My dog woke up one morning and he could hardly walk, his back R hip was really paining him. Didn't know what to do so I looked up hemp oil and CBD oil for dogs. Human CBD/HEMP oil has sugar in it. Dogs oil does not. So I went to Pet Supermart. I went in and they had exactly what I needed. Daily Releaf. My now 17 yr old chiwawa is acting like an older puppy. I had neighbors asking me what I did to him. Because all of a sudden he's so spry and so much happier.

Absolutely horrible. I am a reptile owner and I walked in and saw this; meal worms turned into Beatles (must have sat there for atleast 18 days) praying to god there not feeding those to the lizards/geckos, horn worms with no ventilation to breathe, not to mention the worst of it all NO LIGHTS ON IN THE REPTILES ENCLOSURE ITS NOT EVEN DARK OUT YET… I mean they should atleast wait for the sun to set before completely turning off there heat source. Half of those reptiles need heat 24/7 to so for them all to be off is beyond me. The only light that was on was for the hermit crabs. All crickets were dead small and big. Very unsanitary. Sand was just all over as well. I feel bad for all the animals. Don’t work at a pet supermarket if you are “scared” to care for them or don’t know how to care for them in a proper way.

Be aware….i will never buy another bag of food out of the store ever again. Went to this store to day and bought two bags of wildness puppy large breed foods for my baby just to notice when I got home to feed him, the food has maggots all over his food container. There goes my $131 and my poor pup had to spend the rest of the day without food. 😡 look at the date in the bag Best used by August 4th 2022 today is December 18th

Use to shop here 2-3 times a week. Under new management and its gone down hill. U have to find someone to get help. They just want to stand and talk at the registar. I'll shop elsewhere, thank you.

Purchased the cutest baby bunny today. My wife instantly fell in love with it. When we walked in the front door that same rabbit stood up as if to say HEY HERE I AM. I'M READY TO GO HOME

I was leery after reading reviews but it's right by my work so I stopped in for the first time today. I was looking for freshwater tropical fish. The fish were all mixed up and not in the right tanks and the labels were all over the place but literally every single employee in the store came up to me and greeted me and tried to help me while I was there. They got me signed up for coupons etc and let me know about their holiday specials.I did end up buying some fish and was overall very pleased with my experience there. The friendly staff made more of an impression on me than the disorganized aquarium area.Will go back.

The staff is always friendly and greets me when I come in. SOmeone always asks if they can help me find anything. I have used the "Do it yourself dog bathing" room. They provide all sorts of shampoos, depending on your needs, as well as plenty of towels. I know that this store partners with the local animal shelter. The shelter brings cats to the store to be adopted. And the store collects donations for the shelter. I'm happy to have this store in my neighborhood.

Went in today for the self service dog wash, loved it the staff got me signed in, they were very helpful and kind. Very convenient, Sheba my dog enjoyed the experience, she was glowing with joy. I also looked around for longer leash for, staff assisted me and when we were unable to locate what I was looking for he advised me of the other stores location and that the may have it there being that they had a larger inventory

Used to be my go to store and my girls loved going to see all the new animals. But the last month I haven't seen the one manager who was transfered to my new go to store. I asked after the 3rd time in where he went and Brian the manager was very rude about telling me he doesn't work there anymore. I asked to speak to a manager and that is when he informed me in a nasty way in front of my daughters he was the manager and didn't have time to waste on lying to me. Fish tanks were terrible and animals don't seem to be handled very well. Young girl just sat behind the counter not knowing anything and seemed to busy on her phone to talk to me. I found our favorite manager and you can really see how down hill the store went after he left.

We will definitely not going to that store anymore. Jacob the guy that was attending to the people had us wait until he got done which is understandable, he went up front and told us to hold on after he took care of the customer and we did, guy walks in and he ignored us and went to the other customer that had just walked in and took care of him after telling us to wait. I mentioned it to him and nothing was done, I spoke to the manager Brian and he just smirked about it. Check your cameras and you will see what happened. Never ever again and will never recommended anyone to go there. I put 1 star because I had to but they don't even deserve that star.

I Had such a Great experience here. I was surprised they were open at first but I got help from Sarah who is very helpful. She helped me find everything I needed and she was so patient and she had Alot of helpful information that I needed. Josh the cashier was so helpful as well. Very kind and respectful. these guys need a raise. I thank you guys so much. Keep up the good work.

