Update: been coming here for 4 years about now, each time, they are tremendous and fast and very deserving of tips! Thank you for dealing with my spicy dogs for so long.Somehow these groomers have no fear, I was scared to take all 4 of my dogs, fearing these nice women would lose a finger trying to trim their nails. But they were so quick and didn't even flinch. The dogs and I are very impressed. All the staff here is so wonderful. I love coming in here.

I have been taking my beloved furry best friend for a couple years now. He is always happy to go in for grooming and get pampered! The professionals at Woof Gang are always courteous and nice. Scheduling is easy and their system sends text messages to remind you of the appointments, I find that very helpful since I always seem to forget!

We absolutely loved this place. They made Buddha feel loved and safe while away from home. He feels and looks looks Fantastic and best of all, he was not there all day! So fast! There were lots of employees working and they gave him the cut we wanted! I highly recommend this place!

10 year old beagle shedding in chunks and Heather safely did a safe shave in worse areas. Nicole (manages front) has a beagle and understood my needs….after de-shed shampoo, Heather did a very safe save shave in flank and other areas. I’m thrilled! I booked next appointment. Short hair dogs, especially beagles, shed. If you have beagle mix, definitely go speak with Nicole and trust your baby is in excellent hands w/Heather.

Nice place to get your dog's nails trimmed for cheaper than the vet. The branded treats are good as well, if a little pricey.Friendly workers and a clean location.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Our bichon frise, Beauregard, enters a bedraggled street dog, but emerges an immaculate prince. I highly recommend their teeth brushing services. They are thorough and effective at eliminating dog breath.

This is the second time there. The first time they didn’t cut the knots from her ears so we had to return to have them finish the job. Today gave it another chance. She now has a small cut on her eye and still matting on her ears. Very nice place but needs a better groomer and management should review the quality of the cut!

Lory the Groomer is AMAZING! The last 2 times my pup was groomed at this place, the cut was terrible. Come to find out the groomer that used to do trim left this place. We are very disappointed. When expressed our concerns, no efforts were done to fix the trim. And when we asked, we were told the groomers are gone for the day. I will not be bringing my pup to them. Jasmine used to groom our pup. I wish we could know where she went. If anyone knows pls comment.

Moving from NY, it took a while to find a groomer for our Portuguese Water Dog who didn’t take multiple hours (some took 4 hours) for a full groom (every 3 months). 3 years ago, we found Woof Gang and they were AMAZING! Fair prices, very nice inside, the staff, especially groomer Amy, were amazing. They took 45 minutes - 1 hour to do a full groom, too!Recently I believe they got a new owner and they took 3+ hours on our dog. I give them 3 stars because she still looks great, and they lowered their prices, but I would much rather pay more for them to take less time. We have now had two groomers take 45 minutes -1 hour so I know it’s possible. Unfortunately we will not be returning for this reason.

This place is awesome! The young women upfront are so sweet and helpful, and the groomers are fantastic with the dogs! My family and I always come in when were in the area and we recently met one of the new owners who was so kind and gave us some treats for our dogs! Natalya grooms our 2 babies and does a beautiful job everytime...this place really is a hidden gem in the nocatee/ponte vedra area!

Butchered our Maltipoo and left him traumatized not to mention they hurt his private that caused a trip to the vet. Medication and a shot proved necessary to avoid infection. It’s all about having quality experienced employees and this location does not have either. Taking your pet to this location is at a high risk...Update- our Maltipoo now has an infection to his private and had to be heavily medicated. Our vet believes he was abused. Our puppy has not eating and has not been the same since. Strongly suggest that no one uses their services. They should not be in the business!Over a week has passed and our puppy is still not well they hurt him physically and $200 later the Vet verified the fact. Puppy remains on antibiotics. Strongly recommend that you stay away from this place!

This place has new ownership as of March 2020 and it was a much better experience for myself and my two dogs this time around. Very friendly owners and staff- I have a dramatic older dog and after his nail trimming they gave him a pack of cookies at no charge to make him feel better. These people definitely care about people and their pets. We will definitely be going back!

Fabulous and friendly service! My Bella loves coming to Woof Gang for her trims and treats!!! We are always met with friendly and helpful staff!! The groomer is amazing and provides beautiful looks for my Pomeranian. Our animals deserved to be spoiled and the staff and groomers at Work Gang certainly want dissapoint!!

We took our bichon-poodle here about 2 weeks ago for a full body groom because we wanted a bichon look. Her paws had shaved spots from her spaying a month ago, and we specifically asked that they aren’t cut as we wanted them to grow out. We left her there for almost 4 hours and returned to find our bichonpoo completely butchered and shaved. Her thigh and one of the areas behind her ears were shaved down to her skin. The groomer, Brittany, told us she was matted but we knew she was not matted at all because we brush her everyday. Also, her arms her shaved down after we told them we didn’t want them cut or shortened. We were extremely disappointed and aggravated so we returned the next day to speak with the manager, Stacey. Stacey was completely clueless and brought the groomer, Brittany to speak with us. Brittany was very rude to us and she had an attitude. She turned her back and walked away after telling us “it’s hair, it’ll grow back”. We asked for a refund which we still have not received. We have not heard back from Stacey after calling multiple times and we will not be returning.

The first experience I had with grooming was great. I had a different groomer this time and she was rude. Also, she would not groom my dog because she said his fur was too matted. His fur wasn't any worse than the first time I brought him there. Very disappointed! I will not be returning for grooming in the future.

since our usual groomer shops were closed for c-19, we found this store in nocatee and decided to give them a try for the first time.Excellent service and communication, really went out of the way to provide a unique experience. Best all-around grooming job my dog has had in the last 6 months. We'll be back.

Love this store! I've stopped in a few times to purchase dog food and treats and have always had a nice experience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I purchase Stella & Chewy's dog food and they have a great variety of flavors and sizes that I haven't found elsewhere. I also love the fun and unique selection of treats and toys to pamper your dog with! A wonderful addition to Nocatee.

My daughter just picked up our miniature Schnauzer completely shaved with cuts in her paws her shoulder and her ears. Her beard was shaved, completely uneven and with long hairs and short hair still present. We switched several months back and received good services until this point I would attach a picture if I could.!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE FOR GROOMING

IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOGS DO NOT GO HERE. we took my dog and she got an AWFUL haircut. yeah whatever right? that’s what we said until the next day we took her to the vet. the vet said this is one of the worst haircuts they’d ever seen. she had cuts all over her body and her ears were bleeding. the vet thankfully gave us a wrap we had to wrap around my dogs head. DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE!

Jason is the new groomer and he did a great job with my 2 poodles. I have a standard and small poodle mix ..both look beautiful. I recently moved to the area and I have had problems finding a good groomer..Happy to have now found Jason..very nice guy too.
