We heard wonderful things about Aubrey as we have been trying to find a groomer for our pet Mila and our Pastor was definitely right about her. Our Mila is small but can be difficult at times and Aubrey was very understanding, compassionate and patient with her. We feel very blessed to have found Aubrey and Mila is happy too.

This store and the the employees in Vetco are horrible! My 10 year old dog got fleas pretty bad this summer. It was the first time since I rescued her. I tried pretty much everything they had that was over the counter. The sorresto collar, the newest frontline and Capstar. $200 later and nothing worked for my poor girl. I couldn’t go on giving her baths every couple days and my brother told me about Nexgard. First I tried to order it from Chewy but Petco in Port Orange would not ok it with Chewy which seemed unusual since my dog had just had a recent checkup with their vet in their Vetco. I called and spoke to the girl in Vetco. I said do you have Nexgard before I make the 20 min drive over. She assured me they did. I even asked her to check and make sure they had the right one for my dog’s weight in stock. Again she said they did. The next day when I arrived at Petco the very same girl told me that they don’t carry Nexgard and sold me one of their “magic pills” for $20. Classic bait and switch! After looking their brand up and reading some horror stories I drove back to return it. I love my dog to much to give her something that could harm her. The Vet came out and I had to fight with her to take the pill back and oagree to OK Nexgard with Chewy. It worked and my dog is finally flealess. Do not under any circumstance deal with these crooks. They do not care about animals only money and they will straight up lie to you!

I was having concerns with my new and existing fish and items to use with them. These guys took me above my knowledge base even with my research on the internet. Love them. Kind, courteous, helpful beyond expectations. Purchase date was late evening on 11.27.23 if it helps identify the staff as there were 3 who helped me. Thank you so much!! Now my little guys are happily swimming, eating, and exploring. :)

We brought our mini golden doodle in for the first time to get a trim ONLY around his eyes and a Sani- trim. We specifically told the Tech not to shave him because we like his look like a teddy bear. We came to pick him up and she shaved him! He looks absolutely ridiculous! We will never go back there again!!! To spend that type of money and get exactly the opposite of what we told her not to do. Before and after pictures….. so upset!!!

The selection of dog food was decent. The place was clean. My complaint is that things like harnesses and dog clothes are not all together but spread out all over the store. There were some isles dedicated but items were also found on end caps and other isles. I they might be arranged by brand? It was confusing

Everyone was very professional and polite. My cat was nervous, but he calmed down when the assistant held him and let him look out the window. I was very pleased with the amount of kindness they showed to me and my cat.

WILL NOT BE BACK HERE DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE STAFF!! My daughter and her friends were at this location tonight and my daughter wanted a mouse well my wife went to go pick them up so she could purchase it because she is under 18 and got stuck at the light she told the lady that my wife was at the light about to turn in this was about a minute before they closed the lady said ok. My wife pulls in and they are kicking her and her friends out because it turned 7 even tho they knew my wife was there so my wife says don't worry well come tomorrow to get it I got stuck at the light went to leave and my daughter and her friends tell my wife that they ONLY KICKED THEM OUT. My wife asked what she meant and they tell my wife that there is an adult couple they let stay in the store and finish but kicked them out. So my wife gets out to go talk to the lady she opens the door to let the gentlemen in that's collecting carts and asks my wife can I help you. My wife says yea I was here to pay for my daughter's mouse but got stuck at the light and she said you kicked them out she said rudely well we close at 7 and my wife said she was already inside you knew I was here you saw me get out of my car as you kicked them out and my wife said my daughter also said you only kicked them out and not the other shoppers inside my wife said there is an adult couple inside. The lady looks at my wife then says Noone else is inside , but as my wife is getting in her vehicle the lady is again unlocking the doors for the couple laughing with them as she is letting them out after she just lied to my wife's face about Noone being inside. This is absolutely unacceptable. My wife called cooperate about it because it's not right to treat your customers especially children this way and lie to your customers as well. I've shopped at Petco for years but because of this I will NOT be back.

So, apparently, if you call ahead like I just did to ask to put product to the side, they don’t and just look at you. Then you have to go get it and wait in line again. BUT if you forget your entire wallet in your car they hold your place and we all have to wait until you come back. Two different people went to their cars because they forgot their wallet while I waited a second time. Thanks guys

Petco at the Port Orange Pavilion has quite a large selection of pet products. Including food, & treats, beds, bowls, leads, collars, etc. They also have a large selection of foods, including raw dog food. They are a good place to shop for all your pets needs.

New to the area was looking for a groomer to bring our Pom to, I didn’t mind paying a bit more but his hair was uneven around his ears and head. He was supposed to have a teddy cut but it was sadly mis shaped, he has been getting groomed for 5 years now every month so I’m sure it wasn’t due to him moving. People were friendly but I had to try to fix the mess.it was a mess around his face to but u can’t tell from the pic it looked like one side was swollen

I took my precious Yorkie in for his appointment today Sunday 02/27/2022 for a bath/ cut for close to 60.00 bucks which I think is too high for a small breed. However, the young man by the name of “Skylar” cut my puppy hair today. Now in the past I’ve never really had a problem with his haircuts when it was done by another young lady but she was off and already booked.So upon picking my baby up when Skylar brought him out I can immediately see quite a few areas where his cut around the right/left side of his head/ face we’re definitely Uneven. So once I brought this to Skylar attention he took him back and with assistance/ help from another young girl who was cleaning up she helped him with both sides. So I asked Skylar has he ever cut yorkie hair before and he said“Ummm only a few”Well once again after bringing my baby back out I noticed also that he DID NOT trim his ears correctly at all. As a matter of fact his ears looked exactly the same way they did when I dropped him off. So once I brought the ears to his attention with a facial expression as if I was getting on his nerves or he was rushing to get off he took my puppy back and tried to trim his ears but again they looked the same.I have pictures that I took of my puppy ears/ both sides of his face and you can clearly see in the pictures that his hair is definitely uneven without a doubt. Paying that kind of money for a puppy to be groomed I mean u can at least act like u care or know what u are doing.

To receive a rabies shot for my cat should have taken the doctor 6 min. the scheduler to me does not know how to do scheduling and someone should keep the doctor on his toes and which room to go to next never go back there again terrible experience

Used to fight dunlawton traffic to get my dog's nails trimmed and buffed here. The techs did a good job if I could get him in. Refused once because his rabies tag expired, - understandable. Recently took dog to get shots and went to petco while I already had him in the jeep. Was turned away again, told that I had to wait 24hrs after vaccinations in case there was a reaction. Sure, I guess they have their rules. But I found an established groomer nearer to me so I don't have to fight traffic. They did not even ask for my dog's shot records. And what was $26 including tip, is now $15 for same service and quality. That's a win win win. I won't be back to Petco

My mother, child and I went in and bought 500 dollars worth of dogs beds. The “manager” Amanda was HORRIBLE! No sense of humor, rude and just an unpleasant woman. But I must say everything was a pleasant experience until her which is why I gave it a 3 star! Amanda, learn from your poor attitude and do better.EDIT: (response to owner) thank you, we definitely love your store and will definitely be back again, maybe just not that one. Thank you again!
