Kaitlyn was very sweet and helpful with the info about the puppies that I inquired about and letting us interact with them to appreciate their personalities.Still making my mind but definitely that’s the place to choose Our next Baby!

Stopped by Waggles with my family and this store is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in you can see how well the puppies are taken care of. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. Crystal went above and beyond and took the time to answer all of my questions. We are now the proud owners of beautiful Shibu Inu. Thanks Waggles for our new family member!!

I can't even begin to say how skeptical I was going to a "puppy store" but I am so happy we went in for a visit. The store was spotless as well as the kennels and play areas for the puppies. The girls working were so friendly and helpful and provided answers to every question I asked. The medical care the dogs receive is very in depth and the certifications and warranties the puppies at Waggles have is more than offered at a lot of private breeders. I was highly impressed and wouldn't hesitate to get our next family addition from Waggles.

We have been looking for a dog for about a month before we found Waggles. My preferred breed is the Bernese Mountain Dog. We arrived at the store and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable with all of the breeds in store. They answered all of our questions and provided all paperwork on their dogs to include breed, shot records and family tree.We saw Rylie on their website and fell in love immediately. Once I’m store we sat in a the meeting room for over an hour playing and learning about the Cavapoo.The store was very clean, organized, and staff was amazing.Very impressed!!!!!If Rylie should ever need a friend, we will certainly be back!!!!

We had a wonderful experience at Waggles Puppy Boutique. Nicole was amazing. She was super friendly and informative when we asked questions. She allowed us to play with Basset Hound. We will definitely return when we are ready to purchase our future puppy.

Waggles is probably the best place to get a puppy in all of Charlotte County! I recently got a Labrador from them, and he is the best dog I could ask for. They basically did the potty training for me. They take amazing care of their dogs. I have the breeder’s information plus my puppy’s family tree. Very reputable puppy store I highly recommend!

It was a very pleasant and pleasurable visit. Very friendly and polite staff. My daughter was excited to pet all the different puppies she wanted them all he answered all the questions she had happily. I'm happy 😊 about the petting area. Will surely visit again.

We had a great experience. We got to take multiple pups out and see each personality. All the staff were very personable and knowledgeable. My husband and I were super impressed with how clean they kept everything. We are so happy we bought our puppy from them!

As soon as we walked in, Nikki greeted us and welcomed us. She offered all the services and was great at answering all of our questions. The kiddos played with three different puppies and everyone was very polite. Will definitely come back and recommend to all my friends and family. Five starts!

Got this sweet boy on Monday after Hurricane Ian. Traveled all the way from Miami & the owners were kind enough to wait for me to arrive a couple hours after they closed. Scooby came with all of his up to date puppy vaccinations/papers, and they even were so kind to give me two bags of food out of just pure kindness! Highly recommend coming here to get a puppy. Scooby is great! Kaitlyn was my sales associate & was so great also were very helpful & knowledgeable about the dogs.

Employees were equally professional. After playing with puppies in puppy enclosures ,the floors were immediately cleanedCages were also cleaned as you played with themVery good experience.

my son and i walked in to look at pups and get a few things for my dogs at home and Katlyn and Nathaniel were amazing. very friendly and knowledgeable staff. highly recommend for anyone looking for new puppies and/or supplies for their pets at home.

Called to purchase a dog and I asked to speak to one of the owners. Manager made that simple request impossible. Customers exspect to know who they are doing business with. Very poor store policy. I provided my own number and asked for a call, you would think an owner would like to speak with a potential customer.

I bought my very first puppy from Waggles. Her name is Luna. She is the best puppy ever!! I fell in love with her the second I laid my eyes on her. The staff is super friendly and they helped me out a lot!! The place is kept very clean. Waggles is the best!!!

PUPPY HEAVEN!! Amazing place to unwind and play with kinda of breeds. Dogs are microchipped and vaccinated. Also friendly employees who spend lots of time and give lots of care for each and every pup!
