I stopped into tractor supply as a favor to try and help out a neighbor. I was looking for Lime powder. I had a lot of questions. John at the front desk was incredible!He listened with the intent to understand, ot simply reply. He was ever so helpful answering all of my questions as well as making a few other suggestions to resolve the problem. I hope TSC sees what an asset he is to their store, we need more people like John.

I love this TC. I’ve come here ever since I was a kid, it was my favorite store. It’s always clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff are polite and helpful. The stock is always up to date, and the layout is well marked and intuitive. The large items outside are well marked for information and prices. The checkouts are either with an associate or self-checkout and have a lot of available convenience items. I still enjoy coming here whenever I have time. 5 stars!

Would recommend this store to anyone!! When I 1st pulled in to the parking lot I thought they were closed but they weren't. I had a feeling that set a precedent for a bad experience. I had dread going in. Im so thankful that I was wrong though the female cashier was more than helpful locating products within the store and assisting in completing the sales transaction!! As well as giving referral for other animal services that I need assistance with!! Oh an when I walked out there was a double rainbow in the sky!!

Laziest employees ever...They refuse to fill propane because it's sprinkling out.After calling them and they told me to come on over to fill my tanks.Garbage! Will not buy from this store ever again.

Amazing Tractor supply store! I have relied on Tractor Supply for years to get the supplies I need to care for my dogs and puppies. They have vaccinations, worming meds, dog/puppy food, kennels, creates, everything and anything you could need! This store in particular is always extremely clean, and the employees are Exceptionally helpful!

Purchased my 1st batch of chick's EVER this year. I bought 6 one day and 6 more 2 days later. Unfortunately lost 2 early on BUT out of 10, only 2 Roosters and an amazing variety of Cochin Bantams! Love TSC!!!

Placed a pick up order and was cancelled because they were out of stock. Checked again and now says they had 6. Customer service said I would have to wait one week for the item to be stocked . Plan to make a trip to the store just to make sure however it is truly unfortunate that they lack supplies and that I would have to pay 25. to pay for shipping or drive 40 minutes to the next store.FOLLOW UP. Went to this location and they had 3 bales which I could see. Either someone did not look to see if it was in stock or really not sure why it was cancelled.

Nicole went above and beyond to help me find what I needed! And she was so very nice and helpful. Taking time to go look for another bag of dog food and even taping up the damaged bag I found. Absolutely wonderful staff. :)

AWFUL!! Went into the store to pick up grade 70 chain today. None on the shelf so I asked an employee if they had any in back. He looked at me like I was crazy and said with extreme certainty that they do not and never have had grade 70 chain. It was at this point that I showed him the shelf that had the tag and bucket that read grade 70 chain. The employee just shrugged. I had to walk away at this point because I felt like I was being gaslighted.I'm a patient person and I understand the staffing challenges that businesses are facing at this time but this is not the first, second, third or even fourth issue I have had at this store. I don't know how the ordering process works but there have been things out of stock for months and months. I just don't understand that I have to drive to the Arcadia store to pick up things that I should be able to get at the Port Charlotte store. You can not count on this store to have what should be stocked even if the website says it is in stock. Please, Please get it together as I would love not to have to travel to Arcadia.

Mean unfriendly stuff. Short on supplies, no workers for assistance. I wanted to get some baby chickens, the worker didn't even let me to take a look on them to pick, but people before just went inside and got what they wanted! I ended up not getting anything! So rude!!!

We love Tractor Supply but this store is usually a chaotic mess and customer service is lacking. It’s closest to home so I still give it a chance when I can. Today I came in to buy an item that said it was available for same-day pickup. Circled the store a few times and couldn’t find it, so I asked two separate associates where the item was located and they had no clue. The third person I asked paged the store manage for assistance three times but the manager never responded. After waiting almost 10 minutes at the front counter, I gave up and walked out. Then back in the the parking lot, I placed a same-day pickup order for the Venice store and picked it up without any issue. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different Tractor Supply.

I lost a lot of my time to come here and I don’t find what I want, the shelf’s all the time is so empty, ( plumbing, electrical, tools… today I stop by at 8:10 pm the store closes 9:00 pm and I asked to fill 2 forklift propane tank and they told me no. I’m done with this place and I don’t recommend this place for anyone.

