Pretty standard Pet Supermarket, has many supplies and a wide variety of dog and cat stuff. I really like this one because they always have birds in stock. They even have rarer species of finches on occasion, such as the owl finch. There were definitely two birds that were sick, an owl finch and a parakeet, but when I pointed it out to an employee, she didn't know enough about birds and told me the finch was just lonely. My other problem is that the bird cages they sell are far too small.Edit: I'm going to take back my comment on them always having birds. They just seem to be completely it the last four times I went in. Maybe call before you go in? Though you might have better luck at a different pet store.

This place is going down hill and fast… I fell in love with pet supermarket when the young lady Lex was there. She was knowledgable, patience, and absolute joy to speak with. Spoke with Brent , who has a disgusting attitude than turned even more when I asked about her. The way he spoke of her caused a knot to form in my throat and I haven’t been back. I rather take the longer drive for my pet needs to be around such a man and the toxic environment he creates for the employees and animals. I’m happy for Lex to have left; pet supermarket didn’t deserve a person like her at all.

Five Paws 🐾 🐾🐾🐾🐾 Rating. Love the self wash stations. Also get nail trims done by Josh the groomer. They have great so packages too. Great selection of everything you would need for your pet.

Over the years I have only been here to get food for my dogs and cats when I run out unexpectedly and need someplace nearby. Staff has always been pleasant. It was never my main place for pet needs. However, the past year we became new freshwater aquarium owners because of a carnival goldfish. We have other fish over this time and had to bring some back because they grew too fast in size and we only have a 5 gallon tank. We have spoke to about three people regarding fish and such and they are very knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. We were trying to get the right set of fish that the kids liked, and we could manage with are simple tank setup. They have been with us through every step (and mis-steps) both in person and on the phone. Because of the staff's excellent service with myself and my kids, this place is miles above what you would expect. I now go there more often for my pet needs. Any place that takes care of you the way they do deserves my business. Thanks to everyone that works there!!!!

Really surprised that Pet Supermarket discriminates against elder customers. Sign adjacent to a puppy adoption area stated that anyone 65 or older would not be allowed to adopt! They lost my respect and my business. Based on their failed logic anyone subject to die in the next 15+ years is a liability.

Best customer service ever. We went into to buy my son a fishtank and fish. Brent S. talked my young son through picking a tank size, type of fish, showed and explained food and cleaning of the tank. He made a fun errand into a wonderful experience. Then when we had issues, he and the team helped talk us through them. I am so impressed. Thank you to all of the employees for being awesome!

Love the store and all of the people. Shoutout to Kayla for always greeting my puppy and I and making sure we find everything we’re looking for. So many brands, so many cute animals, everyone is so sweet and helpful. They carry my big bags to my car every time! I ran into here once out of convenience and haven’t gone to a different pet store yet.

Not only is this place sparkling clean and organized to a T, but they have an AMAZING staff. Noah was helpful, friendly, and genuinely cared about the animals there. We will drive past petco and petsmart to shop here because of how great he was! We would give 10 stars if we could!!!!

Great staff!! They are always so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Great prices on the dog food that I purchase - they even beat online stores for this brand (Stella & Chewy's). Many other items are really overpriced but I stick to the monthly sales for treats. Overall, happy to shop here.

At least as good or better than any of the chain store names, with a great selection. Staff was helpful and very friendly to me and my dog. Curly, my dog, managed to coax at least 3 treats out of one of the staff, so he gives Pet Supermarket 4 woofs and a high five.

The PEOPLE are fantastic. They helped me take care of my Ferret, SNICKERS. When she passed away, there sorrow was so real, it gave me comfort. They helped me get my two little Ferrets, Duke and Sammy. They were so happy that they, Duke and Sammy had a FOREVER home.

I purchased an automatic liter box. Lauren, I believe she's the Manager, was very helpful. She recommended one that she uses for her own cat. Because of her personal use she was able to explain the major advantages of the self cleaning box. The major thing was that it uses any type of clumping liter. Cats don't like any changes in their normal surroundings and being able to continue using the same liter made their transition to the new box easy. I have two cats and the younger one got in and used it within a couple of minutes of me completing the set up.I'll definitely be back for any future purchases of pet supplies.

Friendly staff, helped me clean up after a "marking" with their mobile accident station. They also have some higher end products that other stores won't. Natural and raw feeders can find some decent options.

This is a more recent addition to Ponte Vedra in the space Fresh Market used to have. It’s a good pet store with most of the staples. It doesn’t have much of anything for the salt water aquarium owner like me but more than enough for your dogs and cats. The groomers in Back have always done a nice job with my little Havanese dog.

Been here twice and had really good customer service. A bit pricey on some items, good deals on others, so shop around first. Overall a quality, clean and professional store chain.

I find the habitat that they are housing the parakeets a tad bit upsetting. While they are provided with plenty of toys, there was s hardly enough room for them to hop and play around. There are around thirteen parakeets in what is obviously an enclosure meant for rodents, as the roof is not tall enough for them to spread their wings and fly about. The only perches are made of ppc piping, and only elevates them a few inches off of the ground. They need more vertical room, as there is hardly any space to spread out. The rest of the store is fine, but as a bird owner I find the quality of the parakeet enclosure rather repulsive.

DJ waited on me last week and he was so funny ,knowledgeable, He treated my dog very well , turned me on to some all natural dog food, and gave my dog a treat.Recommended greenies for my dogs bad breath ; he also help me get the right size greenies , I was choosing the one that was entirely too large for my 10 pound dog. My dog likes the pet supermarket so much , that she understands when I say to her "We're going to the pet supermarket " she gets really excited. All because of DJ. With his personality he'll go far.

They had good deals on kitty litter and Temptations cat treats. I also got a food and water bowl and some toys and a little bed. It was overall kind of expensive. My cat hasn't used the little bed once, everytime I lay him into it he gets up as soon as I stop petting him lol 😆

Our new favorite store. Rewards through buying bags of dog food. Clean store, lots of options, great dog wash area, super friendly informative staff. Much better than PetCo or PetSmart.

Stock of the Purina One and Pro Plan dog foods do NOT seem to stay up to par OR with special sales!!! 85% of the time I've got to remind myself to pick up some the next day from another store on the way home OR waste money buying a small bag!!!!
