For a long time my partner has been doing the grooming of our dog Jordan but sometimes it can be little much for her because for a little guy he’s pretty strong, so it’s be hard to hold him to cut his nails or cut hair around his face or paws without him squirming. I booked an appointment with Skyler S at the Port Orange PETCO grooming just for a nail cut, buff and teeth brushing. He handled Jordan very well and did such a great job with that! I had to book a grooming with him because he left a great impression the first time. The way he handles Jordan, the way he makes sure he gives us the best customer service has left us with no choice but to stick to him. I will say, ALL the staff are great there when they see Jordan, they’re very friendly with us and I appreciate you all! Jordan will see you soon! & thank you Skyler for making our boy look like a brand new man!

I have been bringing my 2 dogs here for several months. I have always had the best experience. Both of my dogs are a bit anxious and Aimee and Skyler have built such amazing relationships with them and make them feel safe and loved. And my all white dog always goes in looking like she’s dark gray and comes out so bright white. I don’t know how Aimee does it, but she is amazing. I wouldn’t take Jackson or Ghost anywhere else. Thank you for wonderful customer service!

Aimee is so awesome! I’m so thankful that we got her the first time we made an appointment bc she’s so good to Piper and so nice to our family. I look forward to bringing Piper every 6 weeks. I was 10 minutes late to my grooming appointment due to the GPS getting me lost nobody called and they went ahead and rescheduled somebody in my place. I could not call because I am as cause an accident trying to get there on time after taking the wrong exit, but I really wish somebody would’ve communicated with me just as much as a communicated with me to confirm the appointment and I would’ve let them know. Yes I am on my way. There was an elderly couple in front of us. I kept telling the lady I’m late for my appointment, but it was OK. Skyler came out and spoke to us. However, he said all he could do is give her a bath which I was a little bit upset with, but I understood that we were late. However, when I picked her up, she smelled no better than she did when she went in there no haircut except for her belly was shaved. Her nails were cut but I really was not expecting to pay $70 just for a haircut that was just on her belly and her nails trimmed, and she smelled worse , honestly then she did when she went in. The lady even came out and sprayed her with some perfume because she stunk I wouldn’t have complained if it didn’t cost so much so now I have to go back out there next weekend to get her shaved and I’m hoping it’s not gonna cost as much. I would certainly hope not since it’s a 30 minute drive and we go out of our way just to see Skyler , it was not worth $70 just for that simple little bit that only took 30 minutes. Go to Petco if you want to pay for grooming when you pick up your 5 mth old puppy to hear about how awful she was and pull out tons of wax still in your puppies ears that you paid to have done and also don't give her a hair cut because they have absolutely no patience and just complain about how awful she was..a week later brought her to another groomer they did a fantastic job gave her the Teddy bear cut and was perfect with them and loved my puppy just like she was her own... Petco awful!! They don't care about your pet...

I will continue to bring our dog there for grooming as long as Savannah is there. She does a great job grooming our mini schnauzer who can be difficult to groom. I especially love that she listens to what we want and love the way yes cuts her "beard" and little tail.

We absolutely love Blythe! She has been so patient and caring with our Luca. He loves getting groomed and gets so excited everytime he sees her. She is meticulous, takes her time, and does an awesome job. Luca is ready for Halloween with his dinosaur cut!

I’ve never got the grooming done from this PETCO , but the service is baddd. First time, I’ve booked an appointment at Port Orange PETCO and showed up but couldn’t get the grooming, since the appointment was under Ormond PETCO. I picked the Port Orange store specifically and booked an appointment, but it got switched to the closest one, which was Ormond, automatically once I logged in. I did not notice it until I actually showed up. So that was considered as No show for the first one. For the second, My puppy was having a blood diarrhea that day and had to go to ER and couldn’t make an appointment. I then called them to explain what happened, but they said I cannot make a grooming appointment anymore through online since I had two no shows no matter. I get that I couldn’t make an appointment twice, but the lady was just so rude, saying I now need to make a same day appointment only by calling everyday. I’m sorry that I couldn’t make an appointment twice, but the way she doesn’t consider our situation at all and not being nice are not the service I expected from the PETCO. If there’s a no star, I would give that for sure.

I have been taking my dog to Petco forever and now because she is 15 they will not take her. She is in excellent condition and there is no medically reason that she should not be groomed!! She was just at the Bet and they said she was I. Great shape!! This is no way to run a business!! If I could give no stars I would!!

Savannah was great... I arrived early for my appointment and she took us in right away.... we just adopted our Molly and I had no idea what to expect... she was very informative and explained all the 'cuts lengths'...I left Molly and Savannah explained it would be a couple of hours... After about an hour and half she called and said she was ready...I went to get her and she was ADORABLE!!!!! GREAT JOB Savannah!!!

Savannah did an amazing job on my pups! They both had baths and nails and teeth! My lab mix rescue pup is very shy and timid during most services and she took the extra time so he was not afraid. Savannah genuinely cared about my pups and they looked and smelled beyond amazing ! Online booking was easy and when I arrived I was able to add on services and told the specials

THE lazy McDonald's of pet grooming!They kicked my dog out mid-haircut because purely because he moves his arms too much, and they just kept saying "he's a liability because we're corporately owned." No bath or anything. All they did was shave down his body and didn't touch his head nor tail. Never in the years my dog has been alive has anyone else ever kicked him out.I took him to Pauline's after petco kicked him out, and they loved him there! They said most dogs move their arms when getting groomed because that's a normal dog thing, they had no issues with him!