I purchased an item from this store that was supposed to be a 2 pack and it was $40. Somebody had returned it to the store as a 1 pack. I didn't feel like driving back to the store, but I called the customer help number and they are sending me a gift card for $20. Good business. I only ever do clean business and I appreciate when that is reciprocated. Good job Tractor Supply. You will keep my business.

Never answer the phone! Advertise that they have trees in stock and they don't even have a garden center! Called store 3 times letting it ring 45 times each call. No answer. Drove 30 minutes to pick up what the site said I could curbside pick up. Lady said they haven't had peach trees in quite a while. I complained that they didn't answer the phone and she said they didn't hear it. Called the 877 number. Told hold would be 4 minutes. 35 minutes later I hung up. I will NEVER grace Tractor Supply again! You suck!

Store manager Jessica served us and did a wonderful job for us on chicken day's issues. I were so shocked she is so knowledgeable and experienced with chicks and she did the dirty works herself. She even answered phones everyday from us for asking if the chicks were arriving ... Finally , Mar. 24, became my lucky day to get the chicks i wanted, and Jessica appeared to be more happy than us. I will always be appreciated because this is our best Fl shopping experience since we moved to here. Sure I would highly recommended! !!

I enjoy this store very much, and have allways Had a good experience. The last vist I showed up about 15 min prior to closing, and I felt the less then happy service at checkout. At one point I could hear the employee's talking, asking where I was at now! After many years in retail, the fact that a customer is/ or was wanting to purchase, should be enough to smile about.

Slightly smaller store. They have whatever you may need. I posted this before along with 4 stars.Update, the workers at this location are becoming lazy. Tried filling propane tanks twice. I needed 2 30lb filled. 14 gallons, around a $50 dollar sale. Day one was between passing showers and they apparently won't fill if there is a cloud in the sky, a hard time during the summer in florida. Tried again several days later no rain no clouds, they claimed the equipment wasn't working. Sounds like the staff doesn't want to work either.ThanksI took my business elsewhere.

Horrid experience. Looking for our dog's wet food and on line it listed Port Charlotte TS had it in stock. Sent my husband to go into the store and pick up the canned 4health which our dog always eats (3 different flavors). There was none on the shelf. The store was a mess and you couldn't get around the aisles. He asked someone about the food we needed and the guy said "guess we don't have it" and walked away. This isn't the first time. And we will not order for curbside pick-up as every time we did, the food was out of stock.

Idk why this one and the one in North Fort Myers Are the same unhappy employees and short supply’s if you get a chance go to the Arcadia one you’ll probably never step foot into the one in Port Charlotte or Fort Myers again

I love shopping there. Prices are great for bird seed, peanuts,and gardening. That's not all. They have great clothes. My grandkids live up north, so anything different from what everyone else is wearing they love. I like the clothes, too.

Great price on propane refill, while the process of having to go inside and then back outside to meet the person, then back inside to pay was tedious, I was thrilled with the expertise of the representative who filled tank. Made sure to inspect everything and fill tank by propane put into and not just weigh before and after, definitely saved money, and got better feeling my tank was in good shape. Love when they go the extra mile. I wish they had button to push for letting representatives know they had someone that needed propane and save me a trip back in the store. But cashier was super friendly.

Great store and product selection. I recommend you buy online and pick up in store to avoid the long checkout line. I'm not sure why it takes a while to checkout but it seems to always take longer than usual at these stores. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would give 5 stars if the checkout wasnt always a slow process. Not to often is there more than one register open.

I do not recommend this store to anyone. Management ( crystal) very rude and unprofessional!!! Some employees (not all) also extremely rude!!!!! The tractor Supply in Arcadia is so much better!!! Stay away from the one in port charlotte off Kings Hw !!

Great place for pet and livestock supplies. Also rugged clothing, boots, gardening supplies and so much more. Trailers, gun safes, sporting goods, tools and many things you would not find at a home improvement box store, or even a pet store. We were looking for a large tub to bathe a hundred plus pound dog and they had the perfect solution. This is the kind of store you need to just go and spend some time browsing as they have so many various kinds of stock...even some jewelry. Staff are always courteous and friendly.
