How can this many miserable people be in one place. Same experience everytime that I never receive at any other CVS, and that’s across the state! Hope they make changes the way they treat the elderly and everyone else has been sickening to witness and endure! I’ve made a formal complaint to corporate as well, and judging by my below reviews that continue to make wave, they clearly aren’t taking this store location’s less than poor business ethics, seriously.This front should lose its branding flag, STAT!

The staff at this CVS is rude and so unfriendly. They barely look at you when you are at the pharmacy, And they are never pleasant.

The worst pharmacy ever!!!! Very very rude staff!! Avoid this pharmacy!! 👎🏻We request a inhalator for my 8 years old daughter, they said next day.. , next day said next day for sure ….! The next day I mean the third day they said is still not there… I was super angry because this is for asthma and is not a game..! They start to be a very rude with me very very rude! Wheti say ok I will go to other pharmacy she said “have a lovely day…” shi was very cynicalI never never had this bad situation

This CVS is absolutely horrible! I've been going for years and nothing has changed, they just get worse. When is corporate going to step in and do something about it? It seems like everytime I go there theirs a new employee, they can't keep them. I was just there, waited 45 minutes in the drive thru because they couldn't find my medication, it was "misplaced". Then when they finally found it, they didn't have my insurance info which I had literally just given it to them 3 days ago! It's always the SAME issue with this place. My wife is the primary insurance holder so I did not have the insurance info on me. I was told when you get home call us. We'll I was on hold for 40 minutes. I gave up. How do they stay in business?

Horrible experience! My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and they were unwilling to fill her prescription. Overdose risk. She can't see her oncologist because of the holidays. Multiple visits. I was told to bring her to emergency! She just did 10 days. I pulled a full litre of fluid from her lungs this morning. She has a tube. Rude, lacking compassion ,and very difficult to work with. Dr. Had to call and they'll fill it "just this one time". Never ever again

My wife spoke to Brianne in pharmacy 4/18 at 2:30pm to request our 2 month old baby's prescription. Brianne informed us it normally would take 24 hours but that she would put it on rush for us, and that we would receive a text when it was ready for pick up. We never received a text. Since it was at the 24 hour mark at this point and we were worried for our little baby I called 4/19 at 2:30pm to find out that the prescription was never requested and not in their system. The nice woman I spoke to on the phone this time informed me that they will take care of it right now, but Brianne dropped the ball and management should consider having a talk with her about the importance of follow-up before setting expectations with customers. Especially when it comes to children's medications. My wife has had problems getting her own prescriptions filled on time with this location in the past, so we will not be using this CVS anymore.

Older Pharmacist, have to find out his name yet. Lied to me about CVS Policy. I had a request from my Doctor for the Pharmacist to fill my prescriptions before I left the State for a short vacation to avoid problems with having them filled out of State. He told me he couldn't do it because it was against CVS Policy. The Pharmacist out of State told me he could have filled them , that was on him . Not CVS Policy. It ended up being more difficult and cost me sixty three more dollars because there was a problem I wasn't aware of and wasn't able to resolve not being at home. Other issues also. Still monitoring.

Called to get RX filled. They said it would be ready the following day. Stopped by the day after & they said it wasn’t ready. Called the next day & was told they are OUT of the medication & waiting for it to come in. If they would of just told me this the first time I called I could of checked another location. Or maybe they should of offered to do that. Terrible service.
