome and very sweet! Dr. Twila is very pushy when giving her “professional opinion” trying to pressure me to get my 2 MONTH old puppy spayed I just didn’t feel that was right and her pushing it the way she did made me very uncomfortable and upset. I asked for my following appointment to not be placed with her because I’ve heard great things about the male doctor but sadly never got the chance to meet him.

Pet First truly does put your pet first. Their entire team has a clear love for animals and do their best to make sure Lizzie feels comfortable and safe in their hands. We had Lizzie spayed here and her recovery went very smoothly. Eventually we will have Lizzie’s dental cleaning done here as well, but the last few times I’ve asked if she’s ready for a cleaning I’ve been told that it isn’t necessary yet because her teeth are in great shape from me brushing them. Knowing that they won’t put Lizzie under anesthesia for a dental cleaning she doesn’t need even though it’s a costly elective procedure is very reassuring and I know that I can trust their expert advice and opinions on Lizzie’s care.

Until today, I was really happy with the Pet First Hospital. But today I found out that customer service + understanding the special needs of my dog doesn't mean anything to them. My dog got traumatized when she had serious problems with her ear. She has several allergies and was developing a mass. This happened last year within 3 days and because of the Hurricane every Vet was closed. So she was in pain + it was bleeding. As I finally could bring her to the Veterinary Hospital, she was in such high pain that she was associating this place to her agony and pain. Recently I tried to bring her over for an exam so she could get her prescription Apoquel. She completely freaked out and it was impossible for the staff to get close to her. We tried Gabapentin and the result was the same. So tonight I asked for them to just provide her an exam her outside the building. Well the answers from the technicians I talked to were unbelievable and the attitude toward me was nothing what I would expect from a spot like that. Very unprofessional and rude. So I'll take my pets somewhere else. It wasn't the first bad experience I had with them but definitely the last one.

From the moment we walked in the door with our two carriers; (not our 1st trip here) we were met with smiles and hellos. Even the cats seem to feel at ease as they both quieted down and stopped fussing. The Dr and Assistant who worked with him were very attentive and the cats put up no fuss at all. Our two babies seem to rather like this place. Mom and Dad are just happy to find someone to take such good care of our babies!

The Dr we saw and all the assistants...even the receptionist all were so very accommodating and professional... The Dr who was a really nice lady Veterinarian Dr, was quick to explain the couple of points that, at first kind of confused me.. but she quickly made everything crystal clear and I felt confident and safe trusting my recently adopted Emotional support animal "Wiley " in their care... wonderful people ❤️

I took my little guy in today for his first appointment. I take my older dog to a clinic across town but had been thinking of switching for a while. After our wonderful experience this morning I will definitely be bringing both dogs here moving forward. The place itself was so clean but still inviting. The staff was so friendly and informative. They just loved all over my puppy and made sure his comfort was their priority during his exam. The pricing is fair which is always great. I am happy we found this vet and am looking forward to bringing my pets back.

I have followed a tech for over 20 years who was an employee there. If that tells you anything, it’s that she is a phenomenal technician. Professional, skilled and compassionate. I’ve been in this field myself 22 years and it’s a shame that the heavy hearts are being prevented from helping animals by corporate greed.

My husband and I came in with an emergency not knowing what wrong with our dog and the staff immediately came to help. She needed emergency surgery and the staff here made us feel so comfortable. They not only told us but encouraged us to call as often as we needed to check in on her. Our dog loved the staff here too. With how scary are situation was we felt comfortable and safe having all the work done that was needed.

Having a sick fur baby is always stressful. The staff was friendly, and I really liked the doctor and his assistant. They listened to me, were very caring and discussed different options for my baby's care. Besides that, they were very reasonably priced. My little sweetie has to get surgery in a couple of days, and I feel she will be in very good hands there.💞🙏

My kitty had her first appointment here on Saturday and we had a wonderful experience! The front desk staff was so incredibly kind and welcoming. Both of the techs and the doctor we met were great! You can really tell how passionate all of the staff is about caring for your pets! They even called today to check in with us to make sure everything went well after the appointment, which I thought was so sweet!
