Staff was so friendly and helpful. I was in a bind with being unable to get appt with our regular groomer. They were able to fit my 2 senior dogs into their schedule on the same day that I called even though my dogs had never been there. They did an amazing job and they were quick! It alleviated the stress of my dogs having to sit in a kennel for 4 hours. They were done with both dogs in 2 hrs and they looked beautiful. I highly recommend them. Gabby was our groomer and she was awesome!!

Our Morkie has had some traumatizing experiences with various local groomers. They took their time with him here at Pauline's and made him comfortable. He also had one of the best cuts he's had to date. We definitely found our new go-to groomer! Thank you !

I recently moved to the area and tried Pauline’s. The first visit went well. No issues. However when I returned for a second visit my dog was groomed by a different groomer without my being notified. I learned when I picked her up the previous groomer had issues with her but never told me. Then they told me the charge for the groom was $75 when it was supposed to be $65. She wasn’t matted and didn’t need special treatment. They insisted that was the new price. Again they appeared to raise price without informing me. However the worst was the cut I found on the inside of her front leg from the razor when I got home. They neglected to let me know she was injured. I know sometimes dogs squirm around and it’s not the gooomers fault but at least let the customer know. In addition the vet and I noticed other razor burns. Do not use Cindy. Do not go here at all. They are not reliable or reputable. I’ve since learned this is the the original Pauline’s. She sold her name and good reputation to these new owners who are destroying it.I demanded and received a full refund

The absolute best! Every time I've taken my pups here, this is the only place my dog Jake leaves with a smile on his face! Devion has great artistic vision, is attentive to detail, and committed to the quality of his craft. My dogs have high anxiety about grooming, and the staff at Pauline's Pet Styling have always been beyond patient and put my pets at ease. My dogs leave changed animals, and I'm always obsessed with how great they look, feel, and smell! I can't see myself ever going anywhere else as long as I live in the area. Thanks yall! 💜😄

Devion is simply fabulous. I adopted a poodle X and quickly found many salons don't want medium to large breeds. Pauline's said come on in. And how lucky I was to find such a lovely salon and groomer.Thank you Devion for your magic every visit.

Went to Pauline’s based on local recommendation. The staff warmly welcomed my large dogs and were fast, professional, and reasonably priced. They quickly eased my concerns about one of my dogs being apprehensive to having his nails trimmed. Two pups in and out the door in 10 minutes on the first visit. We all left happy and will be back.

Great service! Took my pup in for the first time a few weeks ago. They told me it would be about an hour and he was ready. Had to take him back a few days later because the cut wasn't short enough for me, and they cared about my satisfaction. Really appreciate their excellent service.

Today I brought my 12 yr. old Yorkie in to be groomed. I was nervous because it was someone new. Devion did a fantastic job! He groomed her just like I had wanted. I could tell he was very good with Tiki because she was happy😁. She was back to her lizard hunting as usual- LOL!

I have been bringing my CKCS to Pauline’s since 2016. We come twice a year. I have had Elaine who was the absolute best and is now retired. I had someone after that who had twins and was good but left. I had someone who didn’t do the best job but was professional. I have been going to Gabby for a while. I have always had excellent interactions with both the groomers and the receptionists. On October 3, I made an appointment over the phone for my dog to be groomed by Gabby. The man I spoke with had a deep voice and northeast accent; I knew I had never spoken to him before. He noted that Gabby fills up quickly and made the appointment for October 18 at 3:30. After I hung up, I requested an hour off from work on the 18th. I arrived at Pauline’s a little before 3:30. A man with the same voice who made my appointment was on the phone. Apparently, a dog had been groomed, and the owner wasn’t completely satisfied and wanted to bring him back for a touch-up. The man asked if I was there for nails. I said “Nails..and grooming.” He started to argue with the person on the phone by saying that they had been there many times and have never had a problem. He then went back to the grooming area a couple of times to discuss this dog who required a touch-up. He was still on the phone with the original customer, checked the computer, and again said that I didn’t have an appointment. I told him that I did and that he was the one who made it for me because I remember his voice. I also said that I took time off from work right after I made it. Meanwhile, a woman came in with Blue, a schnauzer, who had a 3:30 appointment with Gabby. He concluded his phone call and went back to the grooming area with Blue. He came back and said they couldn’t fit me in. I asked when they could. He was looking at the schedule on the computer. I said, “I just want you to understand that you did make this appointment for me. I know because I requested time off right when I got off the phone.” He raised his voice and angrily said that he didn’t want to argue, but there’s no way he made this appointment. My jaw literally dropped at the level of the volume of his voice and his tone. Then, mocking me, he made the same expression I made. I then must have tilted my head in disbelief and he did too, mocking me once again. He asked, “Do you want an appointment or not?” I paused as I couldn’t believe his attitude and said, “No, I do not want an appointment.” I started walking out and said, “Wow! I guess this is why people say don’t use Pauline’s,” as three people in my neighborhood have said this. He yelled at the top of his lungs, “Get out of the shop.” I was shaking. I know I made the appointment; I also know that mix-ups happen. All he had to say was, “Oh my goodness. I am so sorry, but I don’t know how this happened. Let me see when we could get you rescheduled,” and Pauline’s would still have me as a customer. This was the most unprofessional encounter I have had in my entire life (now in my 50s), and it really upset me. This person should not be dealing with people or animals. It should have been a red flag to me when he didn’t even greet my dog when we arrived.

