I can't speak highly enough about the experience we just had here. My girlfriend and I stopped in to get some frozen feeders for our juvenile ball python and we're shocked by the selection of snakes available here. I had the pleasure of speaking with four employees, a dark haired girl with a sticker on her face, the manager, a very kind soft spoken lady behind the counter, and finally the owner. Each person was genuinely kind, and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel like I was getting the fake customer service treatment. The manager was asking my girlfriend and I about our tattoos and animals. The lady behind the counter was giving me the inside scoop on her animals, and not once did I see that dark haired girl stop working or cleaning out enclosures. I had such a good time I stayed a bit longer than expected and fell in love with a python. Next thing I know I'm buying a breeder tank, stand, and all the goodies. Here's where it gets good. I drive a smaller sedan and the tank fit just fine but the stand would not go in. The owner made a trip to the store, took my phone number down, and drove the stand to my house for no added fee. Now I can't say explicitly that this is protocol or will happen for you, I'm just saying that these guys are willing to go above and beyond to ensure these animals go to a good home. They are the ONLY snake sellers out of three I've gone to that talked to me about spider ball pythons and the wobble, and they even advised me to soak this snake when I got home. I left genuinely feeling good about my purchase, and my girlfriend liked it so much she left contact info for possible employment. There's definitely a good thing going on here. Can't wait for the next feeder purchase so I have an excuse to go back again.

Dog wash was fairly busy on a Sunday afternoon, and I was told we were limited to one hour after I had already started giving my large goldendoodle a bath. I was told I could blow dry on the table for longer as long as I freed up a tub, but was kicked out at an hour nonetheless with a wet dog. I’ve used this wash often and have never been limited in time - would’ve been nice to be given a heads up before my dog was soaking wet and I spent 15 bucks to be rushed out. See attached soggy dog.

The sales staff was very helpful I had a little baby kitten and I wasn't sure how to take care of it they helped me understand the special needs of the kitten I was told that he was 10 weeks old and he's only five and a half weeks old big difference

I brought my pup in for self service wash. The woman at the front, Stefani, was very rude. Initially I thought it was just her personality. But I did notice that others guest were treated exceptionally well by her. Called “love” and thanked for their coming in. The only difference I could see was that I am black and no other patron that came in was not white. When I asked her a question on the self service , she told me I just need to look. Very rude. Very nasty. The other coworkers were all polite.

I never reviewed anything but I will here. I called and asked if pond loaches of any kind were in stock and the male representative said to quote "We might have one or two loaches I'm not sure" I went in to zero loaches and not even a tag for said loaches I asked for. I drove for 30 minutes to a huge disappointment with ignorant staff if I can build a computer at home on my own I feel like we should understand fish species...

Well they went up 50% for dog wash, which is fine but cheapened the towels to essentially paper towels and only give out two. What happened to the microfiber absorbable towels? Then when I asked for soap for both dogs was told I did not need it , one bottle was sufficient for 2 dogs. Really?

The ball pythons that i have seen in the store are EXTREMELY thin, the leopard gecko and the bearded dragon are being housed on sand (which is extremely dangerous, as it can cause impaction. Although, you would expect that would be information any reputable pet store would know, judging that you can find that information within two minuets on the internet.) and fish in the store are extremely over stocked. i will provide photo evidence of each of my grievances.

I usually shop at the Clyde Morris location due to the tarantulas at Nova Road in Port Orange. Today I decided to be brave since the Nova Road location is more convenient on my way home from work. I was in search of a new food for my Great Dane, Captain that would help with his allergies. I was greeted by Logan. He was very polite and helpful to me. He even checked the back to see if they had a smaller bag to try. At check out the store manager who was also very nice told me that Logan is one of his newer employees. I have been in customer service for many years and really appreciated the service I was given. I would definitely recommend this location and will even brave my phobia to return for such great customer service. Oh, and Captain loved his new food!

Brought both my dogs there to use the bathing facilities. They provided us with clean bathing areas, several types of shampoos and conditioners, towels, blow dryer; everything needed to wash the fur babies. Being as we have two large dogs with a lot of hair, this was very convenient and effective for us. Service was great and the pups even got a free treat at the end of their baths.

First impressions were very good. The employee I met was very cheerful and helped me choose the correct flea medication for my 3 cats. This was on a Black Friday, and he even price matched it with a lower price from the chewy website. I left a happy customer and will gladly return.

They have a register entrance roped off to "guide" you in. Stupid idea!!! Better when we could just walk up to the register to pay. Place not busy enough for cattle guides!!!!!

If I could give a lower rating I would. I perform locally as a magician and today I was looking to add a live fish production to my show. I entered the store and a young clerk asked how I was doing. I proceeded to the fish section with my cart and selected a few items to keep the fish and feed them. When I was ready to buy some fish, the clerk had gone off somewhere else. I noticed a cashier up at the checkout with out any customers. As I approached she said, without even looking up, “There’s someone back there already”. In a what I would describe as an off putting tone. And then waved me off like I was some annoying child. She didn’t even get it when I mocked her and said I’d be going somewhere else. She just said, “it will only be a few minutes”. Apparently she was completely unaware of how rude she had just been to me. What has happened to kind, polite service. It better come back really soon, or I can say your brick and mortar store won’t last much longer. I for one won’t be shopping here for what could have been years of consistently resupplying for my show. 🤷‍♂️

I went for a collar for my puppy & was very surprised by the inventory they carried for all types of pets. I was glad to hear that they have a wash station for your pets too since I'm disabled and can't get on the floor to wash my puppy. I bought long lasting bones that my puppy just loves but for him, they aren't that long lasting. Maybe a couple of hours.

As usual the service I receive here is always on point. If I had to give one deficiency it would only be that you can no longer pay in advance for curb side pick up any longer. The employees are great as is the service andi can not say that enough.

I was in the store for a good 20 minutes before someone came over to help me. Then the associate tried selling me a bunch of stuff that I definitely didn't need, and wasn't very knowledgeable. I'm glad I knew what I actually needed (though they didn't even have it.) It's ok for her to not know about bearded dragons, but don't try and sell me bulls##t. Either get an associate that knows what they're talking about, or say you're not sure.If that wasn't annoying enough, their prices are absurd. Even if they actually had what I needed, I probably would have gone somewhere cheaper.My final complaint is that they clearly don't care about their Betta fish. Two were already dead in their tiny plastic cups and the rest didn't look like they were doing that great either.Don't waste your time or your money here.
