Definitely NOT a class act!!! I do NOT recommend. My dog received the worst chop job ever. And something is wrong with his back leg. He can not walk on it. He is holding it in the air when he tries to walk. And when he does put it down he is hobbling and can barely walk on it. I am livid!!! BEWARE!!!!

The Class Act is a very nice grooming shop. My dog Bella always looks great when I pick her up. I recommend Class Act to my clients I pet sit and they are always happy with the service. My Bella always smells so fabulous after her grooming appointment. Thanks guys for the great service and grooming.😁

Marianne, above all is caring and does an amazing job cutting my pup, she understands that your pet is part of the family and treats them as such. There is a reason she is so busy so plan ahead and make advance appointments.. you will not be disappointed

Definitely not a class act, opens an hour late. Can’t confirm appointments booked 2 weeks out. Doesn’t answer phone calls or text. Messages are always full. No clue how to operate a business. I definitely don’t trust them with my puppy. Highly do not recommend

Has a VERY nice and helpful staff! I took my dog and my dog for a nail trimming and to get washed. The young lady that helped me was very careful, knowledgeable and kind in everything thing she did. Everything was very reasonably priced and did more than I was expecting. One of the best pet grooming places I've found and DEFINITELY the nicest and most caring. If you need anything from a full grooming to just a nail trim, I would absolutely recommend class act grooming. You wont be disappointed!

Ohhh my gosh...i was Sooo Sooo happy yesterday after picking up Maggie Mae at Class Act Grooming 💞. I have tried several Groomers and was Extremely Happy when I picked my Baby up. We moved down here in June of this year and we brought all four dogs to Class Act grooming, first of all we had a blind 14yr old mini schnauzer Sandi who she had taken very good care of but unfortunately she had passed away but loved her spa day and always came home looking great and happy. The other three dogs just love going there they have such a good time and always look great, they seem to enjoy there spa day visits to Class Act and the staff take very good care of our babies. Its hard to find a place that takes special care of your dogs today and treats them like family but we feel this is it!

Only met one groomer and I’m assuming she is the owner! You are awesome! Every-time my shitzu is groomed she looks amazing. Those eyelashes thought Bentley loves going there. I really like the care they give to every animal. I've been going there for about 7 years. They do a great job and you can't beat the price. Update (09/06/21): Unfortunately I am changing my review due to sending several messages and calling with no response. (Over several weeks time). I definitely understand being busy but if you do not want my business just say so. I will take my cat elsewhere.She did a fantastic job with my cat! Abbi looks and is acting like she feels so much better without all the hair and matting. She put up with me and my crazy questions and showed great affection towards her. I will definitely be back as this was a great experience!

Our newly rescued senior havanese was a mess when we got her. Class Act took us last minute on a Friday afternoon. Mary Ann did a fabulous job and little Abby was clearly relaxed in her care! This kind of good customer service is so hard to find these days. It was our turn to find a jewel this time, I guess.

Highly recommend!L!e about this groomer!! Clean shop!! The owner got down on the ground to welcome our pup! If your dog is well behaved she'll allow them to hang out instead of being kenneled. Our Australia Shepard came back clean, soft, fresh, deep conditioned,w a cute flamingo bandana and a wagging tail!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Loving care and sharp scissors! I have Kerry Blue Terrier. This is the second dog that has been groomed at this salon. When it was sold last year I was nervous that I would get the same care and attention to my dog. I did not have to worry. He looks great and has a good time while there.

Just returned home from picking up my pal, a 100 lb Weimaraner, and he is soooo happy. It's obvious he enjoyed his time at Class Act. The people and the shop are wonderful. Professional pet people. Maryann is great. My pal, Rain, won't go anywhere else.

We recently moved to Port Charlotte from Arizona. Our groomer there had to shut down in April due to Covid and our Tibetan had dreadlocks bad. They treated her fabulously and she came home looking great. Thank You to Class Act Grooming for getting her in so quickly and taking great care of our little girl.

If I could leave no star i would.. took my puppy in first time was great nice lady this k her name was Tina, second time it was cammie, pammy ? She hack her face so bad all I wanted on her face was her eye area this person cut the top of her head hair off ,cut her nose whiskers,which I told her I didn't want cut, paws ,and highgene area were also done everything was crooked, she looked like a 8 year old child cut her hair, called and asked for the owner's to call me had an appointment today called to confirm was told she is not coming in. worst customer service ever. I will never go back or recomend this place to anyone please beware .

My mini Schnauzer, 12, has been coming out looking so cute, not yesterday. Butcher job. He has NO beard at all, I asked for lowest body cut for summer, it's so choppy not even. I feel so sorry for him ..male schnauzers, especially older ones, so proud of their beards. I know he had some matting..mostly just his legs. I'd cut bad mats out myself, so instead of trying to clean him up, just shaved him. Very disappointed this time.

She was supposed to be a friend that was trusted I took my dog there all the time never a problem I was going through a divorce she said she would take care of the dog at her house for me until I came back I paid her and she sold my dog to somebody else refuse to tell me where he's at if he's okay I have no information about what happened where he's at he was a black male standard poodle she is horrible he was a a black male standard I need to know where he's been and if I could ever get him be very careful I'm not the only one she's done this to backpoodleservice registered standard poodle black male
