Ali (That Girl!! ;P) is the BESTEST groomer in ALL of the LANDS & Pam is also AMAZING as well!! I assumed Fran was the store manager because she's always there, loves animals, very friendly, eager to assist and makes sure the customer is always taken care of! No matter if it's fixing a sale pricing inconsistency or just answering basic customer questions! Pet Supplies Plus, Fran is a GREAT Assistant Store Team Lead!! I must also say that all other employees that we've interacted with have always been pleasant!A huge THANK YOU from the Miller Family, which include our 5 fur kiddies (Jax, Charlie, Gizmo, Kingston, & Brantley) <3

My dog got his nails clipped and filed here for the first time. The ladies in the grooming salon were an absolute delight. And, they were very gentle with my little dog who has cancer. ❤️At first glance, the retail store doesn't look glamorous, even though it is extremely clean. But, HANDS DOWN, this store has the best selection of dog food, treats, toys, and dog clothing of any of the other pet stores I've been to in Charlotte County. I was so pleasantly surprised!! I will definitely shop here going forward!All their prices were very competitive. Nail trim here was only $15, while my vet charges $30. I'm so happy I found this store!

Went into the store looking for a female Guinea pig and they had quite a few all in cages that looked nice and clean (much better than any other pet store I’ve seen before). The Guinea Pig I ended up getting was super sweet and wasn’t scared of people approaching her which says a lot about the store. All of the employees that helped me knew what they were talking about and were super nice. Definitely will be coming back to get bedding and food for my piggy (Penelope) in the future!

My first time in the store, and I got treated like have always been there. Friendly greetings, discounts and sales clearly marked. Everything is easy to find. I got exactly what I needed and a few things I didn't (my dogs would disagree, treats are mandatory) I was very happy with my purchase and will be back. They have supplies for cats, birds, fish, reptiles and other small animals, in case you don't have a dog. Check them out. I'm glad I did

We wish we had found Pet Supplies Plus first when we were looking for supplies and grooming. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The groomers are awesome with our dogs. The availability of products is great and the prices are comparable if not lower than other suppliers.

I went in today today to grab some food. I was displeased. There was no one there to offer me help, which I needed. Went up to the register, no one to be found. I'll go back to petsmart and keep my grooming there. The shop was filled with fur, which is unsanitary...especially with yhis dog virus going around but the old lady to do nails was awful to me. Didn't have time.and looked at the younger person like I was crazy. I'll stay away!

In this location today. Multiple items scanned wrong price. One item was actually in wrong place. 2nd item was marked in a sale basket with around 20 other exact same items. At no time did cashier or Eli apologize or offer a price adjustment. Eli just tore down the signs that showed clearance price. Another thing they had a dead hamster in a enclosure. Eli also wouldn't let me use a manufacture coupon on a clearance item. Very disappointed in my experience here today.

Everyone that works there is very nice! They have everything you need, from food to toys and training tools, including leashes. The groomers are great! My dog always looks perfect when he is groomed at Pet Supplies Plus. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best pet supply places I have ever been to. I’ve been going here since they opened two years ago. And all the staff there are excellent especially Ozzie. If there’s anything I ever need he always gets it for me. The whole staff has a great attitude and are very friendly. This store is absolutely clean An organized. All their pets that they carry their the cages are always cleaned. There have been pet stores I’ve went to in the past that smelled terrible. I at least go in like once to twice maybe even three times a week because I always need something. I also love that they do price matching. I Definitely recommend this place to my friends and family even at work when I work with the public I recommend it. :) Thank you to the staff there for always being so helpful and nice and making my trip there so much fun :)

I LOVE this store! Knowledgeable, friendly staff. I had a few website order issues and they honored the web prices without balking. I have also used the delivery service that was very helpful when I had shoulder surgery and couldn't drive to pick up dog food. I always find the brands I'm looking for at the best prices. I love the ease of ordering online and picking up at the store. They always offer to bring my purchases to my car. I truly recommend them and they are my "go to" pet supply store from now on.

I went there to get a female Guinea pig because my old girl had passed. Well I found the sweetest baby girl, and she came highly recommended by a sweet little girl and the employee Serena who helped me. They were so nice and helpful. I had such a great visit I put in an online order, and then got more stuff when I went to pick that order up. My new favorite place to shop for my pets. Love it and the employees all super friendly and helpful...

Very nice pet store and I was asked multiple times if I needed help finding something. I indicated no as my dog was sniffing around for what she wanted!Check out staff were very helpful. I was wearing a Veterans hat so she asked if I was a Vet and could I show a Veterans id to verify so I could receive a discount of 10%! I did so and my invoice was reduced accordingly..They also gave me information to get further discounts!Great place, great people, and most importantly, my dog Phoebe liked them!!Sincerely,Mark & Phoebe

I just got home from one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I have an odly shaped dog (a small corgi) and I was looking for a harness for her. The employee who helped me went above and beyond trying to find a harness that fit my pup properly. He was manning the register and assisting on the sales floor. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and Bert has made me a loyal customer! I cannot say enough good things about my experience today.
