I stopped at Pet Supermarket last week in search of a specific pet toy. The cashier was very friendly & helpful and was able to show me a few options about what I wanted to purchase. The store was clean and well stocked. I highly recommend Pet Supermarket!

Bought some fish.took them home and they starting dieng and also what ever was wrong in their tanks showed itself a couple of days later.dead fish on the bottom and the tanks started getting nasty looking.stay clear.i salvage half my very established tank.took quite a bit of work

My past experiences was good.I used passed Mr. Petman and couple other stores to come here but new manager/employee is very rude And choose n pick to be nice to only certain kind people, its very disappointing for customers. we Misses old employees and managers used to really great place to shop at but not it's just a store with rude people working. Hope corporate look into this.

I had never been in this place and assumed it was a lot like Petco or PetSmart but I couldn't find what I wanted at Walmart in their pet section so I went across the street to this place I could not believe the insanity of the prices I was in that store less than 4 minutes before I just shook my head and left unreal and by the way a lot of your fish tanks had floaters in them I mean do you even check your tanks I saw at least nine dead fish shame on you

My 1st time in there and I had a wonderful experience. My fiancé and myself had a lot of questions regarding our turtle babies and the young lady Named Hannah that helped us was awesome.. I know that next time I go in ill not leave there with questions... This is the friendliest and most helpful store imaginable. They took extra time and fitted my tiny pomeranian /Papillion with a perfect harness and had great recommendations for chew toys and treats. There is an obvious love for animals among this very kind and professional staff. Prices are reasonable and they seem to have a bit of everything

I love shopping in this location. One lady in specific and one of the store managers has been very helpful in helping me every single time I walk in this store. Also, I like shopping at pet supermarkets in general because they are clean, and I like the fact that the shelves are usually stocked with items I need for my aquarium.However, the reason for this three star review at this location is to call attention to higher management on one of this store’s managers—— Today I was completely caught off guard with how one of the other store managers treated the situation I created with returning an item to the store the week prior. There was a misunderstanding on my part, however all he simply had to do is simply ask me what I was talking about and say to me “sorry we don’t issue store credits for well fish etc” or whatever the policy is, (sorry I don’t read my receipts if it’s mentioned thyr get folded and put in my purse and forgotten as soon as I leave the store and I don’t ask bc I’m not usually not one to return items unless it’s an object that’s not working) instead he went all the way to the back of the store just to grab the poor employee who helped me and made her come all the way up to the front so she could tell me herself. By doing this he created an embarrassing situation for the employee, for myself, and I left feeling that he was very rude and disrespectful not only to me, but to the employee.Overall, it took me a second to actually process that he had been disrespectful because I’m not used to this from the other employees. I know it’s tough to be a manager, you must be inquisitive, proactive, and give people bad news and be firm without being rude. I literally spent over 500$ at pet supermarket at different locations in the last three weeks, I highly doubt I’m worried about the money I spent on one inexpensive item, I simply misunderstood, and as a manager I think you might want to ask me about it. His whole demeanor just rubbed me the wrong way in how he reacted to me, and in the way he handled the situation. I’m all about what’s fair and right/ wrong, and all about following the rules, just state them so I’m not confused or questioning store policies. I don’t expect free stuff, or ask for discounts, I just want to leave a store feeling like a person not a Felicia.Anyway, this isn’t the first manager type complaint, so to be fair and more specific on who it was your young red-headed male manger. The other store manger at this location is very pleasant. I do not wish to discuss anything further with a call etc as I’ve seen as a replies on other reviews, I just want to call attention to higher management and leave feedback that this guy needs to work on his customer service abilities and attitude. The lady who helped me acted more like manager material, she apologized and was firm.... simple.

The team there really cares :) Thank You so much to Tim, Jackie, Hope, and to another girl I'm sorry I didn't catch your name . Getting the animals at home ready before the storm hit was something else. Jackie guided me through the store, showing me many different options and resources available. Tim was knowledgeable about the tank sets and loaded this huge 55 gallon HEAVY tankk set into the vehicle. Hope was comforting, friendly and nice, she also helped load up too! After the storm hit I went back again to find a completely blacked out store. It was disturbing...but when I walked in I saw the same strong team with an additional girl (i'm so sorry I didn't catch her name). She welcomed me with a flashlight and quickly helped me get what I needed. She was knowledgeable in canine diets and helped me feel confident in getting quality kibble for our dogs and pumpkin puree to help ease their stomachs until we were able to serve them home cooked meals again. Thank You so much to you all for caring about animals.Love,-Anjeupdate! I went back to the store today for bird food and saw that other girls name was Bailee, thanks so much!

I like to come here when I need food for my fur baby. One thing I don't like is that I notice the price here is more expensive and has been set in the confusing way than any other places for example, ceasar wet food here costs 1.39 each when you buy a 12 packs one it will cost you 16.99 which suppose to be cheaper than buying a single pack however if you calculate it, I will cost around 1.41 each. When walmart only cost 1.28 a pack and 14.99 per 12 packs. I assume pet supermarket will be more price competitive since it is a pet store but you might want to be careful when buying something and calculate it well.

Coming here was, by far, my best experience at a pet store. The staff was very knowledgeable and able to help me get exactly what I needed to make my pets happy and healthy. I’d also like to point out that the store was very clean, in comparison to so many other pet shops. I’ll definitely continue going to this store whenever I need anything for my babies.

I love Pet Supermarket. I usually go to the one on Atlantic closer to my home, but this one was convenient while I was running errands. I received the same friendly, helpful service. The only thing is that the clerk forgot to mention to me that I had $5 in rewards. But I will spend that next visit. I also got a great deal on some Halloween costumes for my dog during this visit.

I always have issues at this location, but the others are consistent. It seems the good employees at this one never stick around. Probably has to do with the great value Seth Rogan looking manager with an attitude.

This pet store really was differance. As I walked in everyone one I seen that worked there and when I made it back to the birds a young man really impressed me and asked a lot of questions. When I Assured him I would take good care of the bird he then set me up completed with all I need. My friend loved everything and the birds name is blinkee. Thanks.

Visited the store on Jan. 6, 2020.Both young women that waited on me were wonderful!Very interested in finding the right brand of food for my special needs cat. Took a lot of time to Google the different brands so they could answer my questions.I was very impressed with their training but also with what appeared to be a genuine desire to be pleasent and helpful.Makes me feel proud of these two high school age young women. . .I like the store's rewards program too.I will definitelt will be going back!