Ran in just for a Gen 7 pet g7 blue Trailblazer. They only had a display version available. I knew better but got it anyway and paid full price. The next day my husband was pushing it around in the garage looking at it and one of the back wheels popped off. My hubby put it back on but asked me to return it.Once at the store the supervisor told me they couldn’t give me a refund because the stroller had been altered by us putting the wheel back on. Also that because of COVID they couldn’t do returns. I put the stroller in the car and called the manufacturer like she said.They said that THE STORE was responsible and the manufacturer didn’t kick in until 60 days after the purchase date. I drove back to the store. The supervisor called corp. and listened on speaker while I spoke with the manufacturer. Pet supermarket did the refund. However it was so juvenile, unprofessional, frustrating, demoralizing.If you have to return something there, lord help you. Godbless

Worst customer experience i ever have . First time the short guy with a beard told he couldn't get onto a lather cause he was pupping himself and that i have to get fishes from the bottom tank , another time without opening the door to enter the store the same guy very rude told us the store will close in 30 seconds and quote"what do you want " some management most show the salesman here how to approach a client.Never coming back to this store .

These guys rock! The knowledgeable and friendly staff make me a forever customer! Josh goes above and beyond in helping me decide on products for my pets. Sarah is amazing and is always helpful even if they’re super busy. Heck they even remember how many crickets I need each week! It’s the ONLY pet store in town I’ll go to for all my pets’ needs.

I have had many excellent experiences at this store. The cats are well taken care of and well socialized, and all of the animals are healthy and happy. The staff is so helpful especially the young manager Caroline Spoons. This is a wonderful store and I will always shop here for my pets!!

This has been my go to pet food store for at least 10 years. Having multiple dogs & cats, I shop 1 X/month. For every 10 bags you buy, you get 1 free. They must be the same size & brand. No problem, my vet is happy with my choice of food, & everyone is healthy, so no problem. You can change flavor so they don't get bored. I've done the math; no other store beats their prices.They have a clumping litter manufactured for them; it out performs any other brand I have used. The litter box never smells, nor does it have a funky, perfume like smell. If you didn't see it, you wouldn't know there was one. For 4 cats I use 1 bucket per month.The store staff knows their products, are friendly & always willing to help. They have everything a pet or pet parent could want. The best store.

I enjoy this Pet Supermarket because the employees are courteous and friendly. When I have had questions about pet food selection they are knowledgeable and helped me make a good selection. I am in this store every other week to buy cat food and it is clean and the animals they do sell or adopt out are well taken care of!

The kitties were out while their cages were being cleaned, we played with the kitten and snuggled the older cat that had been given up, she was so sweet. It's nice to see the cats out of their cages where they can be loved. The staff were very friendly. This store is older and smaller so everyone gets to know each either.

I went into this store today to get all the necessities for a cat I was adopting. I never expected the store to have the automatic litter box I was planning to purchase on Amazon, but they had it and everything else I needed from a carrier to toys, food, litter. Not only that, but upon entering the store, I was welcomed by the manager, Michael. He grabbed a cart and walked with me down each aisle helping me with the things I would need. He also price matched the litter box. I was blown away by how knowledgeable and kind he was. He would be an asset in any business and I wish there were more people like him. Thanks again for all of your help Michael.

Every time I've been in here. Staff is usually behind the register talking and hanging out. When you have a question or need to know if something is in stock, they act as if your putting them out. The guy there (shorter, longer black hair) is snotty, rude, and not very helpful. I only come here because PetSmart and PetCo are 30 more min up the road, which I will now be driving to. It sucks to because of how many pets we have and how much we spend monthly on them. This store could be so nice if the staff actually cared.

Stopped in to pick up some items for our new puppy. Josh was very helpful. the store no longer let's you shop and Josh goes and picks the items. We were searching for a harness so he picked up two sizes and many styles. He also recommended some potty pads (good suggestion) and some training treats. Josh was very helpful and had a great attitude given all the crazy things going on.

I love everything about this Pet Supermarket, my only negative experiences lately have been with the staff not being as attentive and pre occupied with stocking shelves in the back of the store or other miscellaneous things which I understand is their job, but they should also be paying attention to the customer and their needs. Also for some reason once I find an employee so I can purchase my items they have always taken a long time to ring me up and seem unhappy. The store is always clean and the animals seem well cared for. They have a wide variety of pet products and I think they have great prices and always have awesome sales.
