Seriously. Brick and Mortar at its finest! I AM SO EXCITED I FOUND THIS PLACE! I am new to this. I received a tank as a gift, so that was the impetus to start, but I've wanted to start aquascaping for a while. Then I decided I would get fish. I started reading and watching YT's. HOURS of YT. I googled an independent in the beginning, but I am not familiar with this area, and somehow mistook how far away it was. I've been to the local Petsmart and Petco at least ten times, back and forth with my water samples, countless youths telling me the most basic way forward, or less, because it's their first job and they are doing their best. Some of those were sweet and helpful, BUT I WAS KILLING things by the time I found this place. I literally, JUST placed an online order after the woman in Petco told me my water was, "Perfect," for inhabitants. I needed help and I didn't even know it. It's in a strip mall, and from the front it's hard to see how big it is, but they have A TON of great stuff. The store is pristine in the right ways. The fish are active and healthy. The variety is amazing. They have PLANTS! They have piles of; drift wood, rocks, and coral. Their pricing structure is different. There are some items that are at higher price point, but with the luxury of getting to hand pick my own piece. I didn't know that they matched prices, I didn't ask that. There was ACTUAL VALUE to the information he was giving me and the time he took to give it. Additionally, some prices were the same, and for plants when you factor in the shipping costs and the risks implicit in buying plants online-this is better. They didn't have a couple of things I wanted as far as species and specimens but I didn't see everything they had and he made it sound like they could get what I wanted. I will definitely be back. This place is a gem.

Great info and advice and had the passion for aquatic life. An employee there name Mike Bemaul 10 out of 10 customer support and was always there to guide and give advice when asked. In addition, he was respectful and answer everything clearly. Everyone else was kind too and help out here and there when there was questions needed to be asked. Would recommend to anyone if they are into aquatic life!

Over the past few months we have regularly worked with The Team at Finatic Aquatics building our 75 gallon tank. Today I got to bring home my statement fish, a koi angelfish. From substrate, to plants, and water treatment, to many species of fish they have provided top tier service and education making the whole process enjoyable and easy. They are the epitome of a well run small business and the reason why I will continue to support locally. Thank you Eric, Justin, and Kristin for all your help. 🐠

Recently I have been looking at starting a fish tank. These guys have helped me so much and I’m very thankful for their knowledge. Everything about this place is cool to me the atmosphere,the fish, the designs and most importantly the staff. Just starting my tank I’m very very proud that I was taught how to maintain and keep it well. I only have two snails and some plants at the moment but more is to come soon!

I’m just moved in to Florida and don’t know anyone who can help wit big tank insulation, after calling to the aquarium stores around for the tank installation help only Justin was able to organize and successfully complete installation. It was installation of 230 all glass very heavy tank and cabinet that is in my living room right now. Looking forward to work with Fantastic Aquatics and use their services in the future. Great job. happy we have this store in town. I have many times used big pet store chains for anything fish related, and there usually is a lack of proper information. finatic aquatics, however, has outstanding tanks, stock, and is very knowledgeable and friendly. justin gave me great advice on how to properly care for my tank, and was kind enough to provide a new home for our pleco whom had grown too large. we will be using them for our future fishy needs.

I walked in because I wanted to get my fish tank started. The staff was so extremely friendly and told me all the information I needed to know to be able to get my fish tank going. I now have a beautiful tank in my living room with beautiful fish. The store is extremely clean, and they have such a huge variety. I refer them to everyone. Excellent little shop. Selection of fish in stock isn't huge but they can get toy pretty much any fish you want. The owners are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I've have a 240 gallon aquarium with about 10 fish from their store. The fish they sell are as healthy as I have ever seen.Picture is of my Geophagus which I got from them.

It was amazing!! So many different varieties of fish. The owner was so knowledgeable on all his fish and they were all so healthy and their tanks were so clean. I was so impressed and then I brought water to him and he tested it and gave me solid information to when I should introduce fish.

Made an hour and a half drive to visit Finatic Aquatics in search of fish, plants and some driftwood. My boyfriend and I were not disappointed at all. They had everything we needed and more. The tanks are crystal clear and they had such a variety. On top of all of that, the customer service was absolutely wonderful. They were so helpful and gave us many tips about how to better our tank. The prices were unmatched. Such a great experience. We'll definitely be back!

Great products and services from Pros. These guys have a Wealth of knowledge and are willing to share it.I only came in for floating plants and to look at fancy plecos (which they had plenty of) but couldn’t leave without a well-cared for Red Empress and Redfin Sternella. The tank glass is spotless, you can tell someone spends hours scrubbing and changing water. Not a single dead fish floating randomly but the biggest surprise was it didn’t smell like a fish store, if ya know what I mean.Custom tank stands, African Scenery Pond in the back, the flower horn by the front door, a large healthy selection of various sizes…if this place had beer…. Imagine….I’ll be returning monthly for sure!

These guys are the absolute best! Every fish I've got from there has been healthy and I even got my first fish ever from them, an awesome Yellow Watchman Goby and he's still happy and healthy to this day! They even came to my house and helped install my 40 gallon that I couldn't do on my own and I talked the ENTIRE time and he didn't seem annoyed at all. Always have a great saltwater selection and freshwater too, they answer any questions you have an make you feel so welcome! Definitely come here if you're into the aquarium hobby.

My one stop shop for all my salt water aquarium needs. Justin is always incredibly helpful and has taken plenty of time to go over my livestock care, as well as answer any questions i might have. I try to stop in weekly to stay ontop of their inventory since they always have superb fish and corals, and are competitively priced as well!

So I originally just left a bad two star rating but with the owner adding a snarky comment, I'll elaborate on my bad rating.When I went in there they were super condescending. I've kept fish for almost 2 decades now and instead of help with what I was trying to do I just got the "well, im the expert" treatment. It's been a while since I was there but the guy who was there was telling me stuff that was all wrong about water balancing. I got all of my stuff at another store in Fort Myers for a lower price and they didn't even give me any bad advice that I didn't need. Go to father fish or fantastic fish instead. Worth the drive.