Coming from the north, it’s been hard to find a great groomer for my sketchy chihuahua. She’s anything but easy. I called Pauline’s and explained all her needs! No issue !! Booked and then picked her up - she looked amazing !!! Amber did an amazing job with my Madison ! We already booked her next appointment! Ignore her poor me picture - it’s her 🤣

Beware this is the 2nd time I got my dog done here and they messed it up the owner made it right the first time the second time there making me wait after paying $100 earlier customer service guy horrible attitude he’s lucky I’ll tell ya that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone the older lady is not that good at her job the younger lady very good front desk horrible service cut my dog all the way down naked not what I asked for it looks absolutely awful beware beware beware I’ll be spreading the word

Our dog has extreme anxiety and after trying a few other local pet grooming businesses that could only trim some of his nails, we tried Pauline's and glad we did. Gabby sits down on the floor with me as I try to hold my dog and she uses the nail grinder and quickly grinds down each and every nail as close to the quick as possible without hitting it! We are in and out in 10 mins. Great job and couldn't be happier with their service!

My babies first grooming and was so happy! Nate did a wonderful job frooming my golden retriever. He was kind, patient, and very gentle with him. Laurie at the front desk did a great job fitting me in and getting me all the information I needed. Am so pleased with this company and will absolutely be coming back- specifically with Nate!

I debated on leaving this review. I feel like my bad experience is partially my fault because I didn’t put my foot down. But the fleas are not. My dog has never had fleas and this place gave it to him. Sigh. I told the groomer my pup doesn’t like his nails clipped but loves baths. I told her the vet normally muzzles him for nail clippings and asked if they had any muzzles for me to put on. The groomer said they do and then said she’d do the nail clipping now and asked me to help. I said sure, she brought out a towel, clippers and muzzles. I’m not a professional which is why I bring my dog to someone else to clip his nails. I sat on the floor in the lobby and held my dog and his legs out for her, he did alright with the first 3 paws and was overwhelmed by the last. The groomer said “why don’t we give him a break, I’ll bathe him and then we’ll do the last one when you come back”. I said ok. But he never got his last paw clipped. After his bath she said “you said you have one of these grinders at home, he seems more comfortable. Do you want to do it at home where he won’t be so stressed”. I should have put my foot down and said no. But I’m a pushover and just said ok. I cannot believe I essentially paid $55 for a bath (that I could of done at home, he just walks into the shower with me), fleas and a nail clipping I mainly did.

Great experience! Siberian Huskies are stubborn and shed when nervous. So getting my 60 pd girl's nail cut can be a challenge. Fantastic handling of my nervous girl! Will be bringing my other Sibe soon.

In and out for a big-dog paw pedi. Staff did a great job of trimming up dirty pad fur and grinding down long nails. Hector's feet are nice and clean again! 🐾

Did not have a good experience with our Husky. Groomers did not take their time with our pup and their deshedding process did not work. Groomers insisted our dog has a skin infection that is causing her to smell. Not sure if this was a vet or a grooming shop for pets but we regret going here. When we mentioned that our dog was recently at her vet for a check up. Groomers looked at us as if we didn’t know what we were talking about. Just thought we should let others know about our experience.

When some renamed chain groomers and some local business (VIP) kept delaying and changing at the very last minute our appointments made months ago, at Pauline's they were able to accommodate a late request and to our surprise the service was EXCELLENT !!! The staff treat our pets with clear and honest affection, not like in Petco or PetSmart where their employees truly hate their job and they don't care if the hurt your pet. I had mine cut in couple occasions.I will never leave Pauline's, not only their installations are comfortable, with air conditioner, clean holding cages but the way the staff treat the customers is remarkable. I very rarely give a 5 stars review but in this case, is very well deserved !!!!

I can not express how greatful I am to this place. I adopted my baby 3 weeks ago from the shelter and he had severe matting. After speaking with many groomers and even several vets with no success. Pauline's Pet went above and beyond and shaved my baby. You ladies are a godsend to me and I can't thank you enough for what you did for Puff. Everyone should go here and I will recommend them to everyone.

We took 2 dogs in. Our older dog, (a Schnauzer) the groomer done EXACTLY what I requested. The best she has looked in a long time. Our little dog, was supposed to get her face, feet and butt trimmed, and ears CLEANED OUT. That groomer did a good job too, BUT.... she bobbed her ear hair off without consulting me... I did not think I needed to tell her NOT TO TRIM HER EARS. My overall experience was good.

The staff there are terrific. I especially recommend Elaine. She truly loves dogs- it shows in everything she does. Having my dogs groomed is a highlight of the month thanks to Pauline's! Did I mention that you can't beat their prices? AND they give everyone a personalized Christmas ornament in December. Seriously, I love Pauline's. Don't forget to tip b/c they're the best!

I cannot rave enough about the staff that work at Paulines! We have had several groomers because I am terrible about scheduling appointments so it's always last minute and my little YorkiePoo always looks AMAZING! They are so incredibly nice and do their best to get you in and out as fast as possible. 45min-1Hr for a full spa treatment! For my little one that has separation anxiety this is HUGE! We LOVE Paulines and highly recommend their entire team!!
